This research aimed to study the quality changes of coating salted eggs partially replacing soil from termite mound with turmeric powder at the level of 0% 5% 15% and 25% during storage for 4 weeks. The results showed that the increasing in turmeric level caused a decrease in salt content in raw egg yolk and raw egg white which led to decrease in hardening ratio of egg yolk. The hardness values of cooked - salted egg yolk decreased while those of cooked - salted egg white slightly increased. At the same salting period the color values of raw egg yolk and raw egg white coated with different levels of turmeric were slightly different. Egg yolks changed to a yellowish orange color while egg whites showed lightness with a direction of red and slightly yellowish color. The raw egg white coated with higher level of turmeric powder exhibited more yellowness which was in accordance with the increasing in curcumin content. From the results of 9-point hedonic scale in terms of color aroma overall taste and overall liking it was found that salted eggs coated with turmeric powder to partially replace soil at a level of 25% with 2 weeks of preserved duration had high scores of sensory acceptability which did not differ significantly from the control samples (0% turmeric) (p>0.05). The curcumin content analyzed in dry egg white was 3.885 mg/g at week 2 and increased to 13.291 and 18.484 mg/g at week 3 and 4 respectively.

This study purpose was to investigate the changes affecting the working behavior of non-profit organization personnel. The population used in this study was 64106 non-profit organization personnel: Foundations and associations. The data was collected using a questionnaire from 203 non-profit organization personnel. Statistical multiple regression analysis was used to test the study hypothesis. The study results revealed that there is a correlation between organizational changes including the attitude change change in corporate culture technology change and changes in organizational structure and the working behavior of the personnel of the non-profit organization as a whole including the aspect of helping others consideration for others patience sense of duty and cooperation with the statistical significance at 0.01 level.

The objective of this paper is to study: 1) Impact of change in TFRS for PAEs during 2014 – 2020 for annual reports of Agriculture Business and Foods from SET; 2) Level of earnings quality and profitability ratio of Agriculture Business and Foods from SET during 2014 - 2020; and 3) Factors affecting on level of earnings quality and profitability ratio of Agriculture Business and Foods from SET during 2014 – 2020. Data was collected from 35 firms by using Consolidated Financial Statement Annual Report by using Modified Jones Model. This research results used SPSS software for analyses Descriptive Statistics and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that: 1) Almost CEO has chosen to reduce the impact of change in TFRS and report only necessary impact. They showed the only materiality of professional judgement by adjusted in the impact of unappropriated retained earnings at the beginning periods for adjusted separate entry in Change in Financial Position Statement. This result also showed that almost items during 2019 and 2020 have more impact from change in TFRS 15 TFRS 7 TFRS 9 and TAS 32; and 2) Before TFRS for PAEs have impact (published) It showed the effects of fluctuation on Discretionary Accrual (DAC). It trends to decrease in Discretionary Accrual after TFRS for PAEs have published for many years. However it showed that level of earnings quality by using DAC between 2014 – 2020 was not significant at α = 0.05 or level of significant at 95%. While the consolidated financial statements during 2014 – 2017 Agriculture Business and Foods have increasing in ROA continuously. However after situations of impact from changing TFRS in 2019 – 2020 and situation of Corona Virus 2019 have effect on the fluctuation of ROA decreasingly.; and 3) the effect of change in TFRS for PAEs and type of ownership structures and group of businesses have no impact on level of earnings quality at significant level (α =0.05). However the effect of change in TFRS for PAEs has negative impact on return on assets (ROA) at significant level (α <0.01). While type of ownership structure group of businesses and firm size have positive impact on ROA at significant level (α < 0.05)

This thesis emphasizes the improvement approaches of quality on digital data to be more sharpness by two- dimensional technique. Today the availability from the improvement of Digital Image Processing is used widely in various occupations such as medical field with reading the results from CT scanning military field with the improvement of aerial map for country prevention agricultural field with leaf analysis of its disease and the educational field with the image processing and robot vision to increase its effective learning and remembering development. It can be seen that the image development through its sharpness is really crucial therefore this thesis used the Gray Scale for transforming by two-dimensional wavelet and LL Band got from this wavelet transform to be improved by histogram technique. The histogram was divided into 4 parts based on its cumulative density at 0.25 0.5 0.75 and 1 then smoothed the data by separation after that brought the results to invert wavelet which gives the new image through improved LL band. The research result revealed that the mean of the Absolute Mean Brightness Error (AMBE) was decreased while enable the image sharpness to suitably increase 80%.

The objective of this research was to study the investors’ investment volumes affecting the Price change of the ETF SET 50 mutual fund in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This research was the Quantitative Research. The descriptive statistics was used to test the preliminary data and used the Multiple Regression Analysis of the Inferential statistics to test the hypothesis and used Pearson Correlation to find the relationship between independent variables by using the daily data of the past five years start from January 1 2012 to December 31 2016. The results of the study found that the investment volumes of domestic institutional investors’ portfolio account of foreign companies and general investors affected the Price change of the ETF SET 50 mutual fund and the SET 50 stock price index in the Stock Exchange of Thailand at the 0.05 significant levels. The SET 50 stock price index was highly and positively related to ETF SET 50 mutual fund price change in the Stock Exchange of Thailand at the 0.01 level of statistical significance
