The purposes of this research were 1) to survey and analyze design potential and product 2) design and develop the products of Mudmee Silk Weaving Community Enterprise Surin Province 3) create a prototype of costume accessories and 4) increase the value of community enterprise products with production standards. The samples used in this research were people entrepreneurs and members of Mudmee Silk Weaving Community Enterprise in the area of Khwao Sinarin sub-district municipality Surin which is obtained by Purposive Sampling 20 entrepreneurs and members of Mudmee Silk Weaving Community Enterprise Ban Rae Subdistrict and 100 people in the area of Khwao Sinarin Subdistrict Municipality Surin province. The research instruments were structured interviews pre-study tests post-study tests and questionnaires. The statistical used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics that consist of a percentage average score standard deviation and quantitative statistics that consist of Independent Sample t-test One-way ANOVA Factor Analysis and Regression. The result found that Mudmee Silk Weaving Community Enterprise Ban Rae Subdistrict were lacked cognition of product design and development to meet the needs of consumer groups and popular product design trends. Therefore it focuses on designing new products and developing existing products by matching patterns and colors to suit each product. The achievement of design skills and products of Mudmee Silk Weaving Community Enterprise Ban Rae Subdistrict after post-test was higher than before with a statistically significant at 0.01 level. The product prototype was a bucket hat womens handbag and ballet shoes. Factors that influenced the decision to purchase a product prototype found that most of the sample groups were female aged 31-40 years marital status bachelors degree employed occupation income 10001-15000 baht. Factors influencing the decision to purchase silk products in each aspect were at a high level. The mean was at a high level in all aspects. Sorted by average was products followed by physical price and distribution channels. There were no differences in the testing factors influencing the purchasing decision of product prototypes classified by gender age and overall income.

This research is to study the quality development of silk fibers by nanotechnology for the Silkworm farmer business groups of Surin Province. The research purposes are to study the efficiency and process of silkworm rearing using nanotechnology. To test the quality of silk fibers obtained from raising silkworms using nanotechnology. To compare of silkworm rearing results using nanotechnology and to transfer technology to improve silk quality with nanotechnology for silkworm farming business group in Surin Province. The results are as follows 1. The researchers designed the recording schedule which the party can record the changes easily of silk worm development during each day. This research allows the researchers to collect data from the farmer is more easily and finely into 4 groups of experiments with 3 nanotechnology formulas: 1. ZINC OXIDE 2. SILVER NANO and 3. ZINC OXIDE and SILVER NANO with 50:50 percentages each. The silk used in the experiment was “Nang Noi” which is popularly silkworm variety in every household in Surin province.When experimenting must clean the house and rinsing the container with DI WATER for aperiod of 7 months 2. This research is divided into 4 groups. Group 1: Silkworm feed normal methods without the use of nanotechnology. Group 2 silkworms feed with Nano substances such as ZINC OXIDE SILVER NANO ZINC OXIDE and SILVER NANO in 15 percentage concentration. Group 3 silkworms feed with Nano substances are ZINC OXIDE SILVER NANO ZINC OXIDE and SILVER NANO with 30 percentage concentration. Group 4 silkworms feed with Nano substances are ZINC OXIDE SILVER NANO ZINC OXIDE and SILVER NANO with 45 percentage concentration 3. The Results and comparison of silkworm rearing using nanotechnology the best formula feed is formula 1. When feeding Nano-sprayed on mulberry leaves using 3% 15% zinc silver and silver zinc it is found that the growth of worms in each age was good growth and not being a disease. Moreover Silkworms are slightly better and more alert than normal farming. The length in ages 3 - 4 - 5 is going in a better direction. Amount of eating mulberry leaves in each age. This research was to study about the internal controls of organization in RMUTI Surin campus. The purposes of this research were to study about the internal controls the performing process of organization and the comparison internal control of organization. The samplings for study were internal organizations in RMUTI Surin campus consisting of programs divisions and departments. The results were found that the internal organizations had performing about total internal controls were control status risk assessment control activity monitoring and evaluation and the information and communication at high level. The results of comparison were found that the internal organizations consisting of sub-divisions and sub-programs had internal control with overall and aspect. There was risk assessment higher than divisions. The divisions performed more than four years had information and communication and monitoring and evaluation higher than divisions performed only one-three years with overall and aspect.
