Research project on Factors influencing the performance of support personnel Faculty of Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon The objective is to study the factors influencing the performance of support personnel. Overall there is a high level of operational satisfaction fairness transparency and operational compliance with the rules and regulations and the aspect of being able to successfully carry out the tasks assigned to them. The field is able to perform the assigned tasks with quality and efficiency. The side is able to perform the task correctly as assigned and the side has an understanding and can determine the guidelines for the operation. The aims of this Guidelines for the Development of Teaching and Learning Models in the Department of Fashion and Apparel Design Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were to compare the department of fashion and apparel designs teaching and learning outcomes and to find guidelines for the development of teaching and learning management styles in the department of fashion and apparel design. To gather feedback on teaching and learning satisfaction from current students enrolled in the 2020 academic year faculty members and alumni a convenient random sampling of 104 people willing to participate in the online survey was used. Cronbachs alpha coefficient was 0.980 which was quite confident. Four external experts provide feedback on the training. The frequency percentage and mean were used to analyze the data. The results were summarized as follows: The majority of those who responded were alumni (50.96 %). The average degree of satisfaction in teaching was at its highest (mean 4.23). Other components of the situation were excellent. (mean 4.12) curriculum (mean 4.11) learning facilities and infrastructure (mean 4.03) and educational aid were the averages (mean 3.85). In the department of Fashion and Apparel Design the average satisfaction with teaching and learning was compared. There was no variation in classification based on the respondents status. The findings of the data analysis based on respondents feedback and course reviews Department of Fashion and Apparel Design Bachelor of Home Economics (Course revised 2017) from external experts It was used as a guideline for the development of teaching-learning management styles in the field of study by: (1) the curriculum the name of the curriculum the adjustment of the philosophy objectives and the addition of elective courses in the curriculum for students to choose according to their interests; (2) Instructors adjust the use of teaching methodologies evaluation course content and teaching media knowledge exchange team teaching and online teaching are all options learner-centered teaching activities are critical and devise a self-improvement strategy. (3) in terms of educational aid to sign an MOU contract with the establishment obtaining a budget for the purchase of learning equipment and maintenance to be in good working in order to be used. (4) learning facilities and infrastructure provide books that are relevant to the subject. Improve the computer system and internet signal utilized in teaching. And (5) other areas such as the number of channels available for the courses public relations efforts. This research has the following objectives: 1) To study the basic data of freshman orientation activities. 2) To determine conditions and problems of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. 3) To find guidelines for organizing creative freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample were students in the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon who were studying in 1st–4th year of a Bachelors degree academic year 2020. The sample were calculated based on the Taro Yamane method and selected by stratified sampling obtained a total of 305 students. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the study were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The statistical data was analyzed by using a computer program. The research results indicated the basic data from general information as follows: 1) The word of command by the Head of The National Council for Peace and Order on measures to prevent and solve the problems of quarrels among students 2) the announcement of the Office of the Higher Education Commission on organizing freshman orientation activities and cheer meetings in higher education institutions 3) student manuals rules regulations and announcements of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn related for the use as the basic data for researching were found that both government policies and university policies focus on supervising the organization of freshman orientation activities to be in good order and legally in the scope of Thai morals and manners. The overall condition of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology was at a high level. The overall problems of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology were at a low level. For the model of organizing creative freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon it should be proceeded as follows: 1) Operational planning – There should be student activities planning in every academic year and a manual for organizing freshman orientation activities. 2) The process of organizing freshman orientation activities: The implementation results should be reviewed mutually with students of all programs. 3) Organizers: Organizers should be supervised in proper dressing / personality / attitudes for organizing freshman orientation activities. 4) Facilities for organizing activities: There should be adequate facilities for all participants to be able to access convenience and useful services. 5) Quality of organizing freshman orientation activities: Activities organized should be consistent with the objectives of freshman orientation activities.

The purpose of this study was studied the need to be entrepreneur of Home Economics and compared the difference between the need to be entrepreneur of Home Economics program on Fourth-years undergraduate Students in Faculty of Home Economics Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and personal factor. The sampling groups were fourth-years undergraduate students those were studying in first semester of Academic Year 2017 of 150 people with simple quota sampling. The use of tool was a questionnaire. The data analyses were used to percentage value average standard deviation t-test and F-test. The results of research were found on Fourth-years Undergraduate Students in Faculty of Home Economics Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon they had the need to be entrepreneur of home economics program there were generally in high level as an average of 4. 06. There were considered as aspects found that the need of power was in high level as an average of 3. 86 the need of affiliation was in high level as an average of 4. 14 and the need of achievement was in high level as an average of 4. 19. The different comparison between the need to be entrepreneur of Home Economics on undergraduate students with classifiable as gender and parent’s occupation or guardian that had statistically significant difference at 0.05. The studied major program of generalization on every aspect was not difference. The experiences of work during the study were not difference of the need of power and the need of achievement and the need of affiliation was statistically significant difference at 0.05.

The purposes of this research were : 1) A study of knowledge about the nutrition labeling formats GDA of Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Students 2) A study of attitude towards the nutrition labeling formats GDA of Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Students 3) Compare knowledge about the nutrition labeling formats GDA Classified by gender years of study and majors and 4) Compare attitude towards the nutrition labeling formats GDA Classified by gender years of study and majors. The sample were 307 first year to fourth year. The instrument was a questionnaire. Frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test ANOVA and Duncan’s Multiple Range Test were used in data analysis via computer program. The results showed that : 1) The most students have moderate level of knowledge and understanding 2) Students have a high level of attitudes when considering each item it was found that the items with the highest mean were: The GDA nutrition label is beneficial to everyone 3) Compare knowledge about the nutrition labeling formats GDA of Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Students Classified by gender years of study and majors It was found that students with different levels of education and disciplines had different knowledge about nutritional labels in the GDA except for students with different sex. Knowledge of nutrition labeling according to GDA not different Statistically significant at the .05 level and 4) Compare attitude towards the nutrition labeling formats GDA of Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon students classified by gender years of study and majors it was found that students with gender education and different disciplines.
