This study aims to examine the knowledge management in the development of community products from the local wisdom of the community enterprise Amphoe Krathum Baen in Samut Sakorn according to the king’s philosophy to create sustainable development. Three main objectives were: 1) To explore the knowledge management in community product development based on the local wisdom of Amphoe Krathum Baen in Samut Sakorn 2) To find out the form of product development based on the local wisdom of Amphoe Krathum Baen in Samut Sakorn that applied the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) to sustainable development. 3) To empower the community through the development of community products based on the king’s philosophy to sustainable development according to government policy. The methodology used for data collection involved constructing a questionnaire and collecting data in small meetings sessions. The participants in the study were general people associated with the community enterprise of Amphoe Krathum Baen in Samut Sakorn. The sample consisted of 20 participants drawn from the simple random sampling. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument in this study. The data were then analyzed by using descriptive statistics: percentage mean (x ) and standard deviation (S.D.). The results of the study can be summarized as follows: The results present the knowledge management in the development community products based on local wisdom in Amphoe Krathum Baen Samut Sakhorn following the king’s philosophy to sustainable development. This knowledge was managed systematically according to family beliefs the relationship between family members and the transmission of knowledge in local wisdom from one to others to inherit this local wisdom treasure. Overall the knowledge management of local wisdom was at the moderate level. For the development of community products based on local wisdom the results shows that the participants paid attention to the form of packaging according to geographic indicator that was available in their local area at the highest level. In addition to strengthening the community these community products allowed the community to generate profitable income by building commercialization and setting up a community enterprise rather than doing business within the family. When considering all these items the results show that all items were at a high level.

The purpose of the study was set to analyze the current situation of the competency of accountants model of small and micro community enterprise of central region in 2030. The study was examined through the perspective of a group of experts scrutinizing future feasibility the competency of accountants of small and micro community enterprise of central region in 2030. The data were examined by delphi techniques with the data collected through the interviews and questionnaires from three different data collections. The data analysis was completed using median and consistency then confirmed the result with by the interquartile range calculation. It was found that the key components included 1. Intelligence Quotient 2. Resilience Intelligence 3. Moral Intelligence 4. Creative Intelligence and digital Intelligence of future forms of the competency of accountants model of small and micro community enterprise of central region in 2030 as examined and approved by the experts in all four skills for the feasibility of the future application.

(Participatory Action Research: PAR) and the research was conducted in 3 steps namely 1) to study the concepts and theories of Business Model Canvas in order to formulate a business model for Nam Prik Kaeng products; 2) Analyze the data from an in-depth interview. Focus group discussion from the stakeholders and 3) Content Analysis with the Nam Prik Kaeng product business model. Ban Khlong Samrong Community Enterprise Ban Phaeo District Samut Sakhon Province and summarized the research results by descriptive analysis. Suggestions from this research found that Ban Khlong Samrong Community Enterprise Ban Phaeo District Samut Sakhon Province still lacks knowledge in marketing. Therefore there should be an extension in the next market research project.

The purposes of this research were to compare the differences of the individual characteristics with performance of employees in state- owned enterprises. To study motivation affecting the work efficiency of the employees in the state enterprise unit. To study the principles of good governance affecting the work efficiency of employees in state enterprise agencies. To study of motivation and good governance principles affecting the efficiency of work performance of employees in state enterprise units The sample used in this study was 56 employees of state enterprise organizations in Thailand. 370 people by distributing questionnaires as data for data collection. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation t-test f-test (One Way ANOVA). The relationships were used in Pearson s correlation analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results showed that personal characteristics such as gender age education level Income per month job position job duration. There are no significant differences in the efficiency of the performance of the employees in state enterprise units. Motivation affects the efficiency of work performance (quality of work) of employees in state enterprise units at a moderate level. Research on the community of Participatory Learning Practice Fabric Pattern to Development of Local Hand-mend Cloth Products of Sewing Community Enterprise and Craft Khao of Sewing Khao Kaew Srisomboon Thung Saliam Sukhothai Province. The objectivity of this project is to study the patterns of cloth to develop hand-woven fabric products. The learning practice of local fabric patterns to develop 5 sets of hand-woven jewelry products then 5 sets of jewelry experts were asked to consider selecting suitable hand-woven jewelry sets for making. 3 sets of jewelry and asked 5 experts from the community state enterprise sewing and artificial arts to transfer the invention of handwoven jewelry to the community 1 set and to study the satisfaction of the target group of 30 people and analyze the data. By using statistics frequency percentage standard deviation and mean with the following analysis results. The findings of the study were as follows. It was found that Local fabric patterns Appeared in 3 traditional fabric patterns: Saeng pattern Plain pattern and Kaew pattern. Learning practice of local fabric patterns for the development of hand-woven fabric accessories. All 5 jewelry experts chose the style of jewelry set A set B and set D commenting that the style has suitable elements of jewelry. In particular the combination of local fabric patterns and geometric shapes creates a contemporary look. Size and proportion should be adapted to the proportion of the wearer. And the use of color always use the original color of the fabric especially red. The satisfaction of the materials used was interesting at an average of 4.67 in terms of utility. Satisfaction in wearing on various occasions at the average 4.66 and distribution. Satisfaction in the jewelry trade show at an average of 4.60 communities working on learning patterns of local fabrics to develop hand-woven products.
