This research is to develop an internal inventory management system. Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon To evaluate the results of the use of information systems for managing supplies within the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon The data was collected between October 2019 and September 2020 as a survey research using questionnaire tools. It consists of 4 parts: 1) general information of the respondents which is demographic characteristics 2) current condition and needs of the parcel management system. The data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic characteristics. This research aims to study the teaching style in various subjects. To study the teaching and learning management system based on a new way of life (New Normal) to develop teaching and learning styles and teaching management system based on a new way of life (New Normal) of the Faculty of Liberal Arts to be effective and in accordance with the strategic plan of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Data collection was conducted between October 2020 and September 2021. This was a survey research that used a questionnaire tool. It consists of 4 parts: 1) general information of students which is demographic characteristics 2) students opinions on online teaching and learning in the situation of COVID-19 3) students opinions on online examinations in the situation of covid-19 vid 19 and 4) students opinions on teaching and learning and online exams in the situation of COVID-19 with the research sample being students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon a total of 590 students. Data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic characteristics. The results showed that General information of students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon found that most of them were female. Studying in the first year. Most of them use mobile phones to study online. Use mobile phones for online exams. and like the teaching style in the classroom The level of students opinions towards online learning in the situation of COVID-19 was at a high level meaning that the students thought that the university should have more measures to help alleviate the burden of online learning expenses followed by more. Come students feel that online learning increases home expenses such as increased electricity bills. phone bill increase Students feel that studying online at home has a greater impact on themselves. Respectively and the level of the students opinions towards studying the online exam in the situation of COVID-19 was at a high level which was the problem with the internet signal during the exam at the most followed by the suitability of taking the exam for each subject in Google Form overall suitability of online teaching in each course The suitability of the applications used in the online exams for each subject respectively.

Application creation of Petch Nam Sap community enterprise management system Phetchaburi to create application for Petch Nam Sap community enterprise management system To assess satisfaction with community enterprise management system applications using PHP5 HTML5 CSS3 phpMyAdmin to design databases and image editors as a tool for system development and use questionnaires to assess satisfaction with applications. The samples used in the experiment were Ban Nam Sap community. The application created makes the operation more convenient. Data is stored and managed within community enterprises. Statistics using average percentage research results showed that Petch Nam Sap community enterprise management system application Phetchaburi province generated an average efficiency of 4.64 at the highest level. This system is working through Mikrotik internet network that developed by using PHP to design website to improve the users. For using Bootrap for to design website as well as design the system by using Atom program to edit coding in the internet system management website page. The study found that This system can work to cover the educational objectives that have been laid. Can be used to develop the internet management system very well And also helps to facilitate the management of the internet system

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the operating status of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. 2) to study the problems of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. 3) to present the development form of knowledge management system of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. This research was a qualitative research. Analytical unit was Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The population was the staffs of Faculty of Liberal Arts. The samples were randomly assigned to 8 persons divided into 2 groups: 4 administrators 4 teachers. Research tools were related documents and semi structured interviews.The process of conducting research was to study and analyze the concept theory from Documents to create an interview form collected data from the interviews and analysThe results were found as follows: 1) the operating status of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts was 3 steps; Steps to determine the authority structure of the responsible person to proceed knowledge management and the process of knowledge management. 2) The problems of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts were 4 sides; (1) By Staffs : The staffs had a lot of obligations lack of leadership Lack of understanding with knowledge management. (2) By organizational structure : Because knowledge management section was not organized into organizational structures it is unclear about budget allocation for activities and allocation support personnel. (3) By organizational culture; it was not conducive to knowledge management. (4) By motivation : Motivation for control of knowledge is management was not clear such as awards. 3) the development form of knowledge management system of the Faculty of Liberal Arts was to consist of 5 keywords; Assignment Creation Usage To give Success. The explanation was as follows; Assignment It means a clear policy and accepted by all parties. Creation it means the creation of staffs to understand knowledge management and the creation of organizational culture into the learning organization. Usage it means to use information technology to help knowledge management and to use knowledge management processes. To give; it means to give a reward for motivation to participate in knowledge management activities. Success; it means all staffs must have the same goal: the success of being a truly learning organization.
