The aims of this Guidelines for the Development of Teaching and Learning Models in the Department of Fashion and Apparel Design Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were to compare the department of fashion and apparel designs teaching and learning outcomes and to find guidelines for the development of teaching and learning management styles in the department of fashion and apparel design. To gather feedback on teaching and learning satisfaction from current students enrolled in the 2020 academic year faculty members and alumni a convenient random sampling of 104 people willing to participate in the online survey was used. Cronbachs alpha coefficient was 0.980 which was quite confident. Four external experts provide feedback on the training. The frequency percentage and mean were used to analyze the data. The results were summarized as follows: The majority of those who responded were alumni (50.96 %). The average degree of satisfaction in teaching was at its highest (mean 4.23). Other components of the situation were excellent. (mean 4.12) curriculum (mean 4.11) learning facilities and infrastructure (mean 4.03) and educational aid were the averages (mean 3.85). In the department of Fashion and Apparel Design the average satisfaction with teaching and learning was compared. There was no variation in classification based on the respondents status. The findings of the data analysis based on respondents feedback and course reviews Department of Fashion and Apparel Design Bachelor of Home Economics (Course revised 2017) from external experts It was used as a guideline for the development of teaching-learning management styles in the field of study by: (1) the curriculum the name of the curriculum the adjustment of the philosophy objectives and the addition of elective courses in the curriculum for students to choose according to their interests; (2) Instructors adjust the use of teaching methodologies evaluation course content and teaching media knowledge exchange team teaching and online teaching are all options learner-centered teaching activities are critical and devise a self-improvement strategy. (3) in terms of educational aid to sign an MOU contract with the establishment obtaining a budget for the purchase of learning equipment and maintenance to be in good working in order to be used. (4) learning facilities and infrastructure provide books that are relevant to the subject. Improve the computer system and internet signal utilized in teaching. And (5) other areas such as the number of channels available for the courses public relations efforts. Collaboration with former students Follow-up on scholarship recipients participation in activities Field trips and study tours Suggestions for future study The findings should be analyzed using the principles for developing teaching and learning management styles. every academic year to provide the findings in order to develop the curriculum further.

Due to the need for Thailand to adapt and develop its economy to keep up with the changes of the world it has to develop technology and innovations with efficiency in order to drive Thailands economy to prosper and keep pace with the rapidly changing global economy. Therefore it is important that educational institutions can help Thailand to have a good economy that is comparable to other countries is to organize the education system with courses that meet the needs of the enterprises. In addition a new generation of entrepreneurs (Start-up) must be created and developed to have knowledge and abilities to drive the countrys economy to be sustainable and efficient. The new generation of entrepreneurs must have knowledge and ability to use technology and innovation in business operations create added value to the economy and bring Thailand into a high income country and people in the country have a better life. Therefore the researcher aims to find guidelines for the development of the Faculty of Science and Technology. Lets step into the development of technology to promote innovation to create a new generation of entrepreneurs with the ability to operate business by using information technology to drive business progress. The samples used to collecte data were personnel students of the Faculty of Science and Technology and establishments related to the occupation of students in both government and private sectors and the research instruments were 2 sets of questionnaires including the 1st set a questionnaire to survey opinions on the development approach of the Faculty of Science and Technology and the second set of questionnaires for enterprises to explore the need for building and develop entrepreneurs in the new era with characteristics that meet the needs of the establishment. The results obtained from the statistical data analysis are guidelines for the development of the Faculty of Science and Technology in creating a proactive strategy to develop the faculty and up-to-date personnel skills training. Access to technology and innovation to step into a university in technology and promote the creation of appropriate innovations to create and develop entrepreneurs effectively.

This research article aims to present guidelines for promoting career development and quality of life of people in Dan Thap Tako Sub-District Community Chom Bueng District Ratchaburi Province. This is a mixed method research by distributing a questionnaire with a confidence value of .8. with the sample using the Yamane sample table. A sample of 254 people was obtained. Out of a total population of 750 people the statistics used in the data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation. and in-depth interviews with 15 key informants selected by specific type using descriptive and essay content analysis techniques. This research is to study the condition problem and needs of the organization in the management of supplies of parcel operators. Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon all 4 aspects are procurement Control and distribution of parcels Maintenance And the distribution of supplies to study guidelines for the development of parcel management for parcel workers Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Classified by problem condition and procurement development approach by collecting data between October 2019 and September 2020 it was a survey research using questionnaire tools which consisted of 3 parts: The respondents which were demographic characteristics 2) problem conditions and procurement development approach and 3) other recommendations.
