The objectives of this research are 1) to design pattern by technique of silkscreen on the banana fibers integrated cotton cloth for women’s working dress 2) to design women’s work dress from cotton blended with banana fibers by technique of silkscreen for female workers and 3) to study the satisfaction of female workers for working dress which sewing from the cotton blend with banana fibers for female work uniform by technique of silkscreen. The samples of the study were 399 working females with ages between 21-60 years old in Bangkoks Sathon and Bang Rak district. The research instrument was the questionnaire and 12 prototypes of cotton blend with banana fibers for female work uniform by the technique of silkscreen consist of dress coat and skirt. The questionnaires were randomly distributed. The data was analyzed using statistical percentage mean and standard deviation. The findings indicated that the majority of participants were 21-30 years old with married marital status educated with Bachelor degree working in the position of employees and have the average monthly income of 15000-20000 THB. Most of the participants have never purchased or wore the dresses or attires made from cotton blend with banana fibers. The decisive reasons for purchasing the working uniforms were personal preferences the frequency of purchases was on the monthly basis and the prices of purchased working uniforms were between 500-1000 bath each. The analysis of the satisfaction of participants toward the working females suggested the triangle pattern dresses is at the highest satisfaction rate followed by the circle mixed and square pattern with the means of 4.47 4.42 4.26 and 4.07 respectively. The circle pattern coats is at the highest satisfaction followed by mixed triangle and square pattern with means of 4.314.22 4.21 and 3.87 respectively. The circle pattern skirt is at the highest satisfaction rate followed by the mixed triangle and square pattern with means of 4.18 4.04 4.00 and 3.82 respectively. It was found that every pattern received the high degree of satisfaction.

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการออกแบบลวดลายผ้าทอแบบร่วมสมัยสาหรับการประยุกต์ใช้กับผลิตภัณฑ์เคหะสิ่งทอ ชุมชนทอผ้าวัดไผ่หูช้าง อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐม ที่สอดคล้องกับภูมิปัญญา และศักยภาพทางการผลิตของชุมชน ซึ่งประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างในงานวิจัยเรื่องนี้คือ ชุมชนทอผ้าวัดไผ่หูช้าง อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐม ผลการวิจัยเรื่องนี้พบว่า ประชากรส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมเป็นอาชีพหลัก และทอผ้า พื้นเมืองเป็นอาชีพรอง กลุ่มชุมชนทอผ้าวัดไผ่หูช้าง มีความต้องการพัฒนารูปแบบตามแนวคิดลวดลายผ้าทอแบบร่วมสมัย ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันระหว่างกลุ่มทอผ้ากับผู้วิจัยเพื่อส่งผลให้เกิดการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแสวงหาแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหา ซึ่งพบว่าลวดลายผ้าทอแบบร่วมสมัย ต้องมีรูปแบบที่ผลิตง่ายไม่ซับซ้อน มีลักษณะการทอผ้า เป็นลายขัดที่เหมาะสมกับการทอผ้าพื้นบ้านของชุมชน และบ่งบอกถึงเอกลักษณ์ของชุมชน ลักษณะลวดลายของผ้าทอใช้แนวคิดการออกแบบลวดลายเน้นแนวคิดด้านการใช้ชีวิต หรือถิ่น กำเนิดของรากเหง้าชุมชน ประกอบไปด้วย ลวดลายเฉียง ลวดลายเกร็ดปลา ลวดลายดาว ลวดลายน้า ลวดลายภูเขา โดยเน้นเอกลักษณ์ที่เด่นของผ้า “ลายแตงโม” ของกลุ่มทอผ้าพื้นเมืองตำบลไผ่หูช้าง ในลักษณะการมัดหมี่ โดยการมัดด้ายพุ่งเพื่อสร้างช่วงของสีต่างๆให้เกิดขึ้นในเส้นด้ายพุ่ง โดยใช้สีดาหรือสีกรมท่า เป็นสีหลักในการออกแบบลวดลาย

The project of lotus pattern design on fabric for the textile product development was conducted for purpose of studying any method to design the lotus pattern on fabric which would lead to the development of any house decoration and surveying the consumer satisfaction with the fabric product printed with the lotus pattern In this regard five methods of the lotus pattem esign were used with four types of fabric i.e. cotton cloth sillk linen and mixed fabric. Thereinafter two of these methods were selected to produce five types of product and then the survey on the consumer satisfaction was conducted.

The purport of this research was to design and develop the garment pattern from Surin silk and relay the pattern action training in Technology. This research was the developmental research The tolls of the research were compose of tJ. categories g) patterns in one category the total was (O)tJ. patterns for example : women clothes men clothes skirts trousers and dresses. The questionnaire the opinion assessment the work evaluation the procedure training assessment the samples of this research were the group of g)oo interested persons and 1sltJ. trainees of community groups in Khwgosinrin district Surin province. The statistics were frequency value percentage value the standard deviation. The result of this research was the assessment of garment products from Surin silk for tJ. categories (O)tJ. patterns from the group of interested persons. There were g)(O)-do years old of female in government officers bachelors degree and incomes were (O)ooo(O)-(O)tJ.ooo baht. The thought that the garment products from Surin silk were A-men patterns B-women patterns C-skirt patterns were the most suitability in the pattern the design and the color. The generalization was d.tJ.~ d.db and d.dtJ. The procedure training assessment the trainee majority groups was g)(O)-do years old of female the occupation were farmers elementary education level and lower income tJ.ooo baht. Before training they had the knowledge and the ability in design cut and sew and decorate garments from silk garments in low level. After training they had the knowledge and the ability in design for g) mains in high level and they required to train in the next time in the most level and the work evaluation was succeed in practicing work of the trainees. The result of the trainees were succeed in taking design and cut and sew the garments from Surin silk was d.(O)tJ. in the excellent level. The garment patterns from Surin silk brought in original products that could apply the advantage effectively by the analysis in tJ. categories Q) patterns in one category in (O)tJ. patterns from Surin silk.
