The objective of the study is to investigate the cause of double-decker accident by in-depth accident investigation method. The method could describe the critical conditions of the accident which include pre-crash during-crash and post-crash. Moreover the influencing factors of the accident can also be best explained by the method. In this study the rollover of double-decker accident is selected as a case study. The main reason is that in Thailand the double-deckers are usually used for sight-seeing purpose and there are also many reported severe accidents. In this study it is found that the factors of the accident consist of speed dimension of double-decker road condition and geometry of the accident place.

Petroleum hydrocarbon contamination in the environment is a public health concern as some compositions in petroleum hydrocarbons exert adverse effects on living organisms. Several methods have been used to reduce petroleum hydrocarbons from contaminated sites. Among these methods phytoremediation is an effective and environmental friendly method to decontaminate petroleum hydrocarbons in soils. This research objective is to find Core Competency Indicator of the Department of Corrections’ Employees The researcher collects data from those of 11437 employees and executives of the Department of Corrections. A proportion Sampling of to the method of Thompson is used to define sample size. At 95% level of confidence the sample size is equal to 372 samples but the researcher puts more 10% to the sample size in order to avoid problem of incomplete answers and gets 410 samples as a target. The Probability Sampling is used through the technique of Stratified random sampling. Finally 410 surveys are collected. The quantitative analysis is used through the Second Orders Factor Analysis by LISREL Program. The finding of research is that Core Competency Indicator of the Department of Corrections’ Employees derives firstly from Managerial Competencies secondly from Leadership Competencies and lastly fromTask Achievement Competencies

The purposes of this research were to collect the data about Thai cuisine from four regions to design and implement database about Thai cuisine and transfer on internet and to tranfer the technological database about Thai cuisine from four regions. The research process involved studying data collecting the lists of regional Thai cuisine : the North Northeast Central and Southern collecting the information about food recipes materials and tools choosing the appropriate data taking pictures materials and tools designing and implementing web database creating computer system developing computer system installing computer software in order to input data testing the system and transferring web database on internet. The result was found that regional Thai cuisine web database was divided into 4 categories21 Kinds of cooking methods 293 data of food with recipes 108 data of food without recipes 138 items of materials and 39 items of tools for perparing and serving food.
