The purpose of this research was to study the direction of education management in textile and fashion design: education management concepts which effect to labor market (Target Market) with toward industry 4.0 for sustainability which was studied by industrial textile and fashion design faculty Rajamangala Phra-nakhon University of Technology. The sample of this result was used of graduate students manufacturing entrepreneur and lecturer. The research tools were used questionnaires assessment and data analysis by SPSS for window and Microsoft Excel frequency percentage mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the obtained data. The results of the study showed about direction of education management in textile and fashion design: education management concepts which effect to labor market (Target Market) with toward industry 4.0 for sustainability that most of the respondents were graduate students had concerned about the relationship and responsibility as priority which the opinion scored as highest as X ̅ = 4.19 and their Ethics scored as X ̅ = 4.03 The manufacturing and entrepreneur scored high for almost topic; cognitive skills domain scored as( X) ̅ = 4.00 psychomotor domain scored as X ̅= 3.92 knowledge domain scored as( X) ̅ = 3.63 and relationship and responsibility domain scored as X ̅ = 3.59. But the scored of numerical analysis communication and information as medium as X ̅ = 2.83 the lecturer were most concentration about psychomotor domain as scored as X ̅= 4.03 which was the most popular the others domain was high scored; Ethics domain was scored asX ̅ =3.88 knowledge domain was scored as X ̅= 3.80 Relationship and responsibility domain scored as (X ̅ = 3.70) cognitive skills domain scored as (X ̅ = 3.54).

The objectives of this research is to study and evaluate knowledge base level of RMUTP students regarding information of ASEAN Community and to study their readiness to approach into ASEAN labor markets by doing the random sampling of 386 RMUTP students all-year levels from 9 faculties who are studying bachelor degree. Tools for collecting data are questionnaires on basic knowledge of ASEAN Community and readiness of RMUTP students towards ASEAN Labor Markets by choosing one answer from multiple choices with 5 rating scales. Analyzing data by using readymade computer program SPSS for statistic percentile standard deviation t-test f-test. All test statistics is statistically significant at 0.05 level. The results can be summarized as follows.

This research aims to study the readiness of graduates to match the labor market and the development of graduates to adapt and develop themselves to meet the policy of Thailand 4.0 by quantitative study. The quantitative method was used by the Faculty of Business Administration. Establishment A total of 20 establishments. The statistics used for data analysis were Frequency Percentage Mean. The research found that the surveyed enterprises were divided into private government and state enterprises. There are 7 government agencies 33.3% 11 enterprises 52.4% and 14.3% of state enterprises. There are 61.90476 and the duration of the establishment is 0-11 years. The availability of students for cooperative education is 3.4762 at the moderate level. The average score of 3.5218 was moderate. The overall composition of computer languages and programs is also the current popular SQL and Photoshop languages of the establishments. In order to collect the data build the knowledge about the target market in the Industry 4.0 era. Moreover a survey of the requirement of graduates’ characteristic that can support the revolution from Industry 3.0 to Industry 4.0 is very important. Therefore the faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon can well prepare the graduates production for supporting the Industry 4.0 for sustainability.
