The purposes of this study were 1) to study the operating status of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. 2) to study the problems of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. 3) to present the development form of knowledge management system of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. This research was a qualitative research. Analytical unit was Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The population was the staffs of Faculty of Liberal Arts. The samples were randomly assigned to 8 persons divided into 2 groups: 4 administrators 4 teachers. Research tools were related documents and semi structured interviews.The process of conducting research was to study and analyze the concept theory from Documents to create an interview form collected data from the interviews and analysThe results were found as follows: 1) the operating status of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts was 3 steps; Steps to determine the authority structure of the responsible person to proceed knowledge management and the process of knowledge management. 2) The problems of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts were 4 sides; (1) By Staffs : The staffs had a lot of obligations lack of leadership Lack of understanding with knowledge management. (2) By organizational structure : Because knowledge management section was not organized into organizational structures it is unclear about budget allocation for activities and allocation support personnel. (3) By organizational culture; it was not conducive to knowledge management. (4) By motivation : Motivation for control of knowledge is management was not clear such as awards. 3) the development form of knowledge management system of the Faculty of Liberal Arts was to consist of 5 keywords; Assignment Creation Usage To give Success. The explanation was as follows; Assignment It means a clear policy and accepted by all parties. Creation it means the creation of staffs to understand knowledge management and the creation of organizational culture into the learning organization. Usage it means to use information technology to help knowledge management and to use knowledge management processes. To give; it means to give a reward for motivation to participate in knowledge management activities. Success; it means all staffs must have the same goal: the success of being a truly learning organization.

This research titled “People saving status for pre-aging readiness” was aimed: 1) to study people saving status for pre-aging readiness 2) to study saving management conditions on people saving significance awareness incomes expenses and welfares in order to arrange the pre-aging readiness and 3) to study the situational factors and saving characteristics attitudes and behaviors influence in people saving status for pre-aging readiness. The quantitative research methodology was conducted the close-ended questionnaires were used as a tool for data collection and analysis results were presented in descriptive statistics. Samples used were the 360 pre-aging participants in Bangkok metropolitan with 40-59 years of age. Non-probability (Purposive) sampling and the basic statistics were used in analysis for frequency percentage mean standard deviation and inference statistics. Research findings suggested: 1) people saving status for pre-aging readiness in overview was in medium level the highest average was knowledge of proper professional skills for pre-aging people the next lower was family financial management and the lowest average was saving knowledge for earning more incomes. 2) saving management condition in overview was in large level the highest average were incomes and expenses the next lower was people saving significance awareness and the lowest average was welfare and 3) the situational factors and saving characteristics attitudes and behaviors have influenced in people saving status for pre-aging readiness.

Podostemaceae a family of aquatic flowering plant restricted to river rapids and waterfalls are widely reported to be the high incidence of endemism and in need for conservation. The present study analyses endemism and conservation status of the Podostemaceae in northeastern floristic region Thailand using past and current taxonomic records personal field collections geographic ranges IUCN assessment and a combination of river number in which a species occurs. The plants grown in one river and two rivers are considered as narrow endemic species. Among the six genera and 22 species recognized two genera are endemic eighteen species are endemic to Thailand eleven species of the 18 are narrowly distributed and confined in northeastern floristic region and the other 4 species are not endemic. Considering the conservation status two species are classified as Critically Endangered distributed in a single river ten species as Vulnerable distributed in 1-2 rivers six species as Near Threatened two species as Least Concern and two species as Data Deficient. Loei province is the most species-rich area in Thailand with 12 species five of them are restricted in Loei.

The aims of this research was to study the general situation in aspects of productivity and marketing of Mao fruits in Sakonnakon. Cost and return marketing channel and marketing margin of Mao fruits were investigated during 2007–2008 using purposive sampling and descriptive analysis. Twelve gardeners who own the average 7 years Mao orchards in Pupan Kudbak Sawangdandin Nikomnam-oon and Warichapoom District in Sakornnakon province informed that the productivity of Mao fruits was 750 Kg/annum in average. The average price of Mao fruits was 25 Baht/Kg. The net returns of Mao fruits was 7216.89 Baht/rai/annum. Marketing channel of Mao fruits were fresh fruits eaten and used as raw material in fruit juice processing plants. The whole commodity of Mao in orchard was traded and distributed by middleman. Earnest money deposit was required. The price of Mao fruits was 25 -35 Baht/Kg for the processing plants. The profit was 9104.50 Baht/ton or 36.41% of net income.

A novel and simple method for measuring total antioxidant capacity or T AC in Thai herb extracts has been developed. The principle is based on generating free radical the deep blue Imipramine radical is generated by oxidizing Imipramine by ammonium tetravanadate in acid medium that can be easily scavenged by antioxidant compounds in the sample. Decreasing in the absorption spectrum at 620 nm related with antioxidant capacity was detected by spectrophotometer method in the proposed of practicable and low-cost However improvement of the throughput Flow injection analysis (FIA) was applied. The variables affecting the signal such as pH reagent concentrations linear relationship was optimized. The novel assay is linear up to 2800 mg Trolox equivalent/L its precision value is lower than 1% RSD and these are no interference from NaOH NaCI and N~C03 The method was applied for determination of three extract fractions of G. sootepensis. The results show the different of antioxidant capacity in each fraction with S I has the most TAC following S2 and S3 respectively. Although a good correlation of the present method was observed between two methods DPPH and Follin Ciocalteu reagent Finally the developed method was easy stable inexpensive environmental friendly and automated measures total antioxidant capacity.
