The study on decision making to attend the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program of the Office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education was aimed to study motivating factors personal factors and relationship of motivating factors and decision making factors to attend the program. The data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. As for inferential statistics inferential statistics such as independent samples t-test analysis was applied to look for the difference between two groups; One-Way ANOVA for three or more and study of relationship between motivating and decision-making factors to attend the training using Pearsons Product Moment Correlative Coefficient. The study results showed that internal motivating factors concerning respect moderately affected the motivation on training. Desire for success special interest and work responsibility highly affected the motivation while external motivating factors such as the superintendent’s reliability the work progress and the organizational policies highly affected the training motivation. Regarding decision making factors training courses trainers audiovisual equipment training period training public relations and the benefits of the training highly affected every aspect of decision making. personal factors gender age educational level position and work experience did not affect the decision-making to attend the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program. Factors motivating the personnel to attend the ICT personnel development program including the superintendent’s reliability work progress and organizational policies positively correlated with the decision factors to attend the training for potential ICT personnel in all aspects. Also motivating factors regarding the desire for success and work responsibility had a negative relationship with the decision factors with the aspects of audiovisual equipment and public relations to participate the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program of the Office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education. The sample were 315 administrators and teachers under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 by system random sampling method. The instrument was a questionnaire asking about participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools. The statistics for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level. Considering by aspects found that they were at moderate level; 2) academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level; 3. the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole and by aspects were positive at .01 level of significance.

The purpose of the qualitative study was to seek for on guidelines for increasing productivity of organic products (vegetables) of Thamsua community members in Kaeng Krachan Phetchaburi Province. Data collection was done through observation interview and document analysis. The samples were 10 leaders and members of Organic Product Division of Thamsua Community in Kaeng Krachan Phetchaburi. The research results revealed that problems and obstacles in increasing the organic product were the lack of worker and continuity to produce goods for distributing to meet the market demand. The solution could be done by increasingly distributing products the surrounding communities to meet the needs and quality control standard of the market. In terms of the management the community should have a clear management plan and appoint a committee to co-ordinate its policies plans regulations and management. They could invite other members from neighboring communities to be involved. As for the solutions for the production and product diversification external agencies might be asked to participate in the productivity enhancement such as public or private sectors and educational institutions for example. The government might be in charge of supporting for career development and income private sectors for more marketing channels while educational institutions might support for knowledge needed for increasing the productivity. Concerning marketing solutions for more distribution channels online marketing should be set up by coordinating with private sectors to provide additional distribution channels such as organizing product display booths with public and private sectors. Financial and accounting solutions for the lack of management funding sources should be organized through the community savings such as the Cooperative Community Enterprise or Provincial Cooperative office to e involved in accounting management to create systematic financial management.

The Purposes of this research were to study and to compare the Desired Characteristics of Training Students as Perceived by Executives of Tourism Entrepreneur in accordance with the following variables: sex age education level and work experience. By questionnaire was used to collect data. Data were statistically analyzed using percentage mean standard deviation t-test and one-way analysis of variance. Statistics for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and mean difference were tested by ANOVA statistics. The research results revealed that : 1. The management of teaching learning activity to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values of Secondary Schools Samut Prakarn Province classified by status as a whole revealed that the administrators rating was at moderate level and teachers rating was at moderate level ; classified by school sizes as a whole small schools medium schools large schools and extra-large schools rating were at moderate level. 2. The Comparisons of teaching learning activity management to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values of Secondary Schools Samut Prakarn Province classified by school sizes revealed that as a whole of all aspects were not different which was not in agreement with the hypothesis.
