This research aims to develop the guidelines of an automated educational recommending system through various social media in form of chat robots (Chatbot). This is under the assumption that the Chatbot can assist the human workload in responding to Students’ frequently asked questions (FAQ). With the Chatbot inquirer students would be responded in fast and accurate to the inquiries. The prototype of this system is built on the Dialogflow platform to connect to the Line Application. The prototype was tested via users and received “good” level of the overall user’s satisfaction.

This research aims to study the website link analysis of Faculty of Engineering RMUTP both of the internal link or the external link via the HTTP standard response code of all 9 under graduate departments web pages. The research is study motives the affect participation in quality assurance personal of Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon from example group of 182 people which classified by sex ages position educational degree field of work and working life. The questionnaire is five rating scales that analyze the result by frequency percent average the average of standard deviation and T-test independent by using one way ANOVA. The results were as follows : From one hundred percent of the personnel of Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon whom 63.70 persent classified by the educational field and 36.30% support line are ready to enter into Asean community which could be seen average in whole picture. After considering in three aspects the result appeared that knowledge and skills of personnel are also average. However the attitude of personnel was considered in a high level. Hypothetic test result was found that there was no difference among the personnel with difference sex ages educational degree field of work and working life in their readiness in entering Asean Community. position
