This research aims to study attitudes quality of life and human relationships affecting the performance of professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok. The sample group consisted of 400 professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok. Data were collected using questionnaires. The statistics using were descriptive statistics like frequency percentage mean standard deviation and inferential statistics. The results showed that most respondents were female aged between 31 – 40 years with a bachelors degree and an average monthly income between 30001 - 40000 baht. The overall work attitude factor is at a very agreeable level. The mean value was 3.81. The overall Quality of life at work factor was at high level of agreement. The mean was 3.73 and overall human relations at work factor was at a high level ofagreement with an average of 3.88. Work attitude and human relations at work factors had a statistically significant effect on the performance of professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok at the 0.05 level.

This is a mixed method research by distributing a questionnaire with a confidence value of .8. with the sample using the Yamane sample table. A sample of 254 people was obtained. This research aimed to: 1) develop an elderly quality of life promotion model for self-reliance through community product processing: 2) develop community product processing to promote income of the elderly and: 3) promote coexistence activities among the elderly. The research was qualitative research using document examination an in-depth interview with 10 key informants group discussion and non-participant observation. The results showed that: 1) the development of an elderly quality of life promotion model for self-reliance through community product processing encouraged the participation in the community product processing among the elderly: 2) the community products were processed in the community to promote income for the elderly and: 3) the community in collaboration with the municipality promoted the coexistence of the elderly. A new model discovered from the development of quality of life using processing community products was an integration of community knowledge management in processing community products based on the sufficiency economy philosophy. This research led to new the findings as follows. 1) The community participation from the associates included community municipality government organizations educational institutes and supporting organizations. 2) The products focused on herbal products for the elderly that were found in the households easily found and were medicinal plants for cooking such as Moringa lemongrass pandanus Indian Gooseberry etc. 3) The guidelines for promoting activities in coexistence of the elderly included elderly school activities volunteer activities Buddhist important day activities traditional activities and community enterprise members.

This research is a Qualitative Research in the form of Case Study which aims to analyze learning activities and learning activities model to improve the life quality of the elderly by using schools as a base. This focuses on collecting data from indepthinterviews individually from 15 major informants including group discussionswith related 12 representatives from elderly schools who are the master and haveoutstanding learning activities. The elderly schools include the Elderly School of Plubplachai Sub-district U Thong District Suphan Buri Province the Elderly School of Tumbon Nonglan Tamaga District Kanchanaburi Province and the Elderly School of Yannawa District Bangkok. In addition observation and field notes are used in collecting data. The data was analyzed by using content analysis and occurring phenomena descriptive analysis The results indicated that things to consider about learning activities for improving the quality of life of the elderly by using schools as a base include (1) the background of the elderly school (2) Purpose or intention of learning management (3) the elderly school learning content or curriculum (4) Process patterns or methods of learning management (5) Assessment or impact. These are diverse under the concept of establishing an elderly school and the learning activities are organized by the interests of the elderly and those activities are important for their livelihood. There are 2 characteristics of the learning activity model for improving the quality of life of the elderly which are (1) It is a learning activity model with institution curriculum and lessons. The activity is an activity that encourages networks in community to be speakers to transfer knowledge or lecture and practice via various learning tools. (2 ) It is a learning activity model of the villagers. It is an alternativeactivity for learners. It is an empirical learning model that is demonstrated and then acted such as career development activities ones own well-being activities and other activities. Moreover there are other learning activity models i.e. (1) It is a learning activity model based on what should be known about current lifestyle and world society. (2) It is a learning activity model based on what must be known about benefits and protection. (3) It is a learning activity model based on curious things which response to learning needs based on learners life and cultural basis of the local community. The result of this research is to be a guideline in order to promote operations and enhance the potential of the elderly that are suitable to the context of the area group and expand the learning management by using the elderly school as a base.

The objective of this research were to study 1) General features of economic factor social factor environment factor and personal factor of people in muo-baan Suan-Son community and 2) The influence of economic factor social factor environment factor and personal factor involvement on quality of life of people in muo-baan Suan-Son community. This study was conducted by applying 2 research methodologies. For quantitative approach questionnaires were used to collect data 216 from people in muo-baan Suan-Son community. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and hierarchical regression analysis. With the qualitative approach in-depth interview group discussion structured observation and field notes. The results indicated that 1) Most of people in muo-baan Suan-Son community had low bachelor degree enough income each month satisfied with family over work and community considered that the environmental protection in the community was moderate and the environment in the community was middle clean and enough. 2) The component of factor influence to quality of life of people in Muo-Baan Suan–Son community had health treat family community and welfair.
