The aims of this Guidelines for the Development of Teaching and Learning Models in the Department of Fashion and Apparel Design Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were to compare the department of fashion and apparel designs teaching and learning outcomes and to find guidelines for the development of teaching and learning management styles in the department of fashion and apparel design. To gather feedback on teaching and learning satisfaction from current students enrolled in the 2020 academic year faculty members and alumni a convenient random sampling of 104 people willing to participate in the online survey was used. Cronbachs alpha coefficient was 0.980 which was quite confident. Four external experts provide feedback on the training. The frequency percentage and mean were used to analyze the data. The results were summarized as follows: The majority of those who responded were alumni (50.96 %). The average degree of satisfaction in teaching was at its highest (mean 4.23). Other components of the situation were excellent. (mean 4.12) curriculum (mean 4.11) learning facilities and infrastructure (mean 4.03) and educational aid were the averages (mean 3.85). In the department of Fashion and Apparel Design the average satisfaction with teaching and learning was compared. There was no variation in classification based on the respondents status. The findings of the data analysis based on respondents feedback and course reviews Department of Fashion and Apparel Design Bachelor of Home Economics (Course revised 2017) from external experts It was used as a guideline for the development of teaching-learning management styles in the field of study by: (1) the curriculum the name of the curriculum the adjustment of the philosophy objectives and the addition of elective courses in the curriculum for students to choose according to their interests; (2) Instructors adjust the use of teaching methodologies evaluation course content and teaching media knowledge exchange team teaching and online teaching are all options learner-centered teaching activities are critical and devise a self-improvement strategy. And (5) other areas such as the number of channels available for the courses public relations efforts. This research aimed to study the foreign tourists’ behaviors toward religious tourism and study the guidelines for the development of religious tourism at Chiang Mai Municipality Chiang Mai Province. The sample group used in this study was foreign tourists visited religious tourist attractions in Chiang Mai Municipality. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The majority of respondents were Asian female age 36-45 years old who held a bachelors degree and work in general labor/ private. Learning was the main purpose of traveling. Tourists traveled with friends using motorcycles and bicycles and they were interested in Wat Phra Singh. The social media as Facebook Instagram and YouTube are the source of information. Tourists traveled during holidays - public holidays and spent time doing activities between 1-2 hours. The expenses during the trip were about 10001 - 20000 baht. They stayed at hotels resorts and they had experienced traveling in Chiang Mai Municipality 2-3 times. The overall opinion of the guidelines for religious tourism development in Chiang Mai Municipality was found in a high level. The mean was 3.75 and the standard deviation was 0.54. The guidelines for the development of health hygiene and safety was the highest point followed by transportation tourism promotion Ancient sites and antiquities Facilities and religious tourism activities respectively.

This research is a mixed-method research which is comprised of a quantitative research and a qualitative research. The Objectives of this research are all in the hotel business and are (1) to study the human resource management (2) to study the human resource management environment (3) to be a guideline for human resource management. This research project had a sample group of 100 personnel working in the hotel business in Bangkok along with interviews with 10 human resources department chiefs. The results of the research project: 1. Most of the respondents were female with a Bachelors degree single status Food & Beverage position and employment duration of working 1 - 5 years. Human resource management of hotel business in Bangkok was overall at a high level in areas of performance appraisal recruiting and selection training and development respectively. Guidelines for human resource management of hotel business in Bangkok was overall at a high level in areas of performance appraisal recruiting and selection compensation and welfare respectively. The personal data of the respondents having different levels of education affected the guidelines of human resource management of the hotel business in Bangkok. There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in 2 aspects that are training/development and performance appraisal. 2. With regards to the human resource management environment of the hotel business the strength was that there was support for employees to promote career advancement. There were good human resource management strategies as well as profitable welfare strategies. The weaknesses were ineffective communication lack of good English language skills and third language skills as well as a high staff turnover rates. During the 2019 corona virus epidemic every hotel had to adjust its strategies for increasing revenues to be able to take care of personnel in its organization. The obstacle was that during the 2019 corona virus epidemic the country was shut down to control the spread of infection transmitted from tourists. As a result the hotels revenue had declined. Then there was a need to reduce the wage rate and to reduce employment for the hotel to survive.

Due to the need for Thailand to adapt and develop its economy to keep up with the changes of the world it has to develop technology and innovations with efficiency in order to drive Thailands economy to prosper and keep pace with the rapidly changing global economy. Therefore it is important that educational institutions can help Thailand to have a good economy that is comparable to other countries is to organize the education system with courses that meet the needs of the enterprises. In addition a new generation of entrepreneurs (Start-up) must be created and developed to have knowledge and abilities to drive the countrys economy to be sustainable and efficient. The new generation of entrepreneurs must have knowledge and ability to use technology and innovation in business operations create added value to the economy and bring Thailand into a high income country and people in the country have a better life. Therefore the researcher aims to find guidelines for the development of the Faculty of Science and Technology. Lets step into the development of technology to promote innovation to create a new generation of entrepreneurs with the ability to operate business by using information technology to drive business progress. The samples used to collecte data were personnel students of the Faculty of Science and Technology and establishments related to the occupation of students in both government and private sectors and the research instruments were 2 sets of questionnaires including the 1st set a questionnaire to survey opinions on the development approach of the Faculty of Science and Technology and the second set of questionnaires for enterprises to explore the need for building and develop entrepreneurs in the new era with characteristics that meet the needs of the establishment. The results obtained from the statistical data analysis are guidelines for the development of the Faculty of Science and Technology in creating a proactive strategy to develop the faculty and up-to-date personnel skills training. Access to technology and innovation to step into a university in technology and promote the creation of appropriate innovations to create and develop entrepreneurs effectively.

This research article aims to present guidelines for promoting career development and quality of life of people in Dan Thap Tako Sub-District Community Chom Bueng District Ratchaburi Province. This is a mixed method research by distributing a questionnaire with a confidence value of .8. with the sample using the Yamane sample table. A sample of 254 people was obtained. Out of a total population of 750 people the statistics used in the data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation. and in-depth interviews with 15 key informants selected by specific type using descriptive and essay content analysis techniques.
