The objectives of this research is to study (1) The demographic of mobile users effected to mobile network’s decision making (2) The creating shared value of mobile network effected to mobile network users’ decision making. The sample population consisted of one thousand two hundred mobile network users. The instrument of research was a questionnaire. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows computer program was applied for analyzing formulating and tabulating the data collected. The techniques of descriptive statistics used were percentage mean and standard deviation. Techniques of inferential statistics utilized were t-test one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) in order to analyze differences between variables taken as a group. If there is a statistically significant differences found between pairs in a group Scheffé’s pair testing were deployed. Multiple Regression Analysis were applied in order to analyze the demographic of mobile users and creating shared value of mobile network effected to mobile network users’ decision making. The results were as following: 1. The all factor demographic of mobile users effected to mobile network’s decision making effected to mobile network’s decision making. 2. The creating shared value of 3 brands effected to mobile network’s decision making effected to mobile network’s decision making.

Nowadays it is rapid technology advancement. The faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needs to update the bachelor degree programs and produces graduates that meet the requirements of the target markets. Work integrated learning education is one of the most effective education that is suitable for this situation and the future. This research is a study of faculty of engineering’s strategy base on work integrated learning for professional graduate production. The research results acknowledge the work integrated learning education type that is implemented in the faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. In addition the results can be applied to the modification of the engineering curriculum or the new engineering curriculum design.

Since the industries are developing to Industry 4.0 in the near future. Therefore a study of faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon target market with Industry 4.0 for sustainability is the necessity. In order to collect the data build the knowledge about the target market in the Industry 4.0 era. Moreover a survey of the requirement of graduates’ characteristic that can support the revolution from Industry 3.0 to Industry 4.0 is very important. Therefore the faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon can well prepare the graduates production for supporting the Industry 4.0 for sustainability.

TThe objective of this independent study was to compare the opinions of The Government Pharmaceutical Organization employees’ towards the waste management within the organization. The participants were classified by personal characteristics of The Government Pharmaceutical Organization employees; and the research instrument used was a questionnaire. The research data applied the statistics included percentage frequency average standard deviation. The research hypotheses were tested by independent sample t-test. One Way ANOVA (F-test) was applied to verify two variables while Scheffe was used to test the research hypotheses among more than two groups of variables. The results of the study revealed as follows. 1. Most of the personnel were males aged between 31-40 years old holding Bachelor’s degrees in the area of production process with 5 to 10 years working experience. 2. Their opinions towards the waste management within the organization were found that the overall picture was rated in the high level in every aspect arranging from the average values of the highest to lowest namely Reuse Recycle and Reduce aspects respectively. 3. The results of the hypothesis testing revealed that the sample personnel of different genders have dissimilar opinions on the waste management within The Government Pharmaceutical Organization on the in the Reuse Recycle and Reduce ง aspects areas with statistical significance at the level of 0.05 and their different educational levels resulted in dissimilar ideas on the waste management within the organization regarding the Reduce aspect at statistical significant at the level of 0.05.

The purpose of this study is to study the factors that affect the accounting performance of the quality accounting office. The population group is the accountants operating in the 160 quality accounting firms. 115 sample are collected and the sample size is calculated using Taro formula. The data is analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency percentage mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics including Independent sample T-test One Way ANOVA Pearsons Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. The study results showed that of the overall and individual motivation factors Motivation factors and Supporting factors affected the accounting performance of the quality accounting offices at the highest level while the sample group had accounting skills in general in the highest level. The hypothesis testing found that 1) age education level and the different incomes affected the efficiency of accounting operations of different quality accounting firms 2) Motivation and Supportive factors had no influence on the efficiency of accounting performance of quality accounting firms and 3) professional knowledge professional skills and professional attitude had a positive influence on the efficiency of accounting operations of the quality accounting offices.
