The purposes of this study were to investigate the influence of culture on organizational commitment of operation employees working at a Chulalongkorn university office and to study the influence of good governance on the organizational commitment of the university staff at a university Chulalongkorn office. The samples were 164 employees working at a university office in Chulalongkorn University responding to the questionnaires used as a tool for data collection. This research was descriptive analyzed by parameters percentage mean score (S.D.) multiple regression analysis and multipleregression tests and Pearson Correlation Coefficients. The research result revealed the hypotheses test showing the influence of organizational culture and good governance on organizational commitment of Chulalongkorn university office employees as follows. The purposes of this research were to design and create dyed silk yarn and cotton yarn machine for community enterprises of Ban Na Pho woven group Na Pho district Buriram province. All materials were made of stainless steel and the principle of rotation of the yarn skein which was hung with spindle yarn inside the dye tank. Dyeing process began by mixing color tanks in the exterior size for diameter ๓๐๐ mm. Adjust the temperature inside the dye bag by the boiler was attached below. Using pump in dye tank for rotating the heat with stainless steel pipe in ๑๑/๒ inches and ๓ inches x ๑/๒ inches and the rectangular tank was ๖๐ cm. wide ๙๐ cm long and ๑๖๐ cm. high. It had ๕ mm. of plastic lid cover in front of and a channel that looked at the attachment of color yarn. The lid had ๒ levels adjustable lift spring lock and ๒-axis spindle yarn. It was triangular shaped drilled holes spray to ๑ mm. on the spindle with a diameter of ๑๕ cm. and ๖๐ cm. long rotating at ๑๐ rpm strength by using electric motor size ๐.๕ HP used ๒๒๐ volts. It could be rotated left and right with the gear ratios around ๒๐:๑ ๒ adjustable that were automatic with programming on the control box and simple pattern. the spray dyed paint had ๑ liter water pump to control pressure valve for opening and closing to dyed water flow regularly by the heat from the LPG gas with a head size of ๓๐ cm. and adjust the temperature up to ๑๒๐ Celsius degree. It was showed the temperature measurement of water dye with pressure gauge and temperature gauge. The efficiency of this dye can be dyed silk yarn and cotton yarn per ๕ kg. to ๑๐ kg. which was a medium-sized textile production to the local community enterprise and applied in the preparation of yarns before dying such as peeling glue and bleaching.

Study of Natural Dye from Golden Shower Pod for Development of UV Protection on Textile Product aimed to examine natural dyes obtained from Golden Shower Pod to produce naturally dyed fabrics as products. According to the research it was found that cationic additives which were soaked in a ratio of 20 grams per liter and boiled at 100 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes could help enhance the intensity of fabric dyes and the mordant used in this research which was soaked after dying was copper (ll) sulfate at concentration of 10 grams per liter for 30 minutes. According to appropriate tests the value of ultraviolet rays was excellent the dye fastness to artificial sunlight was moderate the abrasion was very good the dye fastness to acidic perspiration was good the dye fastness to alkaline perspiration was less and the dye fastness to water was good. According to the questionnaires returned it was found that the sample was interested in knitted apparel products most demands in the shade were darker tones and the apparel design concept chosen was mini dress with 1960s vintage style by matching dark and light brown of natural dyes of Koon pods. According to the assessment of satisfaction towards the products made from UV-resistant fabrics it was found that the form of products that are suitable to wear everyday was highest (58 percent) the form of the products that are appropriate for women in the age range 20-30 years was highest (66 percent) the arrangement of light - dark dyes of fabrics was highest (42 percent) the appropriateness of colors of embroidery threads was highest (58 percent) the appropriate relationship between patterns colors of embroidery threads and colors of fabrics was highest (76 percent) the appropriate placement of patterns was highest (40 percent) the appropriate size of patterns was highest (48 percent) the appropriate rhythm and continuity of patterns was highest (36 percent) the overall usability of products made from natural dyes that can block ultraviolet radiation was highest (82 percent) the appropriate relationship between embroidery patterns materials and fabrics was highest (12 percent) and the products (apparel) that can be worn at any occasion was highest (52 percent).

The project of design and development of textile product using Thai Song Dam’s stitching technique at Supanburi provinces. “Nowadays it was difficult to find someone who loves weaving; however finding someone who loves stitching was more difficult. The designs of stitching pattern were altered by trend; however they still kept in their identity” Mrs. Lamduan Konthong a specialist in Thai Song Dam’s embroidering style said. According to the questionnaire regarding the requirement of the sample it showed that the sample was interested in the textile products for living room decoration such as a backrest pillow a decorating table runner and a lantern. Thai Song Dam’ stitching technique and “Kor Kood” pattern should be applied with the design of the designated products. To find the appropriate fabric for stitching the experiment was done by stitching of “Kor Kood” pattern on the following type of cotton silk linen hemp and knitted fabric. The chosen one was linen fabric because of its light weight good dimensional stability. To create the model of the products and find the appropriate pattern for stitching the pattern was designed by the concept of Art Nuvo characterized by the appearance of woman. From the questionnaire it was found that the satisfaction of the sample regarding the design of the Thai Song Dam’s stitching in textile products were as follows; 66% kept in the identity of Thai Song Dam 72% style the products of Thai Song Dam 58% Thai Song Dam style the design of the products characterized by Art Nuvo 50% suitable the composition of the pattern of the products 74% suitable the whole pattern design of the products 64% suitable the colors of silk stitching on the products 60% suitable the use of colors of the products 60% suitable the size of the products and 62% suitable for the purposes of using.

The costume design Avant-Garde style by development to actually wesable aims to study and adapt basic concepts of Avant- Garde costume design in order to develop and apply for developing a unique outstanding and fashionable costume which was inspired by the natural protection of armadillos. For the method of study I had done a research concerning patterns of Avant-Garde costume and the self-mechanism of armadillos so that I can apply it in my design and make it wearable in real life. As the result the pattern of Avant-Garde costume has distinctive feature in its unique figure and materials which can be furthered in designing Avant-Garde costume. Moreover the pattern can be used as a guide for the practical and fashionable patternjs adjustment. From my study I have found that combining details and main features of Avant-Garde costume and armadillos together will bring the success. Because designing practical Avant-Garde costume it will have to compose those details and features in order to get numerous forms of pattern but still be in Avant-Garde style. And that will be another advancement of Avant-Garde fashion.
