การเปรียบเทียบภาระขาดของรอยเชื่อมผ้าทอทางสถาปัตยกรรมจากการเชื่อมลมร้อนและเหนี่ยวนำ
Architectural fabrics were continuously developed on their unique performance. Architects and Engineers designed them for the application of important buildings around the world despite the symptom that Architectural fabric sizes from manufactures are smaller than the application sizes. Recently although the well-known method used to weld Architectural fabrics to enlarge their size is the high frequency welding there were some application issues. To mitigate those issues the researcher created the hot air welding to replace the high frequency welding in consideration on the failing loads of welded seams which are variable factors of the failing loads to indicate the weld strength and it is crucial for the Architectural fabric application. This research presents the comparison of failing load of weld seams between the hot air welding and high frequency welding by the test of Taguchis Orthogonal arrays L25 method. The test results demonstrated that Architectural fabrics welded by the hot air welding has the highest failing loads of wrap equal to 95.38 kN/m and the highest failing loads of weft at 86.17 kN/m. Conversely Architectural fabrics welded by the high frequency welding has the highest failing loads of wrap equal to 101.37 kN/m and the highest failing loads of weft at 97.78 kN/m. Based on a forementioned results there is no significant difference from both welding methods and thus concluded that the hot air welding could be used to replace the high frequency welding method.

The objective of this research was to study the antibacterial activity of 16 samples of indigo dyed fabrics that are produced and sold in Sakon Nakhon Province. Effect of moisture and pH of indigo dyed fabrics on bacterial growth were also determined. The result of the study shows inhibition of S. aureus TISTR 746 and E. coli TISTR 073 by agar diffusion plate test all samples could inhibit Saureus TISTR 746 (accounted as 100%) and only 9 samples could inhibit E. coli TISTR 073 (accounted as 56.25%). Whereas the study of antibacterial activity by AATCC test method 100-2004 at 24 hours was found that the natural indigo dyed fabrics code A3-1 could inhibit both bacterial strains in the highest level. The result also shows the effect of moisture and pH of indigo dyed fabrics on bacterial growth it was found that the increased humidity levels of indigo dyed fabrics have effect on the reduction of the inhibition efficacy of both strains. While indigo dyed fabric with pH 3.0 was found to inhibit most of the growth of both strains. In addition images obtained using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) could clearly confirm the property of indigo dyed fabric on inhibition of S. Aureus TISTR 746 and E. coli TISTR 073.

This research aim to develop a product for women dressing from waste woven fabrics. Community Enterprise Group Sewing and fabric art Khao Kaeo Srisomboon Subdistrict Thung Saliam District Sukhothai with a purpose study the patterns of women dress. Design and develop a model for women dress from the modern waste cloth that can be used in daily life efficiently and transfer technology to develop products for women dress from different forms of woven fabrics to interested parties or textile entrepreneurs in Sukhothai Province to develop and promote creative economic products of the community. The research results were summarized as follows. 1. Design and develop a pattern for women dress from waste woven fabrics Resulting in a modern product form It can be used effectively in daily life. The research team designed the product of the dress with the idea of using art and culture combined with the use of waste cloth from the design process to create a contemporary product that looks modern suitable for the gender and age of the users. Including product use opportunities as well which the community can make and generate income is another way in this research There has been a development of a pattern for a womans dress outfit from leftover woven fabrics. Thai art conservation Which the community can make and generate income including the community the design and development of sewing is a prototype product. Cloak hats bags and shoes totaling 4 products 5 prototypes total 20 prototypes and selecting one prototype for transmission. 2. Transmitting product development technology for women dress from waste woven fabrics community enterprise groups Sewing and fabric art Khao Kaeo Srisomboon Subdistrict Thung Saliam District Sukhothai Carrying out knowledge transfer By organizing theoretical and practical training sessions for 2 days of knowledge transfer 30 participants from 6 to 7 August 2020 at the community enterprise group Sewing and fabric art Khao Kaeo Srisomboon Subdistrict Thung Saliam District Sukhothai Project participants gain knowledge on waste fabric processing learn about product development processes design and sewing and take action and develop products. As the researchers have prepared the device The results were assessed by using a questionnaire on the satisfaction of the trainees. There were 3 lecturers: Assistant Professor Saowaluck Kongka Chuiwan Kritaporn Chooseng and Ajarn Mallika Chongchit. 3. Satisfaction with technology transfer curriculum product development womens dress from waste woven fabrics 1) General information of the target group of female gender accounted for 100.00 percent most age 41-50 years old 50.00 percent. Secondary education Representing 63.33 percen They are housewives accounting for 33.33%. Monthly income is 5000-10000 baht 33.33%. Experience in sewing and dressing. Most of them used to do distribution as a career. Representing 73.33 percent 2) ask the satisfaction of the trainees. It is a question that asks about satisfaction with the course. It is divided into 6 aspects which are content aspects of the course. In design material material and equipment Facilities and value and utility found that the target audience Most are most satisfied in all aspects.

This research was concerned a printing on cotton fabrics with dye powder from mangosteen rind. In this study the dye powder was composed of dye’ s solution extracted from mangosteen rind and maltodextrin 15 % . The dye powder was applied to a cotton fabric by screen printing technique and a pigment based print paste was used as a print paste in the printing process. Aluminium potassium sulphate (AlK(SO4)2·12H2O )and Iron (II) sulphate (FeSO4·7 H2O) were used as mordants in post-mordanting process. The influences of mordanting on colour appearance and fastness properties of printed fabrics were investigated. The colour fastness to washing and rubbing of printed fabrics was performed according to the present ISO standard. The results show that the post- mordanting can improve the colour fastness properties of printed fabrics. The ratings of colour fastness to washing and rubbing of the printed fabrics with the mordant were good. The appropriate amount of the mordant is 5 grams per liter and duration in the range of 5 minutes to 15 minutes seem to be a suitable time for the post- mordnating process. The type of mordant produced an effect on the colour appearance of the printed fabrics after mordanting.
