The purpose of this study was to produce a VCD on Design and Development of Textile Products from Surin Silk for the training program entitled “Design and Development of Textile Products from Surin Silk : From Folk Wisdom to Internationalization” The instruments of the study created by the researchers were : the VCD a learners’ test an experts’ evaluation form and a questionnaire on learners’ satisfaction. Fifteen people in Surin were randomly selected for the efficiency test of the VCD. The tests measuring E1 and E2 were taken after they had learned one lesson from the VCD. The result revealed that the VCD had the efficiency at 82.66 / 84.33 which was higher than the 80/80 criterion and was rated “much satisfied”.

Purposes of the research were to design and develop Computer Instruction Package on Principle of Object-Oriented Programming and to find out efficiencies effectiveness and leamers satisfaction towards the package. The research tools were: 1) The Computer Instruction Package on Principle of Object-Orientes programming 2) Achievement tests 3) Quality assessment and evaluation form for multimedia software and 4) questionnaire of leamers satisfaction. sampling groups composed of 30 Bachelor first year students from Faculty of Business Administration Program Computer Infomation-Business Computer Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Research results revealed that the efticiency of the Computer Instruction Package was at 81.08/81.05 corresponding with 80/80 criteria. Analysis of pre-test and post-test scores found that the effectiveness aftce the process (E) was at 81.08 it was higher than before the proecss (E) which was at 18.25. Therefore the Computer Instruction Package on Program Design and Development could increase the students learning effectiveness up to 62.83 corresponding with 60 criteria. Mean of satisfaction of the sampling groups was rathe at a high level (4.31). It could be concluded that the Computer Instruction Package on Principle of Object-Oriented Programming had the efficiency that could used for self study.

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ถ่านอัดแท่ง และศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการผลิตถ่านเชื้อเพลิงจากวัสดุเหลือใช้ ประเภทซังข้าวโพดและใบไม้แห้งและวัสดุอื่น โดยผสมวัสดุเหลือใช้กับแป้งและน้ำในสัดส่วนต่างกัน ได้แก่ 93 : 4 : 3 94 : 3 : 3 95 : 3 : 2 96 : 2 : 2 ตามลำดับ โดยผ่านกระบวนการทำให้วัสดุกลายเป็นคาร์บอน เริ่มจากการเผา การบด การผสม การอบ และการผลิตให้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์แท่งถ่าน และการถ่ายทอดผลงานวิจัยสู่ชุมชน เป็นการต่อยอดผลงานวิจัยให้สามารถใช้ประโยชนน์ได้จริง ผลิตภัณฑ์ถ่านอัดแท่งที่ผลิตได้นำไปอบให้แห้งที่อุณหภูมิ 100 – 120°C ภายใต้ระยะเวลาต่างกันที่ 6 ชม. 10 ชม. 15 ชม. และ 48 ชม. จากนั้นนำไปทดสอบเพื่อหาระยะเวลาการเผาไหม้ทดสอบเวลาน้ำเดือด และทดสอบคุณสมบัติต่าง ๆ จากผลการทดลองพบว่าถ่านอัดแท่งมีส่วนผสมต่าง ๆ กัน ได้ระยะเวลาในการให้ความร้อนถึงจุดเดือดของน้ำมีค่าใกล้เคียงกันอยู่ในช่วงระหว่าง 43.75 – 44.25 นาที ส่วนระยะเวลาการเผาไหม้อยู่ในช่วง 3.06 – 3.08 ชั่วโมง และผลการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (ANOVA) ปรากฎว่าระยะเวลาถึงจุดเดือด และระยะเวลาการเผาไหม้แต่ละส่วนผสมไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.01 ฉะนั้นหากมีผู้ที่สนใจในการผลิตถ่านอัดแท่งขอแนะนำให้ใช้สัดส่วนการผสม 95 : 3 : 2 เพราะว่าให้ค่าความร้อนสูงที่สุด ส่วนคุณสมบัติด้านอื่นปรากฎว่ามีถ่านคงตัวสูงถึง 45.8 เปอร์เซ็นต์ สารระเหย 32.1 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ความหนาแน่น 0.58 กรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เซนติเมตร ดังนั้น จึงสามารถนำวัสดุดังกล่าวมาผลิตเป็นถ่านเชื้อเพลิงเพื่อเป็นพลังงานทดแทนได้เป็นอย่างดี ผลการต่อยอดงานวิจัยสู่ชุมชนปรากฎว่า ชุมชนสามารถผลิตถ่านพลังงานทดแทนจากวัสดุเหลือใช้เกิดการสร้างานในชุมชนมากขึ้น มีการจัดตั้งกลุ่มเพื่อส่งเสริมอาชีพการเกษตรในชุมชน หมู่บ้านสุขสมบูรณ์ ต.ไทยสามัคคี อ.วังน้ำเขียว จ.นครราชสีมา ในนาม กลุ่มส่งเสริมอาชีพผู้ผลิตถ่านอัดแท่ง อย่างเป็นทางการโดยหน่วยงายราชการ รายอำเภอ เกษตรอำเภอให้การรับรองและเป็นการสร้างงาน ลดการตัดไม้ในพื้นที่และในชุมชนต่อไป

This research aimed to study and analyse conditions and problems in designing and developing household and decorative products of One Tambon One Product (OTOP) small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Pathumthani province. The informants were 4 OTOP entrepreneurs and 205 OTOP SMEs. The research was conducted by means of interviews observations and questionnaires. The data was statistically analysed using frequency percentages mean and standard deviation. The results showed that conditions and problems in designing and developing household and decorative OTOP products ranged from home-based production site a lack of knowledge in product design and development transportation creativity artistic relations product specifications marketing to product design and development laws. Four entrepreneurs from these groups of products: lotus-fiber flowers silk flowers and bamboo lamps were found to have the problem of dyeing materials whilst those from the group of Thai/Japanese clay flowers had the problem of clay. The researcher had analysed piloted and concluded the problems and then passed on product development techniques to the entrepreneurs. It was found that they could use the given knowledge to make beautiful products and they satisfied with the reducing cost of production.
