The objective of this research was to study the effect of lycopene fortification from gac fruit (Momordica cochinchinensis Spreng) in different levels (1 1.5 2 %) compared with standard formula and addition of BHT 100 ppm on physical properties and consumer acceptance of chicken nuggets product. The analysis showed that the sensorial evaluation of nuggets chicken fortification at 2 % lycopene had accepted overall liking score in range like moderately to like very much (p>0.05) of chicken nuggets. Antioxidant activity using by DPPH and total phenol content were the highest (14.04% and 4.43 mgGAE/g) significantly. Furthermore also found that adding powder lycopene levels had the ability to retard oxidation activities similar BHT 100 ppm after storage at 4 C for a period of one month and inhibit the rancidity effective a 2-fold compared to control.

This abstract is aimed to study the problems and barriers in receiving the business administration students into co-operative education apprentice in accordance with the firms’ ideas on organizing and working processes qualifications knowledge and competence in the field of study. Population is the entrepreneurs or controllers who accept 180 fourth-year students of academic year 2255 to the internship programme. The data collection is using questionnaires. Statistics used in the data analysis are percentile means and stand deviation. The research results are as followed: 1. The problems and barriers on organizing and working process are at the high level. This implies that the firms are unable to coordinate with the institution to define and get the students ready before implementing.2. The problems and barriers on the qualifications of cooperative study students are at the high level. This implies that those students are unable to make decision to solve problems during internship. 3. The problems and barriers on knowledge and competence in their fields of study are at the high level. This implies that students are unable to communicate well both verbally and alphabetically in Thai and foreign languages.

The results of this research . The result is a Dan Kwian clay. This experimental research was to test a performance of flat-plate solar collectors using biodiesel as a working solution with a solar thermal system. The purposes were to promote a biodiesel use as an alternative fuel for higher efficient heat energy and as an added renewable energy for a production process and to provide a guideline in education and for development in the future. The experiment was to test a performance of flat sheet solar collectors using ASHRAE STANDARD 93-2003 and to test a thermal potential of 12 litres by volume of biodiesel in a 2 m2 flat- plate solar collector used as heat source of the system. Thus biodiesel was used as a working solution with a flow rate of 2.4 litre per minute and the test duration was between 09:00 am. and 03:00 pm. The result revealed the performance values of the flat-plate solar collector used in this experiment as FR( ) = 0.958 and FRUL = 15.02 W/m2K. The temperature of biodiesel in the solar thermal system increased from 33๐C to approximately 80-90๐C varied with solar radiation values. However; the mentioned degrees could be efficiently applied in biodiesel production process as a main heat source or a supplemental heat source depending on appropriate variables.

Objectives of this research are to select concentrated Thai fragrance formula for evaluation by sensory test and quality test using Thai Community Products standard for fragrance and to study consumers’ acceptance. This experimental research used 2 groups of population: 25 specialists and 300 personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon. Methods used for analysis in this research were sensory test products standard test and questionnaires. Statistical analysis included Percentage Mean and Standard Deviation. Results found Thai fragrance formula 2 received the highest satisfaction when compared with formula 1 3. The evaporation method got higher satisfaction than dried powder method both before and after mixing with water. Overall satisfaction of dissolving 50 g of products in 600 ml of water had the best satisfaction level. The product passed the standard test at very good level Most respondents were female with Bachelor’s degree with civil servant career. The product which had been diluted with water received better acceptance in all aspects than the product which had not been diluted with water. Satisfaction in concentrated Thai fragrance formula had high score because it was easy to use and keep If this product was sold. Most respondents thought that Thai perfume can be used in all Thai ceremonies at the best price of 30 Bath.
