The purpose of this research is to study the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon student activities information system usage and payoff if it meets the requirements of the university in order to keep track of the students extra curriculum activities and to study the user satisfaction usage and payoff of the system. 385 samples were systematically randomly selected among 10153 students studying in the undergraduate class year 1 to year 3 and the personnel working in all Faculties of the university at the 95% confidence level. The study found the following results: The majority of the respondents mainly were female 54.5 percent 96.4 percent were students studying in year 1 41.3 percent and from Business Administration Faculty 36.9 percent. Overall satisfaction toward the student activities information system was at a high level with an average of 3.66. Overall usage of the student activities information system was at a high level with an average of 3.74 and overall payoff of the student activities information system was at a high level with an average of 3.77. The hypothesis testing showed that different personal factors including gender occupation/status class and faculty did not varied the satisfaction toward the student activities information system statistically significant at the .05 level. Satisfaction toward the student activities information system including system quality information quality and service quality is positively related to the usage of the student activities information system statistically significant at the .05 level and the student activities information system usage is positively related to the student activities information system payoff statistically significant at the .05 level.

To manipulate students data which participate in activity projects of the university. Student activity management information system support working of student development division to know how many students join campus activities in each year. This information can increase efficiency for clubs and staffs to set up proper activities according to student requirement. Each student activities data will be printed in activities transcript report when graduate that help rising employment rate in the future. The system was developed tested and assessed by 5 experts get a good level of satisfaction in whole process. The average result of the assessment is 3.99 and standard deviation is 0.38. In conclusion the system accomplishes in good quality able to enhance management of student activity system effectively.

การวิจัยเรื่องความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร และศึกษาความต้องการของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่่ 1 ที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ทั้ง 9 คณะ ที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 355 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างตาราง Krejcie&Morgan และทำการสุ่มแบบตามความสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.1 ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 61.01 ศึกษาอยู่ในคณะบริหารธุรกิจ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.42 การจัดอันดับประเภทของกิจกรรมที่เคยเข้าร่วมทั้ง 5 กิจกรรม พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมด้านวิชาการและวิชาชีพเป็นอันดับที่ 1 คิด เป็นร้อยละ 27.20 อันที่่ 2 ได้แก่ กิจกรรมด้านกีฬาและส่งเสริมสุขภาพ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 22.61 อันดับที่4 ได้แก่ กิจกรรมด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 17.24 และอันดับที่ 5 ได้แก่ กิจกรรมด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 9.58 และเมื่อพิจารณาถึงเหตุผล การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีความสนใจการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.64 1.2 ผลการวิเคราะห์ระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 มีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (=3.92S.D.=0.84) เมื่่อพิจารณาการจัดกิจกรรมแต่ละด้าน พบว่า การจัดกิจกรรมทุกด้านมีระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ดังนี้ ด้านคุณภาพของกิจกรรมนักศึกษา (=4.00S.D.=0.81) รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านกระบวนการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษา (=3.82S.D.=0.85) ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ / วิทยากร (=3.96S.D.=0.88) และด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (=3.91S.D.=0.81) 1.3 ผลการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่1 ที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 มีความต้องการต่อการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (=3.98S.D.=0.85) เมื่อพิจารณาการจัดกิจกรรมแต่ละด้าน พบว่า การจัดกิจกรรมทุกด้านมีระดับความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมาก (เรียงตามลำดับมากไปหาน้อย) ดังนี้ ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่/วิทยากร (=4.30S.D.=0.87) รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านคุณภาพของกิจกรรมนักศึกษา (=4.02 S.D.= 0.82) ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (=3.99S.D.=0.85) และด้านกระบวนการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษา (=3.88S.D.=0.88)

The objectives of the research were: 1) to develop and find the effectiveness of learning activities based on the concept of design thinking process to promote self-development of undergraduate students; Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2) to study the satisfaction of learners with learning activities based on the concept of design thinking process together with learning management. The samples used in the research were 30 first-year students who were accompanied by specific selection The tools used in the research were an evaluation form. and the student satisfaction assessment form The results of the research showed that 1) learning activities based on the concept of design thinking process together with learning management to promote self-development of undergraduate students Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon It focuses on students understanding of the problem through interviews with those who involved in a problem or problem situation rely on working together There is a plan to conduct research analysis to exchange knowledge and experiences. Develop a piece or work to solve problems based on knowledge and ideas. Science and technology consists of 5 steps: 1) preparation and in-depth understanding 2) problem framing stage 3) planning/brainstorming stage 4) prototyping stage and 5) testing and evaluation stage. learning activities The efficiency was 81.28/83.86 higher than the 80/80 criteria. 2) The self-development assessment was at a good level. 3) The students satisfaction with the learning activities based on the concept of design thinking process in conjunction with overall learning management was at a high level.

This research aimed to study students opinions towards the Cheer and Admission Conference and present a creative recruitment model for students of the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample group was undergraduate students of The Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon with 376 students studying in 2019. The data collection tools were questionnaires of students opinions on the activities. Cronbachs alpha coefficient was used to examine the whole questionnaires reliability yielding a value of 0.83. A statistical package for analyzing data collected from January to February 2020 was used with the statistics mean standard deviation t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research results found that: 1. The Pros and Cons of students’ opinions on the freshman orientation activities and cheer meetings were that freshmen get to know friends and seniors; freshmen are afraid of juniors and seniors. 2. Male and female students had different opinions about organizing activities for freshman recruiting and cheered meeting. 3. Students studying in different disciplines had no different opinions on organizing new freshman activities and cheer meeting. 4. Students studying in different year levels had the same opinion on organizing new recruiting activities and cheer meeting. 5. Features of the creative recruiting activities format are as follows: 5.1 It is an activity that gives importance to safety and respect for personal freedom. 5.2 It is the responsibility of the Faculty to closely watch this field of study 5.3 It is an activity that promotes pride in being a student at the university. 5.4 It is an activity that helps students to adjust to university life and aims to foster a good relationship between students seniors and juniors. 5.5 An outside activity must be an event organized by a faculty or university department only.
