In this regard there were 38 key informants chosen by a purposive sampling method for each target group. The selected informants consisted of 30 elderly people between 60-69 years old 2 neighbors 2 community leaders 2 family members and 2 government officials. Due to the outbreak situation of COVID-19 the target group has to be adjusted accordingly. There were only 10 elderly people who were willing to be interviewed by phone. These informants are those who resides in Nang Loeng community Phra Nakhon District and Pom Prap Sattru Phai District Bangkok. The data was therefore collected by telephone interviews. To compare the physical fitness of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon students before and after the training by using a nine square table. The population used in this research was students studying physical education. individual sports or team sports in the academic year 2019 who were healthy not sick were able to receive physical fitness tests and practice nine squares of 30 people divided into a control group of 10 people an experimental group that used a nine square grid size 60X60 centimeters amounting to 10 The experimental group used nine squares size 90X90 cm 10 people. The duration of the experiment was 8 weeks 3 days a week one hour each time. Physical fitness tests were performed before the experiment at week 4 and week 8 and the results were analyzed by statistical method mean standard deviation one-way analysis of variance. Repeated one-way covariance analysis The results showed that 1. After 8 weeks of experimentation it was found that the nine squares training of the 60x60 cm grid training group and the 90x90 cm grid training group improved the average 3-minute steps up and down than the control group. significantly at the .05 level. 2. The results of the nine grid training of the 60x60 cm grid training group found that after 8 weeks of experimentation the mean stepping up and down of 3 minutes within the 60x60 cm grid training group was better than before and after 4 weeks of the experiment. There was a significant difference at the .05 level. 3. The results of the nine grid training of the 90X90 cm grid training group found that after 8 weeks of experimentation the mean stepping up and down of 3 minutes within the 90X90 cm grid training group was better than before and after 4 weeks of the experiment. The Statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage mean (xˉ) standard deviation (SD) and t-score. The research findings were as follows: 1. Age weight height and body mass index (BMI) of female volleyball players: the average age is 20 years the average weight is 56.87 kg the average height is 165.60 centimeters the average body mass index is 20.67 and the overall average physical fitness of female volleyball players was moderate. 2. Age weight height and body mass index (BMI) of male volleyball players: the average age is 22 years the average weight is 79.87 kg the average height is 180.53 centimeters the average BMI is 24.31 and the overall average physical fitness level of male volleyball players was moderate. 3. Normal norms of the physical fitness level of female volleyball players were as follows: 3.1 Front bending: very high level matches with the T-score above 61 high level at 55 - 60 moderate level at 45 - 54 low level at 40 - 44 and very low level below 39. 3.2 Standing and jumping: very high level matches with the T-score above 61 high level at 55 - 60 moderate level at 50 - 54 low level at 45 - 49 and very low level below 44. 3.3 Sitting-up for 30 seconds: very high level matches with the T-score above 60 high level at 55 - 59 moderate level at 45 - 54 low level at 40 - 44 and very low level below 39. 3.4 Running and Picking up objects: very high level matches with the T-score above 61 high level at 55 - 60 moderate level at 45 - 54 low level at 40 - 44 and very low level below 39. 3.5 Running for 50 meters: very high level matches with the T-score above 60 high level at 55 - 59 moderate level at 45 - 54 low level at 40 - 44 and very low level below 39. 3.6 Harvard Step Test: the Physical Fitness Level of female volleyball players was high level. Twelve players (80.00%) had the index of the physical fitness at high above 80; the other 3 players (20.00%) were at a moderate level that is the index of physical fitness was 50 - 80. 4. Normal norms of the physical fitness level of male volleyball players were as follows: 4.1 Front bending: very high level matches with the T-score above 61 high level at 55 - 60 moderate level at 45 - 54 low level at 40 - 44 and very low level below 39. 4.2 Standing and jumping: very high level matches with the T-score above 61 high level at 55 - 60 moderate level at 50 - 54 low level at 45 - 49 and very low level below 44. 4.3 Sitting-up for 30 seconds: very high level matches with the T-score above 60 high level at 55 - 59 moderate level at 45–54 low level at 40–44 and very low level below 39. 4.4 Running and Picking up objects: very high level matches with the T-score above 61 high level at 55 - 60 moderate level at 45 - 54 low level at 40 - 44 and very low level below 39. 4.5 Running for 50 meters: very high level matches with the T-score above 60 high level at 55 - 59 moderate level at 45 - 54 low level at 40 - 44 and very low level below 39. 4.6 Harvard Step Test: the Physical Fitness Level of male volleyball players was in moderate level. The purposes of this research were to study the obesity reduction behavior of undergraduate students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra NaKhon and to compare the obesity reducing behavior of the male students and female students. The questionnaire was used as a research tool to collect the data. The samples in this study were 401 students: 176 male and 225 female students. All 401 questionnaires were returned. The collected data were analyzed by using the mean score standard deviation and t-test. The statistical significance was at the .05 level. The findings were as follows. 1. The average body mass index of the majority of the students was at a moderate level which was 22.60. They were in normal shape and not overweight. The male students had an average body mass index of 22.48 and the female students had an average body mass index of 21.60. Both males and females were in normal shape. 2. The students obesity reduction behavior was at a moderate level. 3. There was a significant difference between the male and female students’ obesity reduction behavior at .05 level. It was found that the obesity reduction behavior of the male students was significantly higher than that of the female students at the 0.05 level. Those higher obesity reduction behavior included buying a drug to reduce fat drinking tea or coffee to reduce fat and toxins without consulting a doctor using fiber products certified by a physician using laxatives after dinner without consulting a doctor eating basil seeds before having a meal eating fatburning dietary supplements approved by an expert taking medicine to catch fat from ingested food without consulting a physician eating extracts from garcinnia exercising continuously for 30 minutes exercising more than 3 days in a week losing weight by acupuncture being a customer of hand massage service for weight loss getting a gastric bypass being a customer of weight loss institute with modern equipment having treatment service from body institute with modern equipment wearing a tightening belt or clothes buying reducing fat oil cream and using it without consulting a doctor and getting a liposuction by a specialist. Therefore the obesity reduction behavior of the male students was significantly higher than those of the female students at the 0.05 level.

The experiment took 8 weeks 3 days a week one hour each time. The physical fitness tests were tested before week 4 and week 8 and the obtained data were statistically analyzed in terms of means standard deviation one-way analysis of variance analysis of one-way covariance with repeated measurements. The research results were as follows: 1. After the 8 weeks of the experiment it was found that the dance practice of the ballroom dancing group and Latin American dance practice group made the average of 1 minute lifting 1 minute ground pushing and 3 minutes step-up. It was significantly better than the control group at the .05 level. 2. As for the ballroom dancing practice within the ballroom dancing group it was found that after the 8 weeks of the experiment the average of 1 minute floor push and 3 minutes step up and down.
