This study aims to develop household textiles from Surin Batik silk with pattern of Ancient Khmer Art at Sikhoraphum Castle and to study customers’ satisfaction of household textiles. The population was 400 assessors within the age range of 20 - 50 years in Surin province. The research instrument was questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed for Percentage Mean and Standard Deviation. Results showed that the majority of respondents were females with ages around 31 - 35 years old. Most of them were married and had income of 15000 – 25000 baht. Most got Bachelor’s degree and used to use household silk textile. Working clothe was the most purchased category. Most household textiles were purchased as souvenirs. Personal preference was the initial motivation for purchase decisions and utilization was the key factor for selecting a product. Regarding onsumers’ satisfaction in 3 types of household textiles from Mudmee Batik silk - cushion lamp and bed cloth – it was found that satisfaction in style pattern colour price and utilization were in similar high level. Cushion was the most purchased household textile. Peacock was the most favorite pattern and consistency of the pattern was the most important factor for purchasing.

This thesis aims to develop Allooyseem pattern and to study customers’ satisfaction in the developed Allooyseem Silk product. Samples in this study were Wat Bankradonmaidang Silk Weaver group in Krasung district Buriram province and 320 teachers in Muang district Burirum province who wore silk clothes at least once a week. Fifteen patterns of textiles were designed and selected by 5 experts to get 5 best patterns. The 5 patterns were woven as sample textile and surveyed for satisfaction. Data were analyzed for percentage mean and standard deviation Results of the study showed that customers were satisfied with pattern and color of the developed Allooyseem silk fabric. Pattern number 4 got high satisfaction level and there were suggestions to extend the research for sustainable development of Allooyseem silk in all aspects.

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการออกแบบลวดลายผ้าทอแบบร่วมสมัยสาหรับการประยุกต์ใช้กับผลิตภัณฑ์เคหะสิ่งทอ ชุมชนทอผ้าวัดไผ่หูช้าง อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐม ที่สอดคล้องกับภูมิปัญญา และศักยภาพทางการผลิตของชุมชน ซึ่งประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างในงานวิจัยเรื่องนี้คือ ชุมชนทอผ้าวัดไผ่หูช้าง อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐม ผลการวิจัยเรื่องนี้พบว่า ประชากรส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมเป็นอาชีพหลัก และทอผ้า พื้นเมืองเป็นอาชีพรอง กลุ่มชุมชนทอผ้าวัดไผ่หูช้าง มีความต้องการพัฒนารูปแบบตามแนวคิดลวดลายผ้าทอแบบร่วมสมัย ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันระหว่างกลุ่มทอผ้ากับผู้วิจัยเพื่อส่งผลให้เกิดการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแสวงหาแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหา ซึ่งพบว่าลวดลายผ้าทอแบบร่วมสมัย ต้องมีรูปแบบที่ผลิตง่ายไม่ซับซ้อน มีลักษณะการทอผ้า เป็นลายขัดที่เหมาะสมกับการทอผ้าพื้นบ้านของชุมชน และบ่งบอกถึงเอกลักษณ์ของชุมชน ลักษณะลวดลายของผ้าทอใช้แนวคิดการออกแบบลวดลายเน้นแนวคิดด้านการใช้ชีวิต หรือถิ่น กำเนิดของรากเหง้าชุมชน ประกอบไปด้วย ลวดลายเฉียง ลวดลายเกร็ดปลา ลวดลายดาว ลวดลายน้า ลวดลายภูเขา โดยเน้นเอกลักษณ์ที่เด่นของผ้า “ลายแตงโม” ของกลุ่มทอผ้าพื้นเมืองตำบลไผ่หูช้าง ในลักษณะการมัดหมี่ โดยการมัดด้ายพุ่งเพื่อสร้างช่วงของสีต่างๆให้เกิดขึ้นในเส้นด้ายพุ่ง โดยใช้สีดาหรือสีกรมท่า เป็นสีหลักในการออกแบบลวดลาย

The purport of this research was to design and develop the garment pattern from Surin silk and relay the pattern action training in Technology. This research was the developmental research The tolls of the research were compose of tJ. categories g) patterns in one category the total was (O)tJ. patterns for example : women clothes men clothes skirts trousers and dresses. The questionnaire the opinion assessment the work evaluation the procedure training assessment the samples of this research were the group of g)oo interested persons and 1sltJ. trainees of community groups in Khwgosinrin district Surin province. The statistics were frequency value percentage value the standard deviation. The result of this research was the assessment of garment products from Surin silk for tJ. categories (O)tJ. patterns from the group of interested persons. There were g)(O)-do years old of female in government officers bachelors degree and incomes were (O)ooo(O)-(O)tJ.ooo baht. The thought that the garment products from Surin silk were A-men patterns B-women patterns C-skirt patterns were the most suitability in the pattern the design and the color. The generalization was d.tJ.~ d.db and d.dtJ. The procedure training assessment the trainee majority groups was g)(O)-do years old of female the occupation were farmers elementary education level and lower income tJ.ooo baht. Before training they had the knowledge and the ability in design cut and sew and decorate garments from silk garments in low level. After training they had the knowledge and the ability in design for g) mains in high level and they required to train in the next time in the most level and the work evaluation was succeed in practicing work of the trainees. The result of the trainees were succeed in taking design and cut and sew the garments from Surin silk was d.(O)tJ. in the excellent level. The garment patterns from Surin silk brought in original products that could apply the advantage effectively by the analysis in tJ. categories Q) patterns in one category in (O)tJ. patterns from Surin silk. Choosing tJ. design from the research project of design and development design and color of Surin silk.
