This research aimed to study students’ satisfaction towards teaching and learning management of bachelor of technical education curriculum from Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon. The instrument used in this study was questionnaires which consisted of 5 aspects; curriculum lecturer teaching and learning process assessment and management. The statistics used in in data analysis were mean standard deviation two Independent t-test. The study found that the overall satisfaction of the students was at a good level (x = 3.97 S.D.= 0.64). When considering each aspect the highest students’ satisfaction was the lecturer aspect (x = 4.12 S.D.= 0.63). In the same fashion the teaching and learning process (x = 4.04 S.D.= 0.67) and curriculum aspect (x = 4.03 S.D.= 0.65). However students in different disciplines were not significant difference with the teaching and learning process of the Faculty of Industrial Education.

The purpose of this research was to 1) study the students leisure time. 2) study the learning patterns of the students of the Faculty of Industrial Education. And 3) find out the relationship between leisure time and learning styles of the students of the Faculty of Industrial Education Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples of this research were Faculty of Industrial Education 245 students Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were sampled stratified by stratified random sampling. Tools used in this research were questionnaire about the leisure time habits and the learning patterns of the students. The results of the research were; firsty the study of students leisure time behavior. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon showed that the leisure time of students The overall score was moderate.The students leisure time is the interaction activity followed by the leisure activity. Learning Activities and health activities. Secondly results of learning models showed that learning styles of students of Faculty of Industrial Education Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon At the mean level. it was found that there were 6 mean scores in the mean. The first was the collaborative learning model. Independent competitive and avoided. Finally Results of the relationship between leisure time and learning styles of students in Faculty of Industrial Education found that the behavior of leisure time in learning activities. Leisure activities There was a statistically significant positive correlation between the learning activities and the six learning styles at the .05 and .0.01 levels. There are positive relationships only with participatory learning models. At the .01 level of significance.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ในการก้าวเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวโน้มอาชีพของแรงงานกับการก้าวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 ของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับตลาดแรงงานกับการก้าวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 ของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ สถานประกอบที่นักศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมออกฝึกงานทางวิชาชีพ ในภาคเรียนที่ ฤดูร้อน ปีการศึกษา 2558 ทั้ง 5 สาขาวิชา จำนวน 30 บริษัท/โรงงาน และสถานศึกษาที่นักศึกษาออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 30 สถานศึกษา ซึ่งทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้บังคับบัญชา/ผู้จ้างที่มีต่อบัณฑิต และแบบสอบถามสอบความต้องการสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของสถานประกอบการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการวิเคราะห์สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ในการก้าวเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน พบว่า หลักสูตรที่เปิดการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม เมื่อนักศึกษาจบไปสามารถไปปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จากผลการระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้บังคับบัญชา/ผู้จ้างที่มีต่อบัณฑิต ซึ่งหลักสูตรที่ผู้บังคับบัญชา/ผู้จ้างที่มีต่อบัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ได้แก่ หลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หลักสูตรอุตสาหกรรมศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ และหลักสูตรอุตสาหกรรมศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มอาชีพของแรงงานกับการก้าวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 ของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร พบว่า ยุคการก้าวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 มีการนำระบบดิจิตอลเป็นหัวใจสาคัญ ใช้เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงจากโรบอติก เชื่อมโยงโลก ต้องการแรงงานทักษะ แต่ลดการใช้แรงงานทั่วไป ตาม 10 อุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายที่เป็นตัวขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ เกี่ยวกับหุ่นยนต์เพื่ออุตสาหกรรม อุตสาหกรรมการขนส่งและการบิน อุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์ครบวงจร อุตสาหกรรมเชื้อเพลิงชีวภาพและเคมีชีวภาพ และอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัล 3. ผลการวิเคราะห์แนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับตลาดแรงงานกับการก้าวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 ของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร พบว่า คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม ควรมีการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรที่ทันสมัย มีการนำเทคโนโลยีต่าง ๆ เข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้ในเนื้อหาวิชา เพื่อให้นักศึกษาเกิดการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย และเน้น Soft Skill เพื่อทันต่อสังคมในปัจจุบัน เน้นคุณธรรมจริยธรรม มีการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างทันท่วงที

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมที่ออกไปฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ในโรงเรียนช่างฝีมือทหาร ในปีการศึกษา ๒๕๕๖ โดยไปฝึกสอน ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ แผนกช่างซ่อมบารุงเครื่องจักรกล ชั้นปีที่ ๒ จานวน ๙๐.คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน เพื่อพิจารณาตามระดับของคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษาที่ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ตามความคิดเห็นของสถานศึกษา โดยให้นักเรียนช่างฝีมือทหารแสดงความคิดเห็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทั้ง ๔ ด้านได้แก่ ด้านการสอน ด้านบุคลิกลักษณะ ด้านคุณธรรมและความประพฤติอยู่ในระดับสูงและรองลงมาคือ ด้านวิชาการ อยู่ระดับปานกลาง

The objectives of this research were as follows : 1. to study the attitude of the Industrial Education of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon’s lecturers regarding to mental health 2. to compare the attitude of the Industrial Education of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon’s lecturers regarding to mental health such as the difference sex the difference age the difference marital status the different of education level and the different of teaching experiences and 3. to study the recommendations of factors and prevention to reduce tension of the Industrial Education of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon’s lecturers. The research’s tool was questionnaire. The sample data collection was 36 the Industrial Education of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon’s lecturers. The Perpose Sampling or Judgement Sampling was stratified by Krejcie and Morgan Table. The results were analyzed by two statistics that is descriptive statistics; frequency percentage mean standard deviation and inferential statistics; Independent – Samples T-Test and Kruskal – Wallist H (K-W) from the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program.
