This independent study to the teamwork performance that affects the efficiency of government teachers and education personnel affiliated with the schools under the office of the primary education in Bangkok area. The objectives are 1) to study personal factors of education personnel that affect teamwork performance that affect the efficiency of government teachers and education personnel affiliated with schools under the office of the primary education in Bangkok area. Furthermore 2) to study the team composition that affects the work performance of teachers and education personnel affiliated to schools under the office of the primary education in Bangkok area. By using questionnaires designed to teachers and education personnel from the office of the primary education in Bangkok area for 334 samplings using the Taro Yamanae formula. Testing was done in descriptive statistics using frequency percentage mean and standard deviation while hypothesis testing was t-test F-test (ANOVA) and double test by method Least Significant Difference (LSD) and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The result of the study found that most responders were female aged between 21-30 years old working in middle-sized schools and having a bachelors degree. Most had an income between 15001-20000 Baht and most of them had been government teachers in operating positions for 5-10 years as civil servant and the study found team composition factors such as environment composition and appearance the feature design and process affected the teams performance at a high level. The reason was trust between education personnel team members. There also was a high degree of satisfaction with the working environment and the excellent collaboration between team members. Team members were able to resolve obstacles together effectively. There was good communication between members and the members had no conflict with each other’s. However the education personnel should have a positive attitude to work with other people and alone. Negative thinking cause no bias towards others and decrease performance. The results of the hypothesis testing indicated that sex age school size income position level different occupations of government teachers and education personnel could not differently affect teamwork performance as could not different for education job titles and working ages the difference will affect performance of the team composition factors. The factors were statistically significant at the 0.05 level and the team composition factor. There also was a correlation in the same direction with the efficiency of teamwork of government teachers and education personnel. It was statistically significant at the 0.05 level.

This research aims to analyze demand Necessary Skills and ways of collecting the credit to transfer into the education system of Service Industry Workers (Hospitality and Tourism) in Bangkok. These courses become a set of learning handbook and trained to the target group service working to learn and have knowledge up-skilled and have a positive thinking to work in service industry. In term of earning credit from these courses into the education system in form of transfer credit by using knowledge and experiences the results from research seminar can be conclude into two ways (1) transfer credit from the course that has certificate or do not have any certificate still can transferred within the guarantee from institution (2)transfer credit from certified course should be specify with the exactly total houses studying or have a test and evaluate the learning outcomes from the courses.

Guidelines for designing public spaces and land traffic areas in the landless village Bang Chan Subdistrict Khlung District Chanthaburi Province This research is to propose guidelines for the design and construction of public spaces for various activities and areas for use in land traffic in the landless village. To create a village identity in both the physical environment and the way of life of the people in the village. This can be a selling point for sustainable tourism and also to improve the quality of life of the people in the village providing space for recreation and joint activities within the village. This will encourage strength within the village and lead to a livable village. By the way of conducting research It starts with collecting data which is divided into 2 steps: document gathering and related research. To build a body of knowledge on issues related to the research topic. And field data collection To obtain information based on the reality of the area that is current. The data was then analyzed based on the research objectives. Which consists of Physical characteristics of the environment and village characteristics and forms of existing public spaces within the village. And the nature of the use of public spaces of the people in the village After that conditions and factors influencing the design of public spaces and land traffic areas within the village were determined. And to establish guidelines for the design of public spaces and areas for land traffic within this landless village according to the above conditions and factors. To be consistent with the physical characteristics of the area and the public space behavior of the people in the village. From conducting research it was found that Guidelines for designing public and land traffic areas in the researched landless village It can be summarized as two main points to consider the first being the public space within the village There is only one place in the landless village that has been conducted this research which is a shrine at the entrance of the village. It consists of the area of the shrine building. Public restrooms for visitors And a multi-purpose outdoor patio area Which if there will be additional public space construction in the village It should be in a close position and can be connected primarily to the original shrine area. This will lead to better support of social activities within the village than by distributing the area to other parts of the village. This may cause public areas to be inactive as they should and may result in them becoming wasteful areas in the future. Coupled with the immediate vicinity of the shrine in front of the village entrance There is a wooden bridge across the brackish water canal. This research aims to study the level of fundamental factors in the composition of teamwork the training and team system performance factors of Thai go chess sports and the factors affecting the efficiency of teamwork of Thai go chess. It was a quantitative method doing a survey research. The sample group consisted of 286 members from the Thai go chess Association of Thailand. The research study tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of the study showed that 1) factors in the composition of teamwork are like team leader team member and teamwork were at the highest level. 2) Training factors including planning implementation and evaluation were very high and the issue at the highes level was the assessment of necessity. 3) The efficiency of the teamwork of Thai go chess highly depends on creativity and continuous improvement at the highest level and high-level issues are communication cooperation and coordination. 4) The essential factors in the composition of teamwork affecting efficiency teamwork of Thai go chess including team members and operating systems are at a statistically significant level of 0.01 5) Training factors that significantly affect the efficiency of teamwork of Thai go chess include assessment planning operation and evaluation at a statistically significant level of 0.01
