This independent study to the teamwork performance that affects the efficiency of government teachers and education personnel affiliated with the schools under the office of the primary education in Bangkok area. The objectives are 1) to study personal factors of education personnel that affect teamwork performance that affect the efficiency of government teachers and education personnel affiliated with schools under the office of the primary education in Bangkok area. Furthermore 2) to study the team composition that affects the work performance of teachers and education personnel affiliated to schools under the office of the primary education in Bangkok area. By using questionnaires designed to teachers and education personnel from the office of the primary education in Bangkok area for 334 samplings using the Taro Yamanae formula. Testing was done in descriptive statistics using frequency percentage mean and standard deviation while hypothesis testing was t-test F-test (ANOVA) and double test by method Least Significant Difference (LSD) and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The result of the study found that most responders were female aged between 21-30 years old working in middle-sized schools and having a bachelors degree. Most had an income between 15001-20000 Baht and most of them had been government teachers in operating positions for 5-10 years as civil servant and the study found team composition factors such as environment composition and appearance the feature design and process affected the teams performance at a high level. The reason was trust between education personnel team members. There also was a high degree of satisfaction with the working environment and the excellent collaboration between team members. Team members were able to resolve obstacles together effectively. There was good communication between members and the members had no conflict with each other’s. However the education personnel should have a positive attitude to work with other people and alone. Negative thinking cause no bias towards others and decrease performance. The results of the hypothesis testing indicated that sex age school size income position level different occupations of government teachers and education personnel could not differently affect teamwork performance as could not different for education job titles and working ages the difference will affect performance of the team composition factors. The factors were statistically significant at the 0.05 level and the team composition factor. There also was a correlation in the same direction with the efficiency of teamwork of government teachers and education personnel. It was statistically significant at the 0.05 level.

This research aims to study attitudes quality of life and human relationships affecting the performance of professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok. The sample group consisted of 400 professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok. Data were collected using questionnaires. The statistics using were descriptive statistics like frequency percentage mean standard deviation and inferential statistics. The results showed that most respondents were female aged between 31 – 40 years with a bachelors degree and an average monthly income between 30001 - 40000 baht. The overall work attitude factor is at a very agreeable level. The mean value was 3.81. The overall Quality of life at work factor was at high level of agreement. The mean was 3.73 and overall human relations at work factor was at a high level ofagreement with an average of 3.88. Work attitude and human relations at work factors had a statistically significant effect on the performance of professional nurses in large private hospitals in Bangkok at the 0.05 level.
The research objective was to study social responsibility corporate governance mechanisms and audit quality that affect the operations of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The population used in this study was 76 companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The annual financial data was from year 2016 to 2020. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean standard deviation percentage and inferential statistics such as correlation analysis (Pearsons Correlation Coefficient) and Multiple Regression Analysis. The study found that the social responsibility on consumer responsibility (PRCI) was positively correlated with market share (MS). Environmental stewardship (EN) was positively correlated with Return on Assets (ROA) and company value (NVP). Innovative and outreach (CSRI) is negatively correlated with Return on Assets (ROA) and company value (NVP). Community or social development (CID) was negatively correlated with Return on Assets (ROA) and company value (NVP). Fair operation (SFOP) was negatively correlated with market share (MS). Anti-corruption (AC) was negatively correlated with market share (MS). Institutional investor shareholding (IS) was positively correlated with Return on Assets (ROA). Number of meetings (NBM) was negatively correlated with Return on Assets (ROA) and market share (MS). Institutional investor shareholding (IS) was negatively correlated with company value (NVP). Audit firm size (size) was positively correlated with Return on Assets (ROA) and company value (NVP) but negatively correlated with market share (MS). Compensation paid by auditors to LN clients (compensation) was positively correlated with company value (NVP).

The purposes of this research were 1 ) to study the consumption behavior of local food in Koh Samui. 2 ) To study the levels of factors affecting the intention of local food consumption. 3) To compare personal factors to the intention of local food consumption and 4 ) To find out the correlation between local food consumption factors and the consumption intention. This study was conducted by mixed methods research. The sample consisted of a total of 400 Thai consumers who used to eat local food in Koh Samui and were selected by accidental sampling method. The results showed that 1) the consumption behavior of local food was mostly eaten alone. The top 3 local savory dishes in Koh Samui that the consumer used to eat were as follows: Moo Ko Yum Sarai Kor and Wai Kua. The sweet dishes were Kalamae Khanom Ko and Tho Won. The types of fruit were Lukfai Ka Luk Tho and Luk Kee Kwang. Popularly dined in Koh Samui at famous restaurants. Eat local food because of its unique taste. Family or relatives were influential in choosing the type of food. Local food was usually eaten at lunch and purchasing ingredients from the local community to prepare local dishes. 2) Factors affecting the Intention in term of food identity food quality attitude and convenience of finding local food were found to affect the intention to consume local food at the highest level. 3) Personal factors in terms of age average monthly income whether they were Koh Samui residents or not and whether they had different accommodation in Koh Samui were found to have a difference in their intention to consume local food at the statistically significant level of .05 and 4) factors of food unique food quality attitude and convenience of finding local food to eat were found to have correlation with the intention to consume local food in all variables by statistically significant at the .05 level.

The research aimed to study parameters affecting the stress intensity and stress distribution as well as the deformation of run-flat tires for passenger cars using the Finite element method. Both experimental methods and finite element methodologies were employed in the research process. The results were obtained by comparing the strain values from the two methods to demonstrate the consistency of both methods. The differences in their strain values were shown in the range of 10-16% confirming the analyzing capability in this problem through the Finite element method. At the pre-processing step both procedures and methods were proven with SolidWorks simulation program together with experimentation. These consequences were incorporated to assist the design of run-flat tires. Parameters affecting the stress intensity and stress distribution were evaluated to understand the effects on deformation of the new designed run-flat tires. The reverse engineering process was thus applied in the research process by scanning with FARO P06-05 and creating solid modeling 3D models with Geomagic program for SolidWorks. These could assist in designing the reverse- engineered tire pan. Three components were additionally designed to support the ease in assembling or removing run flat tires from the pan. Run flat tires were finally designed for passenger cars typically the most common small cars. The weight of this car was limited at not more than 1800 kg and the thickness of the wheel pan was 17 inches. The analysis information assumed that the vehicles weight was distributed equally throughout all 4 wheels. The material used to make the run flat tires was a composite tire type that could withstand the pressure occurring from the weight of a passenger car. The results of the analysis demonstrated that the maximum stress on the run flat especially at the position where the run flat surface was in contact with the road was 30-45 MPa which depends on the location of contact with the road. Thus it affected the stress distribution on the wheel pan. The parameters obtained from the study affecting the stress distribution and deformation were accounted to be such types of materials made for run flat tires cross-sectional area and width of run flat tires.
