This art thesis aims to design and develop packaging for Healthy CoconutProducts of Lumnam tha Jeen Housewives Group Nakhon Pathom. Which consists of designing and developing the packaging structure graphics logo and shelves. The problem founded in the interview with the entrepreneur was that the packaging still lacks the identity that attracts attention the information on the packaging also shows the details of the product is not complete and the structure is inconvenient to transport or carry among foreign tourists. The present packaging is a wooden basket in some countries must pass an examination in timber imports. The operation has 4 steps as follows: 1 )Interview the entrepreneurs and study the relevant documents and research 2) Design and develop the packaging 3) Bring the expert questionnaire for 3 persons and 4) Design evaluation Data analysis using summary information finding the frequency percentage and average and presented in the form of treatise and composition tables. The results of the research concluded In the structure of packaging shampoo conditioner hair serum hair shower gel and body lotion that have been evaluated as the highest (4.70) looks like a circular cylinder the bottom is wide chasing the size until the top small which brought the concept from the coconut tree. The portable packaging structure includes the products of shampoo hair conditioner shower gel and body lotion that are rated as the highest (4.75) the shape is flat easy to carry and the outer contour line from the coconut tree. The logo has been evaluated as the highest (4.15) uses the golden ratio principle to create recognition. The research project on The potential of Siphonodon celastrineus Griff traditional medicinal plants of Thailand for treatment from local wisdom knowledge lead to the development of sustainable use with the objective of studying the botanical phytochemical and biological activity of the Siphonodon celastrineus to create confidence in the use of S. celastrineus in herbal medicine by using the bark leaves and fruit of the S. celastrineus to extract with 3 types of solvents. Each of hexane ethyl acetate and methanol respectively from low to high polarity. All nine extracts will be extracted. Preliminary examinations for phytochemistry Antioxidant activity by DPPH radical scavenging assay and quantitative determination of phenolic compounds by Folin-Ciocalteu method and antimicrobial activity were tested. The research found that. 1. The extract of the results of the methanol layer of the S.celastrineus shows a reduction in the amount of 11-diphenol-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) had the highest EC50 equal to 31 mg/ml. The amount of phenol compounds found that the extracts from the methanol extract of S. celastrineus contain the amount of phenol. The highest concentration of 95.23 mg GAE / g dw 2. Extract from the bark of the S. celastrineus with methanol showed the best inhibition of the growth of Vibrio paraheamolyticus with the MIC value of 15.60 mg/ml. The extracts of the S. celastrineus leaf extracts with hexane showed the best inhibition of the growth of Vibrio cholerae with the MIC value equal to 31.25 mg/ml and leaf extracts with ethyl acetate showed the best inhibitory effect on the growth of Vibrio cholerae with a MIC value of 31.25 mg/ml and the extract of the fruit with ethyl acetate to inhibit the growth of Vibrio paraheamolyticus most with MIC equal to 15.60 mg/ml.

The present research has the following objectives: 1) To examine the needs for short course training in home economics 2) To develop the short course curriculum in Home Economics in accordance to the needs of the members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club and 3) To examine the satisfaction of the training in Home Economics for the members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club Bang Namjuerd Muang District of Samutsakhorn Province. The samples selected for the research are the total number of 30 members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club Bang Namjuerd Muang District of Samutsakhorn Province who have shown their interest in the program as well as had the capability to be trained. The research instrument is a questionnaire developed by the researcher and a training curriculum for the short course training in Home Economics. The data are analyzed in frequency and percentage. The findings are as follows: The members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club showed the need to be trained in Home Economics with crispy rice noodle with spices tapioca dumpling with shiitake and salted duck egg with herbs respectively (43.33% 23.33% and 16.67%). The research developed the training curriculum accordingly using Taba’s instruction of curriculum development as consisting of 4 modules: i) an introduction to cooking ii) basic ingredients culinary instruments and cooking techniques iv) making crispy rice noodle with spices and v) package designing and calculating selling prices. The six-hour session of training took place at Baan Pho Jaa Medical Centre on Saturday – Sunday at 09.00 – 12.00 hrs and 13.00 – 16.00 hrs. The results of the training are as follows: i) the trainees showed an overall working skill at a good level ( X = 2.70) ii) the outcomes were evaluated and fell at a good level ( X = 2.83) and iii) the satisfaction of the trainees was considerably good ( X = 3.99).
