This research objective is to improve the overall equipment effectiveness of the water filtration systems in the case study of the Water Treatment Plant which divides the water production into 4 production lines. The water filtration system has an electric actuator and gear is the main machine in the water filtration system. An electric actuator and gear have more machine breakdowns. That makes the water filtration system is the bottleneck of the water production process. This research study is divided into two steps: the first step is the presentation of the equation and the steps to measure the Overall Equipment Effectiveness of the water filtration system. The equation used data from the computer maintenance management system to analysis on mean time between failure data (MTBF) mean time to repair data (MTTR) and water production process data. The results can be improved the overall equipment effectiveness of the water filtration system increased to 0.11% 0.68% 0.44% and 2.44% respectively in each production process line. And increased Quantity of Filtration Water increased to 328500 m3/year 1168000 m3/year 1022000 m3/year and 3832500 m3/year respectively in each production process line. In this research used the pillar of focus improvement. By adding a protection system to prevent machine breakdown because of the most of the problems are found that the protection system malfunctions. This is the most problem in the 4th And then used engineering knowledge to improve water production and the success factor are required a human resources of all parties to cooperate brainstorm and analyze the causes of various losses in order to eliminate them.

The objective of this study is to observe the relationship between Budget Management and Effectiveness of private schools in Bangkok. The population and sample groups of this study include 691 schools in which 123 focused samples derived from determining samples’ sizes are according to Krejcie and Morgan’s Table. The data used in this study is provided by school administrators chief budget accountants and teachers. The employed study instrument used in collecting data is overall four-part questionnaire survey. Collected data is statistically analyzed by percentage arithmetic mean standard deviation correlation coefficient of Pearson and Multiple Regression Analysis The finding of this research reveals that 1)Private schools’ Budget Administration around Bangkok is general and in each aspect were at a high level : the highest arithmetic mean is account management aspect followed by budget allocation. 2) Private schools’ Effectiveness is general and in each aspect were at a high level : the highest arithmetic mean is teachers satisfaction aspect followed by the ability to adapt from internal and external factors respectively. 3)There is also a positive relationship between schools budget management and schools effectiveness with statistical significance at 0.01

The objectives of this study were to discover the effectiveness of the environmental accounting on the financial information quality classified by the population characteristics and the organization sustainability of businesses certified by ISO 14001 in Thailand. The data were collected from 200 Finance and Accounting directors or managers of businesses certified by ISO 14001 in Thailand through the questionnaire as a research instrument. Statistics used in the data analysis included frequency percentage mean standard deviation multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of environmental accounting regarding in the aspect of the reliability of the data reporting was significantly related to the quality of financial information and corporate sustainability. In addition the quality of financial information was also significantly related to the organization sustainability which included the addition of business value competitive ability and the organization image.

Due to the systems of mechanical vapor compression have a high energy consumption for air-conditioned space. Therefore the system of evaporative cooling presents as a promising alternative option for the air-conditioning system. Moreover the pre-cooling system is normally used to reduce an intake ambient air temperature before the air-conditioning system. As mentioned above this research aims to investigate the effectiveness of evaporative cooling system by using a car radiator for air per-cooling. In this research the commercial car radiator was used for cooling inlet ambient air by cooling water. The evaporative cooling system consisted of evaporative cooling panel with a maximum water rate of 40 lite/minute and a maximum air rate of 5100 m3/hr. The results show that most suitable water flow rate of radiator is 10 lite/minute and this radiator can make the differences of air temperature of about 8.9oC. Moreover the results also show that the effectiveness of evaporative cooling system could reach about 73.31% with a maximum sensible heat of 8.43 kW.

This study was aimed to investigate the management process (POSDCoRB) that influenced the effectiveness of the organization consisting of work satisfaction and work quality accomplished at the scheduled time as well as the adaptability of the residential construction business in Bangkok Metropolitan. SMEs companies were selected according to registered capital from 1 million to 5 million baht only the companies with the profitability and unexceed total revenue of 30 million baht in 2016. 160 samples were used to respond to the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Inferential statistics analysis stepwise multiple regression analysis were applied in the data analysis. It was found as follows. 1) The level of the management process of the residential construction business in Bangkok was high as well as planning and budgeting. However the process of people allocation organization direction coordination and reporting were relatively moderate. 2) Respondents in the residential construction business highly agreed upon the effectiveness of the organization work quality scheduled time achievement while the effectiveness of the organization in terms of satisfaction the organization adaptability were moderate. 3) The management processes had the highest correspondence with the effectiveness of the organization in terms of the coordination and adaptability of the organization followed by the budget which was related to the quality of the work. Finally 4) the management process concerning the coordination budget and organization management influenced the organization effectiveness of the residential construction business in Bangkok at the statistical significance of 0.01.
