Today it found out that many organizations in Thailand did not pay attention in the importance of doing CSR activities due to those activities are in need of budget requirement. In other word it increases the company burden while the society will be the only party who receive the benefits. There is increasing pressure to dress up CSR as a business discipline and to deliver business results. Such philanthropic activities like donating money to local charities will be mainly carried out in broad spectrum without any demand from society at all. As a result it comes the concept of Creating Shared Value (CSV) which is widely accepted ideal of pursuing “shared value” by creating CSR activities with business value in ways that also create value for society sustainability. The objectives of this article is to study about CSV in details from various sources of academic documents while to review all relevant literatures in order to easily understand the concept of CSV. It combines all kind of knowledge about CSV with explanations in many point of views with comparison and the differences between CSR and CSV for proper understanding. Our article comes with the active engagement of the company leader in CSV initiatives into general practice by integrating CSV with their business vision and strategies including to align with the company’ s purpose and values. A properly implemented CSV concept can bring along a variety of competitive advantages by their resources as well as internal expertise to enhance employees efficiency creativity and reinforcement their employees potential to become the powerful tool in creating innovative business model in order to benefit to society improvement. In related to the above mentioned useful experience from CSV activity operating by one of Thai company has been shared with guidance for other companies those like to develop and across in the business model successfully.

The purpose of this study was developing formula and prototype of mushroom in Moo Yaw chips for food production. The mushroom could be used as fat replacer in meat products 100%. The products have water holding capacity emulsion stability. The suitable condition for Moo Yaw chips as thickness of 1.5 mm. after that bake with oven at 60 ๐C 3 hours deep-fat-frying at 140 ๐C 3 second then bake with oven at 60 ๐C 15 mins and mix seasoning 10% for delicious. The result showed that physical and chemical analysis of Moo Yaw chips as follows : Hardness value 3.93 ± 0.22 N. Cripyness value 6.40 ± 2.70 aw value 0.33 ± 0.20 L* a* b* value 32.27± 0.82 18.29 ± 0.43 and 22.86 ± 1.57 respectively. Product have brown dark color. The percentage of moisture protein fat crude fiber ash and carbohydrate content 3.91 ±0.06 24.72 ± 0.06 29.53 ± 0.07 6.27 ± 0.17 7.80 ± 0.17 and 27.83 ± 0.17 respective. The proximate analysis of moisture content lees than formula control while protein content and ash content more than formula control. Moo Yaw chips have shelf life at least 2 months and consumer acceptability like moderately product.

The purpose of this research was to design and carved soap products for gift and souvenirs and to study the opinions on the product design from carved soap products as gift souvenirs. The tool was questionnaire as the collect data from 7 experts and 100 samples. The data were analyzed by frequency percentage and mean in the form of tables and description as follow: 1. Most experts commented that should develop the product design from carved soap to difference from another one in the market. In addition the problem of creating product design from carved soap should be explain how to use chemicals to help maintaining. Then developmental guidelines should provide a number of useful uses and show polyester resurfacing on carved soap it is suitable because of keeping them were not broken. Moreover the polyester resin coating is too thick it was effect pattern craving more clearly Finally they chose the second sketching ideas because the product can hang on the wall and put in the table. It is quite look natural. 2. The samples opinions on the products of carved soap as a gift found that the design at the high level the average was at 4 . 1 5 . The overall aesthetic was at the highest level at 4.23 in terms of value and utility. The overall score was at 4.23.

This research was aimed to study the needs for vocational art craft training of Cooperative professional craft group in Nonthaburi Province. A questionnaire was used to explore the needs for art craft training as the career development with its reliability of 0.86. The samples were 30 members of Cooperative professional craft group in Koh Kret Nonthaburi Province in 2017. The results of the study revealed that most of the samples were married female between 31 and 40 years old. Most of them had bachelor degrees and worked as employees. Concerning their needs for vocational art education in each category the highest demand was the training on tissue boxes made by weaving paper which was accounted for 40 % followed by pottery course for 23.33% towel creation course for 20.00% and the least interested was the course of the mobile produced from remnant of cloth accounted for 16.67 %. Regarding daily products the participants liked to attend the courses of making decoupage boxes and present basket decoration which were accounted for 33.33% followed by the origami keychain and the cushion cover courses for 16.67%. Concerning decoration course miniature garden course drew the highest attention for 40.00% followed by fabric artificial flowers for 26.67% picture frame from paper roll course for 23.33% and the lowest interest was flower vase from remnant of cloth course for 10.00%. As for things used in ceremonies the group had the highest needs for Phan Phum training which was accounted for 33.33% followed by Baisri or rice offering course for 30% Krathong or banana-leaf cup course for 20% and the least interested was souvenirs made of cloth for 16.67 %. The training course lasted for 2or 3 days or 50.00%. The training period was on Saturday and Sunday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm or 60.00 %. The group could apply knowledge for 100%. Additional suggestions were that extra needed training courses included corn skin flowers paper packaging fabric keychain straw flowers loincloth wreaths and gift wrapping. The training time was from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm of garments is minimal. of the training time is 2 - 3 days or 50.00%. or 60.00% of the time. The additional recommendation was that the courses required for further training were flowers from corn husks.
