The dyeing industry both of business size and household size where the remaining water from the dyeing process is dumped into pipes and flows into natural water sources causing sewage problems. Therefore a column type wastewater treatment system has been developed by using a filtration system along with an adsorption system. The materials used to treat the wastewater from dyeing are gravel sand charcoal from wood and activated carbon from coconut shell. The study was conducted on the synthesis activated carbon from coconut shell using for color and molecules adsorption. The amount of activated carbon from coconut shell was varied at 200 400 600 and 800 g applying with filter media and other adsorption materials taking 1 hour to treat the wastewater from dyeing. The parameter using to measure water quality consisted of color value pH suspended solids conductivity turbidity value COD and TKN to indicate the water quality before and after treatment evaluating the efficiency of the wastewater treatment system. The best ratio that can treat the color is the formula containing 800 g of coconut shell activated carbon. It was able to treat the color equal to 5.94 SU or 99.43 percent compared to the wastewater before treatment.

The study aims to develop the investment model for preparation for the new normal age. In-depth interviews and data collection 400 participants were obtained from a questionnaire which was reliable at 0.89. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were employed to analyze data e.g. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). According to the interview the research findings revealed that the organization should encourage the employee in investment planning as well as having the notion of financial innovation. To do so diversification and up-to-date global knowledge attempt must be concerned. The results also presented that the respondents emphasized the financial innovation and creating factors of investment opportunity to prepare for the new normal age as none of the non-essential liability caused. Regarding organization procedures to develop the great aging society forming suitable elderly activities for the community was considered as providing widespread information as well as building different generations relationships. With these data genres of investment innovation not only were related to investment opportunity factors creation to the new normal aged but also related to organization procedures to develop the great aging society. Moreover investment opportunity factors creation to the new normal aged was associated with organization procedures to develop the great aging society. Using Empirical Variables Analysis (EVA) to prove the hypothesis in sum the findings showed that it was able to decrease factors related to empirical data from 20 to 9 factors. Nine (9) factors included (1) providing widespread information (2) being classified according to experiences status and readiness (3) having appropriate welfare (4) creating the project to support an obvious point (5) seeking for state measures (to support the project) (6) building different generations relationship (7) implementing new vacancy (8) considering available employment rate and welfare and (9) developing additional skills.

This research aimed to study the causes of changes in water quality and compare the water quality in Khlong Bang Khen Mai when the seasons and sampling points are different. These factors may cause a change in water quality. A total 50 of water samples were collected from 5 sampling points each point approximately 300 meters apart for a total distance of 1.5 kilometers. They cover three seasons such as winter (October 2020 to February 2021) summer (March to May 2021) and rainy (June and July 2021). Three parameters of this research which consist of both the chemical and physical quality parameters are pH Dissolved Oxygen (DO) and Electrical Conductivity (EC). The result shows that the average pH has ranged from 7.10 - 7.74 the dissolved oxygen (DO) was in 1.80 - 2.84 mg/L and the electrical conductivity (EC) was in the range of 327 - 517 μs/cm. A two-way analysis of variance is a statistical method used to compare the water quality in Khlong Bang Khen Mai. The results indicate that the test differences between seasons affected the change in water quality in all parameters with a statistically significant level of 0.05. Afterward the comparison of multiple comparisons by Scheffes method showed that the pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) in the rainy season were significantly different from winter and summer at the level of 0.05. For the electrical conductivity (EC) there was significant differences between summer and winter at the 0.05 level.

The research on “News content management of mass media In the fake news situation” aims to study the management of content and news content and reporting form of mass media in a fake news situation. The study is qualitative and employs an in-depth data interview. In this research the interviewees are the top middle and operational management of Thairath Online Dailynews Online Thai Post Online and Manager Online who are responsible for organizing the news program for the public report. The finding revealed that in respect of the content management of mass media in fake news situations the mass media organization that plays a role in setting the news agenda should prudently verify the accuracy and completeness of the news content prior to reporting and take into account the role and duty of the news report. Regarding the news reporting the findings indicated that the mass media organization must strategically manage the organization to be related and compatible with the changing external environment both internal and external factors relating to the production of the mass media’s news programs to be used for analysis in order to ensure that the organization can manage and attract the attention. In addition the mass media must be cognizant of the effect they have on the way of life of society members by widening and narrowing the communication gap and by encouraging viewers to engage with the media rather than adopting and blindly trusting the substance of false news.

From this significance the researcher then interested to study on “the influences of Job characteristics and perceived organization support affect to adjustment and performance of employee: a case study of Siam Commercial Bank in Nonthaburi province.” Research objective was to study on the influences of Job characteristics affect to adjustment of employee the influences of perceived organization support affect to adjustment of employee and the influences of employee adjustment affect to performance of employee. Questionnaire was used as the tool for data collection from 255 samples. Data analysis was to seek for the relationship between variables using CFA and hypotheses testing via Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). It was found from the results that Job characteristics perceived organization support and employee adjustment had p-value that lesser than 0.05. Therefore this can be summed that work attributes and perceived organization support had the positive influences toward employee adjustment. In addition the employee adjustment had positive relationship with employee performance. According to the results organization leader shall foresee the significance of work assignment and supporting system to motivate for work inspiration. It was to form the internal motivation positive thinking and attitude to boost up the team spirit. This would result on creativity and novel things. Moreover it would consider to take good care on the needs and differences of each person to promote for good relationship and work support or development for person to achieve their own and mutual goals.
