The purposes of this research were 1) to study the personal student factors of a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College 2) to study the importance and the decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College 3) to study relationship between the personal factors and the importance of the decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College. The sample used were 148 students who are studying in vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College. The instrument used in this thesis was questionnaire. The statistics based on the data analysis include percentage frequency values average standard deviation and Chi Square. Analysis of statistical data by a computer program. The results showed that 1) the personal student factors of a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College were no effect for the decision to study in general. 2) the learners pay 7 sides attention to the study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College in general were rated at high level. When considering each side it was found that every side was rated at high level. Shortage average form most to least is career the college environment learner development activities teachers curriculum and media materials and equipment that support teaching. 3) the relationship between respondents’ general information and decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College found that gender related with media materials and equipment that support teaching age related with college environment and field of study related with image of college is statistically significant at the 0.05 level. The relationship of grade point average (GPA) and revenue of learners per month didn’t relate 7 sides with the decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College is statistically significant at the 0.05 level.

The purposes of this research were 1 ) to study the personal factors of students in the Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College. 2 ) Study the socio- economic factors of students in the Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College. 3 ) Study the choice of Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College.4) To study the relationship between personal factors and choice of study in Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College and 5 ) comparison of the importance level in choosing to study Home Economics Certificate Program of Phitsanulok Vocational College students classified by socioeconomic factors. The population is 2 7 4 students studying in the Home Economics Certificate Program at Phitsanulok Vocational College in the first semester of the academic year 2 0 2 1 by using a specific selection method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation chi -square and one-way analysis of variance.The results of The results showed that 1 ) students in the Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College is mostly female. The original qualification was lower secondary education with a cumulative GPA in the range of 2.01 - 2.50. The students are currently studying at the Vocational Certificate Level 3 in the field of Food and Nutrition and all of them live in Phitsanulok Province. 2) Most of the families have a total monthly income of 5001 - 10000 baht with their parents being general laborers and students coming from medium-sized families while parents have a high school education. And students are the roles in the choice of studies. 3) Students give importance to choosing to study in Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College. Overall its at a high level. When considering each aspect in descending order it was found that the measurement and evaluation aspect had the highest mean followed by the instructor and the least was the environment and facilities.For the students current educational level it was found that there was a relationship with the choice of study in the Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College by classification according to student development activities statistically significant at the .05 level. 5) In terms of different socio- economic factors it is important to choose the Home Economics Vocational Certificate Program Phitsanulok Vocational College. The relationship was not significantly different at the .05 level.

The purposes of this research were 1) to determine the effectiveness of multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program Students MSC Thai Culinary School. 2) to assess suitability and the benefits of multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program Students MSC Thai Culinary School and 3) to study the students satisfaction towards multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program Students MSC Thai Culinary School. The population is 20 students in the Thai Professional Vocational Certificate Program from MSC Thai Culinary School who registered for the Thai Professional Certificate Program at the beginning level. The research tools were multimedia teaching materials practical test appropriateness assessment form the benefits of multimedia and the satisfaction assessment form. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean and standard deviation. The results showed that 1) the effectiveness of multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program Students MSC Thai Culinary School. Overall the efficiency was 80.70/89.75 which was higher than the specified criteria.2) The experts have opinions on the suitability assessment and the benefits of multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program Students MSC Thai Culinary School Overall it was at the highest level and 3) students were satisfied with multimedia teaching materials in the course of Basic Cooking Curry and Soup on the topic “Massaman Curry” for Thai Professional Certificate Program students MSC Thai culinary school. Overall it was at the highest level.

This study aimed 1) to develop an effective learning video media on how to make Baisripakcham for Home Economics Major vocational certificate students 2) to compare pre-test and post-test results using learning video media on how to make Baisripakcham and 3) to study students satisfaction in using learning video media on how to make Baisripakcham. Sample group was 40 second year students taking Home Economics under vocational level at Sukhothai Vocational College. These students were studying in the second semester of 2017 academic year. The result showed that content quality of the developed learning video media was very good ( x = 4.65) and the quality of video media was also very good ( x = 4.68) The analysis of learning achievement showed that the average post-test learning achievement was higher than the average pre-test learning achievement. When pre-test and post-test scores were compared using t – test found that t = 21.63. This showed statistically difference at .05 significance. Learners satisfaction of the video media was at highest level ( x = 4.56). It can be summerized that the learning video media helped students attain higher learning achievement. Learners level of satisfaction in using the learning video media was highest. The media can be used in learning and teaching Baisripakcham course in the vocational certificate curriculum of Vocational Education Commission Office.

The purposes of this research were : 1) To study the individual factors 2) To study the behavior on Thai dessert consumption 3) To study the relationship between individual factors and Thai dessert consumption in Samaut Songkhram Technical College The samples were 239 vocational certificate Students in Smaut Songkhram Technical College. The Instruments were questionnaire and a Test The statistics were the frequency percentage and the Chi-squared test. Results found that : 1) the students mostly were female studying in Accounting whose their parents’income not over 10000 baht per month have knowledge of Thai dessert at the good level. 2) The sample mostly consume boiled Thai dessert 1-3 times a week because of the delicious taste The each payment is up to 20-41 baht because the price was not expensive the preference Banana Leaves packaging and perception of news about Thai dessert through internet. 3) The result on studying factors found that the individual factors such as sex was most related to the preference. Educational level was related to the preference of packaging. Subject type was related to the favorite on Thai dessert. The preference in consuming Thai dessert in because of consumption the payment packaging and perception of news for the parents’income was related to the payment with statistically significant at 0.05 level.
