The objective of the research is study about the capacity Building ang Marketing Doctor of Business Administration Program of the University Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to be consistent with sustainable development. Moreover I study in the factor of influence for the decision to study in Universities of the first year students in an academic year 2560 of the universities under a bureau of University consultant teachers president of the Universities.

The objective of this research was to study the satisfactions of students attending Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics Food Service Industry Program (2-year transfer program in cooperation with enterprises). This research aims to study the readiness of graduates to match the labor market and the development of graduates to adapt and develop themselves to meet the policy of Thailand 4.0 by quantitative study. The quantitative method was used by the Faculty of Business Administration. Establishment A total of 20 establishments. The statistics used for data analysis were Frequency Percentage Mean. The research found that the surveyed enterprises were divided into private government and state enterprises. There are 7 government agencies 33.3% 11 enterprises 52.4% and 14.3% of state enterprises. There are 61.90476 and the duration of the establishment is 0-11 years. The availability of students for cooperative education is 3.4762 at the moderate level. The average score of 3.5218 was moderate. The overall composition of computer languages and programs is also the current popular SQL and Photoshop languages of the establishments. Findings from research on the readiness of graduate production. The purpose of this study was studied the need to be entrepreneur of Home Economics and compared the difference between the need to be entrepreneur of Home Economics program on Fourth-years undergraduate Students in Faculty of Home Economics Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and personal factor. The sampling groups were fourth-years undergraduate students those were studying in first semester of Academic Year 2017 of 150 people with simple quota sampling. The use of tool was a questionnaire. The data analyses were used to percentage value average standard deviation t-test and F-test. The results of research were found on Fourth-years Undergraduate Students in Faculty of Home Economics Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon they had the need to be entrepreneur of home economics program there were generally in high level as an average of 4. 06. There were considered as aspects found that the need of power was in high level as an average of 3. 86 the need of affiliation was in high level as an average of 4. 14 and the need of achievement was in high level as an average of 4. 19. The different comparison between the need to be entrepreneur of Home Economics on undergraduate students with classifiable as gender and parent’s occupation or guardian that had statistically significant difference at 0.05. The studied major program of generalization on every aspect was not difference. The experiences of work during the study were not difference of the need of power and the need of achievement and the need of affiliation was statistically significant difference at 0.05.

This research aimed to study students’ satisfaction towards teaching and learning management of bachelor of technical education curriculum from Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon. The instrument used in this study was questionnaires which consisted of 5 aspects; curriculum lecturer teaching and learning process assessment and management. The statistics used in in data analysis were mean standard deviation two Independent t-test. The study found that the overall satisfaction of the students was at a good level (x = 3.97 S.D.= 0.64). When considering each aspect the highest students’ satisfaction was the lecturer aspect (x = 4.12 S.D.= 0.63). In the same fashion the teaching and learning process (x = 4.04 S.D.= 0.67) and curriculum aspect (x = 4.03 S.D.= 0.65). However students in different disciplines were not significant difference with the teaching and learning process of the Faculty of Industrial Education.
