This research aimed to study the use of coarse aggregate obtained from removing old recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) in the production of the porous concrete paving block. Crushing and size separation of the coarse aggregate by using standard sieve size by selected the gradation size of the coarse aggregate that passed to sieve size 1/2” and retained on sieve size 3/8” and other that passed to sieve size 3/8” and retained on sieve size No.4 by mixing ratio 50 : 50 of the mass as replaced natural coarse aggregate. Portland cement quantity about 18% and 20% by weight of the aggregate. The water to cement ratio was 0.30 and 0.35 respectively. Compressive strength flexural strength and water permeability were investigated. The results showed that the cement content and water to cement ratio was influenced the strength properties and water permeability rate of the porous concrete paving block. The porous concrete paving block mixed with higher cement content (20%) had the compressive strength at the age of 28 days increased by 16-24% when compared with lower cement content (18%). On the other hand the water permeability rate decreased by 5.1-8.1%.

The objective of this research was to study the effect of substitution of wheat flour with Cavendish banana flour on specific volume density antioxidant activity and the sensory acceptance of bread using Cavendish banana flour instead of wheat flour as 0% (control) 10% 20% and 30% of the total flour weight. It was found that an increasing amount of Cavendish banana flour caused the darker of the bread appearance and the specific volume of the bread decreased from 4.22 to 2.69 cm3/g while the bread density increased from 0.24 to 0.37 g/cm3. The total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of the bread made of Cavendish banana flour instead of wheat flour were significantly greater than the control bread (p<0.05). Also the sensory acceptance scores by panelists in terms of appearance color aroma taste texture and overall acceptance of bread using 10-30% of Cavendish banana flour content were not significantly different compared to the control bread (p>0.05) . Therefore the bread using 30% Cavendish banana flour gave the highest amount of total phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity with well accepted by consumers.

This research was resulted of the characterization of cement paste composites (CPC) blended with palmyra fiber ash and surface-treated on short SWNT prepared by an electroless plating process. The cement paste composites included cement 270 meshes of palmyra fiber ash and short SWNT. The design of experiment was divided into 3 conditions namely uncuring 28 and 56 days in distilled water. The properties of CPC were carried out in chemical composition physical mechanical mineral phase microstructure and statistical analysis. It was found that in the chemical compositions an amount of silicon dioxide aluminium oxide and ferric oxide were 51.53% which was rated in class C. The bulk densities of CPC series between PFA10 (C) and PFA5AgSWNT0.01 (G) cured 56-day distilled water were an increased 38%. Then the highest specific electrical resistivity of CPC series PFA5OSWNT0.03 (F) cured 56-day distilled water was 1.14±0.31 mega-ohm.mm. The highest compressive strength of CPC series PFA5AgSWNT0.01 (G) cured at 28-day distilled water was 25.45±2.00 MPa compared with the OPC (A) was an increased 5%. Which the bulk densities of CPC series between PFA10 (C) and PFA5AgSWNT0.01 (G) were statistical analyzed the mostly cured at significant difference α = 0.05. In addition CPC series PFA5AgSWNT0.01 (G) mainly contained calcite portlandite quartz dolomite and ettringite were caused increasing compressive strength. And the SEM microphotograph were also displayed the calcium silicate hydrate portlandite and ettringite. Consequently the PFA was used to ability pozzolanic material using for lightweight concrete of CPC.

This objectives of this research were to 1) study the factors for the development of teachers’career advancement. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2) To study the motivation for career advancement development of teachers of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. It is a quantitative research by quantitative survey. and qualitative interviews Data were collected from a sample group of 324 teachers in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Use questionnaires and interviews as tools to collect data. The statistics used for analysis were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The results of the study from the sample group showed that 1) most of the personal factors were female aged 41–50 years single status masters degree. have an average monthly income of more than 45000 baht 2) Environmental factors within the organization such as job content rewards and career advancement opportunities. learning opportunity Academic Seminar for Teachers Career Development Fairness in salary assessments academic work position and fair returns; and 3) There should be guidelines for developing teacher career progression. Consisting of rewards and job security at a high level The organization shall assure employees that assessments are consistent with pre-declared methods. Executives who assess fair salaries and ensure that all teachers are treated equally including consistent treatment of employees. Fair management the real professionals in the organization have the majorty of the management term. Must have good governance credibility and professional management. supervisors and colleagues who are transparent and do not take advantage There is only a plan to encourage teachers to enter academic positions. But it does not support it seriously and does not support it in practice. not policy By facilitating the reduction of teaching hours and allowing free time to complete academic work. The problems and obstacles found were that there was no real promotion for teachers to enter academic positions. There is bullying at different faculties in the university. High-level executives must have good governance in all aspets of work.must not be biased No bias and no partisans. in order not to create divisions like the present Lack of motivation to work because of the lack of transparency and unfairness at the level of middle-level executives and doing the wrong thing at the faculty level There is no transparency in the operation. Salary Assessment consideration of merit Faculty Management System on campus Standard and fair authenticity like the old days. because the new generation lacks technical experience To manage the work correctly and up to the standard not conductive to work The management is inexperienced and the work is partisan and unfair. The teachers are bored. In working with and for guidelines for the development of teacher career advancement. There must be a serious professional development plan in the academic field. There is a practicality There is real support reduced teaching hours giving opportunities to do academic work in a concrete way. in the development of the teachers career advancement There must be a serious professional development plan in the academic field. There is a practicality There is real support reduced teaching hours giving opportunities to do academic work in a concrete way. There must be impartiality and fairness in the administration of all departments. and support all faculty members equally There is a mentor to help in doing academic work clearly seriously supporting. and should have competent management and have good governance in working more than it is There is still not as much as it should be to organize the subjects taught. The opening of cource in different faculities must be clear and transparent. Not helpful to their peers It must be accurate and allow students to choose to register for free electives on their own. Not for professional branches to arrange for students to study in baskets. Because of unfair selection of subjects the partisan system should have’s a budget to support and equipment. In doing academic work and contributing in terms of time for teachers to have time to do academic work by reducing the teaching hours in a concrete way and do not deduct teaching points But there is an agreement to submit academic work in the later semester after the teaching hours have been reduced. Opportunity to use vacation days or permission to do academic work without control and signing of official duties conducive to truly academic achievements But there must be an agreement to submit academic work in the next semester.
