การพัฒนาเครื่องคัดแยกสิ่งเจือปนในเมล็ดข้าวปลูก
Thailand is an agricultural country. Most of the population consists of farmer. The rice is suitable to the climate of the country. And the main export of Thai is rice. The preparation of grain is also important. The farmer have to has an experience to choose the grain for growing the rice in farm. Good grian will give the high product. And good grain should completely free from contamination of disease and insect. Then it will be healthy seedlings. It is easy to harvest crops in a very high quality. Even it has good and high quality but it still has in impurities in the seed. Then the idea to create a project of sorting impurities from seeds. From the first it was built to help farmers to separate impurities such as grasses and husks. But the problem is the size of the maching is 140 x 150 x 160 cm which is larg and heavy then it makes the inconvenient to move. The preparation of the project is to develop an interest in sorting impurities in grain. The objective is to reduce the size to a smaller size than before. And increase the work more efficiency. The main aim is to sorting impurities in grain. Preparing the rice and put into the machin when power is opened. Rice will be flowing through the sieve which it works as a distribution and contamination. Then it will fail down into the sorting room. Impurities will be removed and the wind from the fan will blow the seeds. So we will get the good product and high quality. The results of the test. Wind is the best performance of the machine. Separating rice grains is 5.4 meters per second. The test of separating of the rice grains in 5 times and in the test of the 10 20 30 40 and 50 kg with a mixture of 10 percent of husk. the most effective of sorting rice is 10 kg. It can be isolated 99.30 percent with in 1.23 minutes.

Recently the Thai industry has continually grown up and also plays a role to economic growth in the country which affects the many of automotive components to be in the market. While the degeneration and waste of automotive components had increased as well. Therefore a car hood is one of the automotive parts which damage from the accident. Consequently the researchers have created a prototype material to develop into the car hood which made from the husk and water hyacinth. The random mixture of water hyacinth and husk was attempted to more than 3 ingredients. By forming a flat plate with thickness between 1 to 3 millimeters was used as prototype of the car hood material in this research. Thus the mechanical properties such as compressing and bending test were attempted to by the universal testing machine. The results showed that using resin as a binder material (Reinforced resin by water hyacinth and husk) will have the less ability of energy absorption. While using polymers as a binder (Polymer resin by water hyacinth and husk) will have the better ability of energy absorption. The properly mixture between water hyacinth and husk referred to the energy absorbing properties is 50:50 because the least linear stiffness is 1.087 N/mm. Besides the ability of energy absorption is 1612444 J/m3 which is property of this ingredient can reduce the severity of the impact in the event of pedestrians collision in the best.

The effect of pesticides on farmers and the distribution of residual pesticides in rice plants and rice grain was studied in rice farming area covered in Samchuk district Suphanburi province. The situation and health effects related to pesticides was conducted using an individual interview and filled-form questionnaire with 126 samples. The participants were male of 68.3% and female of 31.7%. Educational level of participants was to be 36.5% and 24.6% for primary and elementary levels respectively. One-third of farmers (33.3%) reported a monthly income in the range of 5000 to 10000 Baht. A quarter of farmers (25.4%) got higher a monthly income with 10001 to 15000 Baht. Family members was found to be 4 persons (54%) 5 persons (19.8%) and over 5 persons (11.1%). All participants concerned the behavior and perception related pesticides for their highly toxicities and extremely dangerously death. A half of herbicide (50%) was glyphosate. Seriously paraquat (commercial name of Gramoxone) was found to be 22%. On the other hand the most of insecticide (55%) was an abamectin and carbofuran (commercial name of Furadan) was found to be 15%. A 20 samples of rice plants and rice grain was collected by random sampling. The residual carbofuran and glyphosate in rice plants and rice grain was determined using standard method. It was found that carbofuran was found in the range of ND-0.05 μg/kg and ND-0.08 μg/kg for rice plants and rice grain respectively. Glyphosate was found in the range of ND-0.26 μg/ kg and ND– 0 . 2 2 μg/ kg for rice plants and rice grain respectively. The residual levels of carbofuran and glyphosate in rice plants and rice grain depended on a spray period time their decomposition and the concentration of carbofuran and glyphosate. The residual levels of carbofuran and glyphosate did not significantly quantitative correlation between rice plants and rice grain.

The objective of this research was to compare the quality of Kanomchan which replace rice flour with Homnil rice flour Riceberry rice flour and Sangyod rice flour and to study the quantity of modified starches used in frozen Kanomchan products. Sensory evaluation of 30 panelists using 9 points Hedonic Scale. It was found that the panelist preferred Kanomchan that was made from Sangyod rice rather than the Kanomchan made from Riceberry rice flour and Homnil rice flour (p≤0.05). In the recipe of Kanomchan consist of 40.98% coconut milk 37.30% flour 10.65% cassava starch 9.02% cassava starch and 2.05% rice flour. Then using Sangyod rice flour in Kanomchan products to study modified starches suitable quantity for frozen Kanomchan products by three standards. Constitute 1% 3% and 4% by replacing of cassava starch. And compared with base recipe that not add modified starches. Then Kanomchan was freeze at -18 °c for three days. Before defrost with microwave and heated with 640 watts of microwave power for 2 minutes. The result found that frozen Kanomchan product which adding 3% modified starch had the most sensory points in every attributes. Except taste score texture (toughness) and overall score more than non-modified starches recipe (p>0.05). Then study three types of hydrocolloids. (guar gum gum Arabic and carrageenan) for develop quality of frozen kanomchan products by add hydrocolloids 0.1% for amount starches in frozen kanomchan products that using. Then freeze at -18 °c and reheat with microwave which had 640 watts of microwave power for 2 minutes. The result is guar gum had the most of linking points good texture that suitable with frozen Kanomchan products than caragenan and gum arabic. Results of the selection of the pattern of Kanomchan in packaging. By all experts choose a rose mold. and the packaging style numbrr 1 with the accompanying reasons name and the product brand prominently easy to remember beautiful colors look appetizing and linked the Thai dessert.

The objective of this study is to inspect the basic formulas of Chor-Muang pre-mix flour using the substitution of rice flour and general glutinous rice flour with riceberry flour and Leum Pua glutinous rice flour The substitute of fal in the formulation with coconut milk powder was also investigated. In additien the qualifies of Chor-Muang prepared from premix flour were evaluated. It was found that the highest acceptable score was observed in the formula 2 .The suitable content of coconut milk powder was 27.78 and the color aroma taste texture overall acceptability score were 7.22 6.98 740 7.36 7.02 and 7.48 respectively. For the semi-instant flour for Chor-Muang in the study analyzed for the substance-quality in the product it was affirmed that all no microorganisms were found water activity (aw) value was 0.47 the moisture content of 7.73 percent and the ash quantity of 0.15 percent were found.
