The purpose of the study were to survey A Tendency towards Undergraduate Innovation and Education Technology Application of the Instructors at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon .Goal to development to innovation and educational technology for the future. Measurement and evaluation were to questionnaires in five academic in component form and use innovation and educational technology administration learning resource instructional and teching and system to learn . . The target population of the study were to 484 acadamic staffs Rajamangala University of Technology in 9 faculty .The represectative sample of 214 acadamic staffs were collected by means of questionnaires and analyzed by mean standard individual and descriptive statistics presenting in form of tables. The finding of the were that 1. Componen form and use innovation and educational technology transparency and overhead projector visualiz and video projector will be used for presentation 2. Administration oflice automation will be use for administrative purpose teleconference will be used for coinmunication and pulic relatio and intenet will be important learning resources. 4 learning resource will be web resource for instructional supprt and many kinds of digital learnind materials will also used. Internet online will be use by learners which will enable them to study at any times anywhereand used teleconference 5.Instructional and teching and system to learn The teacher will be encouraged to think analyze and development learning activity to student think analyze discovery to reference electronics in library.For the teaching to think that a Tendency towards Undergraduate Innovation and Education Technology intemet will be used by learner which will enable thern to study at any time anywhere. More learning centers will also be established in various institutions.

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the satisfaction at rajamangala versity of technology Phra Nakhon Classifled by sex age education level type of personnel and experiences. The research samples were 1172 personnel from Rajimangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. data was complied through the use of a questionnair with a statistical reliability of 0.9741 questionnaires retumed. There were 565 complete questionnares used in the data analsis process. the statistics used in the data analysis were percentage mean standard deviation t-test and f-test The results of the study found that personnel were with their role and position within the internation Afdairs Division at a mendium level (X=3.13 S.D. = 0.72) and documented the personality of offcers at high level (X= 3.62 S.D. =0.67) The results of the hypothesis testing yieded the following infomation : 1) A personnels sex did not have a signifcant statistical impact on the study with the only exception being the role and position (regitering a statistical difference of 0.05). 2) A personnels age did not have a singnificant statistical impact on the study. 3) A personnels educstion level did not have a sihnificationt statistical impact on the study whith the only exception being the role and position (registering a ststistical difference of 0.05). 4) A types of personnel did not have a siatical impact on the study. when fonusing on persons role and position there was a significant statical difference of 0.05.

Undergraduate educational management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon has mission point to science and technology vocational based on quality professional workers. Applied technologies on the engineering works have continuous and high progress. The researchers want to emphasis with human development for stepping up to professional works in The life long studying on working period of faculty of industry textile and fashion design Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhorl. The research objectives are as follows: 1.To know they want to add more performance or to change from nature of the undergraduate field to others 2.To make the teaching discipllries for gain their standard lffiowledge higher 3.To study the life long studying on working period offacuity students and alumni. Domain of research and the participant groups 1.students who studying at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2.Alumni want to change their graduated field to others or gain their performance. The research results found that the platforms are according to require on the life long studying in faculty of industry textile and fashion design have to stress on teaching for gain their performance with technology involvements such as production process coloring process textile printing graphic design and computer cutting forms according to short period not more than 6 months for studying. The discussions from participants point to continue to study for gain their performance first because economics rapidly changing and several firms want the best persons. They have a lot of best knowledge worker and high performance to work with them. The participants require 1-6 months for studying because the competitive workers in the specific working markets.

The purposes of this research were to : 1) compare creative writing achievement of students learning Thai Folk song and learning Thai Moders song as Aids ; 2) study the creative writing progress of the students in both groups by comparing between pretest scores and posttest scores ; find creative writing means scores and standanrd deviation of two student groups and find the percentages of the affective means scores and psychomotor means scores of the both groups. Samples were 62 students at the first level of Bachelor Degree from two classrooms : 31 students of each at Rajamangala University of Technology during 2008 academic year. The basis on Using Thai Language One mean scores of two student groups were not significantly different at th .05 level. The students were equally divided into two experimental groups. The first group learned Thai Folk song as aids while the second group learned Thai Modern song as aids. The research tools consisted of creative writing pretests and posttests instruments for development creative writing and creative writing lesson plans. The procedures were as following. Firstly the creative writing achievement tests were administered to both groups of students as pretests. Secondly sixteen creative writing lesson plans learning Thai Folk song as aids were given to the first experimental group while another sixteen creative writing lesson plans learning Thai Modern song as aids were given to the second experimental group. Finally the creative writing achievement tests which were similar to the pretests were administered to both groups as posttests. The results were as following. I) The creative writing achievement ofstudents learning Thai Folk song and leaming Thai Modem SOlg as aids was not significantly different at the .05 level. 2) The mean scores of two student groups between pretests and posttests were significantly different at the .05 level. The posttest mean scores of both groups were higher than the pretest mean scores. 3) The averages of mean scores and standard deviations of students learning Thai Folk song as aids were 15.31 and 2.80 and another experimental group learning Thai Modem song as aids were 15.63 and 3.18 4) The percentages of the affective mean scores and psychomotor mean scores of students learning Thai Folk song as aids were 87.64 and 87.22 and another group learning Thai Modem song were 87.18 and 86.01 respectively.

The purpose of this research is to comparatively study graduate students ideal characteristics regarding learning morality self-discipline and the future orientation selfcontrol from the point of view of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon students. With descriptive research methodology questionnaires were used to gather the data from the 297 forth-year students of the semester 1/2552 at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The data were analyzed by means of the computer program SPSS statistical percentage arithmetic mean standard deviation t-test f-test ane-Way ANOVA on 0.05 level of significance. The studi reveals that the most sampling group is the female students of Facuiry of Business Administration with the average GPA at approximately 2.00-2.50. With regard to the attitude about the characteristics of ideal graduate students: learning morality selfdiscipline and the future orientation self-control the students of Faculty of Mass Communication Technology e~press their opinions towards all the characteristics as high level whereas those of Faculty of Home Economic Technology and Faculty of Industrial Education have the low-level ones. Taking each aspect into consideration for that of learning the students have high practical knowledge indicated by their application of the knowledge to everyday use problem solution and the distribution. Concerning the aspect of morality they have high generosity indicated by their sincerity friendl!ness sympathy and cooperation with friends to success. For the aspect of self-discipline they highly discipline themselves indicated by their awareness of others rights unity social rules University regulations. Regarding the aspect of the future orientation self-control they have high self-restraint. They do not do an immoral act; are wilting to wait providing that it will bring about advantages; and spend money appropriately and thoughtfully. The test on correlation between factors shows that the female have more correlation to all aspects than the male. In addition the age of 2122 have more correlation to all aspects than the age of others The recommendation is that in order to bring about the graduate students with the mentioned characteristics the university should find the way to equip the students with creativity morality derived from a real situation pride in being Thai self-discipline selfcontrol self-confidence and generosity to others. The university should realize the importance of these characteristics improve along with support the students which witllead to the graduate students with the desirable characteristics.
