The establishment of Information Systems to promote the Community Enterprise ion of Ban Tham Sua Village Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi was aimed to build effective information management system to facilitate its management to be more convenient fast and up-to-date in order to increase wider distribution channels and disseminate the activities. Also it was aimed to evaluate the satisfaction with the information community using PHP5 HTML5 CSS3 phpMyAdmin in database design and photo retouching software as a tool for the system development. The questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of the system and website. The samples used in the experiment lived in Ban Tham Sua Moo 3 Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi Province. The constructed system made the operation more convenient. The data were collected and classified by the product type. The research found that the information system to promote Ban Tham Sua community business in Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi was constructed with an average efficiency of 4.60 considered as the highest level helping to manage the community enterprise information to enhance product distribution channels and to disseminate the community enterprise activities. The results of the satisfaction assessment on the Information System for Promoting the Enterprise of Ban Tham Sua collected from 30 people was 4.57 the highest level showing that the information system to promote the community enterprise of Ban Tham Sua Kaeng Krachan Phetchaburi can be applied for the future use.

The objective of this research was to determine and estimate the quality of ground water for producing village-tap water without pre-treatment in 3 districts Samchuk Nongyasai and Dermbangnangbuat districts Suphanburi province. Villagetap water was collected from 88 boreholes covered 17 sub-districts in June 2014 and January 2015 using standard method and then correctly preserved before analysis process. The result showed that pH conducted in filed using pH meter found in the range 7.0 to 9.2. Total hardness was found in the range of 110 to 590 mg/L as CaCO3. The concentration of Mn Fe Pb was found in the range of 0.08 - 0.88 mg/L nd - 1.88 mg/L and nd - 0.07 mg/L respectively. The concentration of Cd was to be non-detectable for all samples. The result found that total hardness was found higher value than standard quality water according to publish by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Thailand. The contamination of Mn and Fe in some samples was higher value than maximum allowable concentration. The problem of Fecontamination can extremely affect to physical properties of quality water. The production of household-water filtration in this work was modified from Bureau of Community Technology Department of Science Service Ministry of Science and Technology. The technology communication of the production household-water filtration was conducted by workshop procedure. The production household-water filtration was conducted step-by-step. All participants can produce the household-water filtration by themselves.

The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the formulation of eggshell clay suitable for development which is a new material in home decoration products inspired by stucco work Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimol Mangkhalaram2) to design and fabricate home decoration products from inspiring stucco work Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimol Mangkhalaram with eggshell clay and 3) to study the satisfaction of experts on home decoration products from the inspiration of the stucco work Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimol Mangkhalaram with eggshell clay. The processes of the research were to study the formulation of clay from eggshell by assigning 5 experts 3 clay mold experts and 2 clay sculptors and select the most suitable formula for 1 formula design and development of home decoration products inspired by stucco work Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimol Mangkhalaram 3 types: mirror frame lamp and vase 3 types of each type 3 types of design 5 experts 2 design instructors 3 interior designers 3 types of the most suitable type 2 interior designers selected the most suitable type for each type of 3 ones. Then fabricated products for home decoration eggshell molding from inspiration stucco work Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimol Mangkhalaram.There were 10 experts for product evaluation ; 5 of them were from clay expertises and the remaining persons were the product designs and inquire about the satisfaction of experts with the product. The results showed that: 1) experts give the highest level of satisfaction to an appropriate eggshell formulation equal to 4.25 in all areas in formula 1 2) research results for product designs experts are interested in choosing a home decoration product designs from the inspiration of the stucco work of Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimol Mangkhalaram with eggshell clay. Classifying products for mirror frame type 2 (3 people 60 %) lamp type 2 ( 4 people 80%) and vase type 1 (3 people 60%) and 3) experts have overall satisfaction towards home decoration products from the inspiration of the stucco work of Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimol Mangkhalaram with eggshell clay at the highest score In every aspect of satisfaction such as product functional material and satisfaction with an overall average score of 4.53 from 10 experts.

Bakery Products Development from the Banana Pseudo-stems and Waste from Dried Banana Production at Ban Bang Ta Chom Community Enterprise Sing Buri Province for Sustainable Commerce. Research on bakery product development from paprika and bananas in Production of Dried Banana of Bang Ta Chom Housewife Community Enterprise Group Sing Buri province for sustainable commercialization in order to: 1. Develop bakery products from 4 types of Banana Pseudo-stems and Waste 2. study the formulas and production processes of bakery products from Banana Pseudo-stems and Waste 3. study the consumer test of bakery products from 4 types of Banana Pseudo-stems and Waste and 4. To transfer technology Little Bakery products from Banana Pseudo-stems and Waste then bring the shelf life in conditions ranging from 0-10 days and compare the physical properties. Chemical and microorganisms such as pH value color measurement and total number of microorganisms found that Khanom Jeen noodles stored in modified atmosphere conditions have longer shelf life than those stored. At normal atmospheric conditions and vacuum conditions. Chemical analysis results showed that the bakery products decreased their pH over time. With values between 4.31 ± 0.00 and 2.99 ± 0.01 and bakery products Stored at 100% carbon dioxide (CO2) modified atmosphere packed in a sealed nylon / PET vacuum plastic bag. Store at room temperature. Can be stored for up to 10 days and found that the total number of microbes increased when the storage life is longer But not over the standard of community products so the products are safe and not harmful to consumers. Consumer test results show that consumers like and are interested in buying bakery products that use 100 percent carbon dioxide (CO2) at 75 percent.

Studied and designed unique Lanna patterns from 3 important religious places of Chiang Mai- Wat Pra Singha Woramahawihan Wat Duang Dee and Wat Chedi Luang which has their own different outstanding Lanna art. 1) Splendid stucco art from Wat Pra Singha Woramahawihan 2) Finely wood carving art from Wat Duang Dee 3) Brilliant Lacquer and gold leaves art from Wat Chedi Luang Woramahawihan Their outstanding Lanna art has inspired a new design which has developed to use for decorating the Lanna bamboo curl folk craft such as home decor souvenirs and home utensils. 25 targets of the satisfaction survey have been impressed on “The Development of Decoupaged Lanna Pattern Bamboo Curl Folk Craft by Ban Rong Don Chai Community in Sarapee Chiang Mai of Thailand” research project. Considering on each field- subject curriculum design expert materials facilities value and utility got the highest impressions scores. The overall averages also shows that every fields got the impression score on ‘most satisfied’
