This research was aimed to study the needs for vocational art craft training of Cooperative professional craft group in Nonthaburi Province. A questionnaire was used to explore the needs for art craft training as the career development with its reliability of 0.86. The samples were 30 members of Cooperative professional craft group in Koh Kret Nonthaburi Province in 2017. The results of the study revealed that most of the samples were married female between 31 and 40 years old. Most of them had bachelor degrees and worked as employees. Concerning their needs for vocational art education in each category the highest demand was the training on tissue boxes made by weaving paper which was accounted for 40 % followed by pottery course for 23.33% towel creation course for 20.00% and the least interested was the course of the mobile produced from remnant of cloth accounted for 16.67 %. Regarding daily products the participants liked to attend the courses of making decoupage boxes and present basket decoration which were accounted for 33.33% followed by the origami keychain and the cushion cover courses for 16.67%. Concerning decoration course miniature garden course drew the highest attention for 40.00% followed by fabric artificial flowers for 26.67% picture frame from paper roll course for 23.33% and the lowest interest was flower vase from remnant of cloth course for 10.00%. As for things used in ceremonies the group had the highest needs for Phan Phum training which was accounted for 33.33% followed by Baisri or rice offering course for 30% Krathong or banana-leaf cup course for 20% and the least interested was souvenirs made of cloth for 16.67 %. The training course lasted for 2or 3 days or 50.00%. The training period was on Saturday and Sunday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm or 60.00 %. The group could apply knowledge for 100%. Additional suggestions were that extra needed training courses included corn skin flowers paper packaging fabric keychain straw flowers loincloth wreaths and gift wrapping. The training time was from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm of garments is minimal. of the training time is 2 - 3 days or 50.00%. or 60.00% of the time. The additional recommendation was that the courses required for further training were flowers from corn husks. Paper packaging Keyring of fabric Flowers from straws flowers wreaths of loincloth wrapped gifts. The training course is 2 - 3 days or 50.00%. The training period is from Saturday to Sunday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm or 60.00 percent. Target group can apply knowledge to 100.00%. This study was aimed to explore the needs for vocational art crafts training needs for the senior association in Karnchanaburi. The questionnaire with the reliability of 0.88. was used to explore the needs for the art crafts training for the career development. The samples were 30 people in the senior association in Karnchanaburi. The results showed that most of the samples were 61-71 years old and most had the primary education followed by secondary education. Their former occupations were business owners who were married and some were married and had congenital disorder. It was found that most of the participants wanted to be trained to fold towels into the shape of animals followed by scrap fabric rugs. As for the training period throughout the course most participants required 2-3 day trainings from Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 in order to make money. The second to that was to practice meditation and the third was to use the knowledge acquired in everyday life.

The objective of this research were to Study the training needs of the general public and entrepreneur groups. Professional service groups in Bangkok and suburbs Include Nonthaburi Province Samutprakarn province and Pathumthani province that operates in the workplace the study method used data collection by questionnaire construction and collecting information for meetings on various occasions the population and sample used in this study are General public and entrepreneurs In the BMA The sample consisted of 400 people selected by random sampling. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires for short training courses. This questionnaire consists of 5 parts. Part 1 was general information for respondents. Part 2 was information that needs short training for the general public. Part 3 was a topic of other interest. Part 4 was information about obstacles and problems that were not. Receive short training Part 5 was suggestions analyzed data basic statistics for analysis are percentage mean (x̄ ) standard deviation (S.D). The results of the study appear as follows 1. Most of the respondents were female aged over 50 years old education level wad undergrad degree most general staff positions at least 5 years of work experience. Most professionals (such as restaurant owners businessmen etc.) had the most. 2. Respondents to the short-term training requirements of Rajamangala University of Technology Phranakhon from the questions on the training curriculum requirements a total of 24 issues with a rating of 5 levels which are the most: 5 points a lot of 4 a moderate level of 3 points a minimum of 2 points and a minimum of 1 point. The study indicated that most respondents responded that there was a level of need for short-term training at the highest level. There was 1 points which are item 3 .4 : Research and innovation community (x̄ ) = 4.7649. The results of the study revealed that most respondents responded that there was 21 levels of interest in short-term training courses namely 1.6 points 44.6% were interested in training topics in the new social science research method. Training topics 34 .1 % of the potential for international chef development item 3 . 3 are interested in training topics 31.4% knowledge management courses community 3.5 are interested Tip interdisciplinary curriculum development community. The results of the study revealed the most respondents responded that there was 1 level of interest in the short-term training courses at moderate level namely 2.5 points 21.1% were interested in the ASEAN language for communication course. From the analysis of readiness of the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon can arrange training on various topics. To develop guidelines for academic services for society to be efficient by having the location personnel experts learning resources cooperation and creating a short course training network. This research was to develop the handbook for training conference seminar and study trip of the faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples were 100 officers the faculty of Home Economics Technology. Data collection were from study the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the regulation of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon the interview and questionnaires of the appropriateness of the handbook. Descriptive statistics that are frequency percentage mean and standard deviation was used for data analysis. The result of this study found that: 1. The way of the handbook development for personnel operation in which training conference seminar and study trip of the faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon that should accelerate were the development operation handbook of the process and procedure of the participation conference seminar and study trip both participate inside and outside the department and connect with the human resource management of the university. 2. The result of the appropriateness of the handbook for the participation conference seminar and study trip was appropriateness. The user satisfied the handbook in the high level (𝑥= = 4.13 S.D. = .694) and followed with 4 categories that are the accuracy the appropriateness the possibility and the usefulness in the high level.

The purpose of this research was to study the satisfactions of the trainees towards the services of Good Government official course of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The research aims to 1) study the satisfaction of trainees for service of fiscal year 2015 2) compare to the basic factors of trainees for service. The 350 questionnaires were distributed to the trainees. It found that 346 questionnaires (98.85%) were returned. To analyze the data mean standard deviation t-test and one-way ANOVA were employed. The results of the study showed that satisfaction of trainees in training service in 5 aspects at the high level. In term of genders and sectors found that are male and female had different satisfaction in the confidence level of 0.05 But in term of lecturer and teaching technique there are no satisfactions satisfaction difference between male and female. And there are no difference in each sector at the 0.05 level but the training and the lecturer and teaching had different satisfaction.
