Ministry of Higher Education Science Research and Innovation has declared the policy towards university intiation with creative warm impressive and students’ improvement reinforcement. It is put into effect to every institute strictly. The research is a mixed-methods paradigm in order to evaluate the results of creative initiation by studying the perspectives on activities as well as the effects of creative initiation. Moreover setting the objectives and creative initiation indicators employing cost-benefit analysis are concerned. With simple random 362 undergraduate students of Faculty of Business Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn are the participants of this study. The study not only employs descriptive statistics —frequency percentage average and standard deviation— but also takes the focus group interview to collect data. To do so using purposive sampling to get 13-activity-staff as well as 12-activity-participant helps the researchers to analyze data in many dimensions: important issues and brainstorming for creating the next-time activities. The results found that 1. university students’ perceptions on activity was above average (good); such a type of activity was needed and related to the project’s objective 2. university students shared their opinions towards activity’s effects as followed: 1) positive effect is good; the activity caused unity responsibility and people and environment adaptation 2) negative effect is moderate; university students complied to do the activities but the activity’s processes should be improved. This was because various activities affected mental issues. According to previous activities’ cost-benefit analysis of Faculty of Business Administration they found that the cost of “Rak-Rua-Wang” project was the highest because there was high fixed-cost. On the other hand the project “Jit- Ar-Sa-Pha-Nong-Tham-Dee” had the least cost. To conclude internal rate of return modified internal rate of return and net present value of every project tended to increase continuously since university students in different majors involved in the activity increasingly.

This research aims to study the achievement evaluation of CPD program for accountants as required the Department of Business Development. The data were collected from a sample of 200 accountants in Bangkok area who registered with the Federation of Accounting Professions using questionnaire and individual interview. The statistics used for data analysis were Percentage Mean and Standard Deviation. The research found that the respondents were mostly female half of them were 31-40 years old and over 20 years of working experiences and completed a bachelors degree in accounting mostly married status and average salary was 20001-30000 baht per month thus higher than the minimum standard (15000 baht per month). The respondents was rated to be most appropriate as a whole including Lecturer Training Method and Training Curriculum (4.28 points average). In addition the achievement was at a high level (3.84 points average). The curriculum was utilized at the moderate level (3.33 points average). Finally the knowledge utilization was utilized namely in practice 79.50 percent the knowledge transfer to the colleagues 11 percent and the others 5.00 percent and unutilized 4.50 percent.

การประเมินผลกระทบของแรงดันไฟฟ้าเกินในระบบส่งจ่ายไฟฟ้า
การประเมินผลกระทบของแรงดันไฟฟ้าเกินในระบบส่งจ่ายไฟฟ้า

Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) encountered problems voltage swell from the changes of power system configuration high-voltage 115 kV substation name Lopburi2 to radial. Control Center closed capacitor bank caused the steel industry electric power plants and renewable energy solar tripped themselves out. As a result EGAT loosed of power produced of solar power plants. It also affected confidence in the systems power consumption. EGAT’s necessary to learn from this event. This research was simulation power system modeling of “High Voltage Substation Lopburi2” and grid connection both the system EGAT and PEA with EMTDC-PSCAD for analysis of the voltage swell caused by close capacitor bank at “Lopburi2” substation compared with actual events then calculated the voltage swell occurred at high voltage station linkage. Finally this research presents a method of reduction of their impact of close capacitor bank at “Loburi2” to avoid the voltage swell in the future.

This research presents the studying of short circuit in distribution system that affect to critical equipment voltage sag and overvoltage while short circuit event. Lead into the quality of electric user. Effect on economics damaged Distribution system voltage level 22kV of The Provincial Electricity Authority. It is the analysis model by computer program. The event of short circuit set in a many distribution systems. The analysis result Magnitude of voltage while short circuit bring to assessment voltage sag and overvoltage from average voltage of the repeat event. Then set boundary of voltage at load point in a many. The experiment shows the problem of the quality of electric be affect to critical equipment less than load point close connection with substation.

This research was aimed at studying 1) an outcome of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Thai business bookkeepers under the Accounting Act B.E.2543 (2000) for Asean Economic Community and 2) an evaluation of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Thai business bookkeepers under the Accounting Act B.E.2543 (2000) for Asean Economic Community in terms of casual relationship of knowledge and attitude with practice. The questionnaires were constructed as a research tool for collecting data from 398 Thai business bookkeepers. The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS version 16.0 and AMOS version 6.0 with frequency distribution percentage mean standard deviation and Structural Equation Modeling: SEM. In regard to the outcome of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) the research finding indicated that the sample group had knowledge for the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) at high level ( =0.77). Their attitude was agreeable to the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) ( =3.63). Also they had practice on the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) at adequate level ( =0.74). In regard to the evaluation of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Thai business bookkeepers under the Accounting Act B.E.2543 (2000) for Asean Economic Community in terms of casual relationship at a statistical significance of 0.05 the research finding indicated that knowledge and attitude had casual relationship with practice on the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) under the Accounting Act B.E.2543 (2000) for Asean Economic Community and knowledge had casual relationship with attitude of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) under the Accounting Act B.E.2543 (2000) for Asean Economic Community. Furthermore this developed casual relationship model used for evaluating the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Thai business bookkeepers under the Accounting Act B.E.2543 (2000) for Asean Economic Community was created consistently with empirical data and had ability to predict at good level and acceptably because the correlation was 81.6% which its acceptance was more than 40%.
