Drying of ground fish slices using superheated steam combined with hot air
The objectives of this research were to study the changes in the moisture of ground fish slices during drying with superheated steam combined with hot air and to compare the physical properties (in terms of color hardness toughness and shrinkage) as well as sensory evaluation of dried fish slices. Two drying methods were performed (i.e. superheated steam drying at 140 ?C combined with hot air drying at 110 ?C (SSD+HAD) and hot air drying at 110 ?C combined with superheated steam drying at 220 ?C and hot air drying at 110 ?C (HAD+SSD+HAD)). The ground fish samples were produced at sizes of 50?50?1.3 and50?50?2.2 mm (WDH). The samples with the initial moisture content of around 205-215% dry basis were dried until the final moisture content of about 20% dry basis. Results showed that the samples with 1.3 mm thickness had shorter drying times than those with 2.2 mm thickness. The samples dried by SSD+HAD and HAD+SSD+HAD were similar in the drying time. In term of qualities it was seen that the lightness of dried samples decreased but the hardness toughness and shrinkage percentage of dried samples increased when the samples thickness increased. Dried samples obtained from SSD+HAD had higher lightness hardness and toughness but had lower percentage of shrinkage than those obtained from HAD+SSD+HAD. Moreover it was found that dried samples obtained from HAD+SSD+HAD had the highest sensory scores.

The research aimed to Develop of textile in SLUB Yarn fabric from textile material waste. The purpose is to develop Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste. To develop woven with Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) textile material waste. To study Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) properties and woven with Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste. The First step is sorting and scouring textile material waste from silk yarn and to spin 2 types of Fancy yarn SLUB Yarn as 50 percent silk fiber blended with 50 percent Cotton and other type as 100 percent Silk. The Second steps is to testing of physical properties in the textile testing laboratory. The testing results are Silk Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste have twisted more than Silk blended with Cotton. It make textile material waste from Silk yarn smaller and stronger than Silk blended with Cotton and also more tenacity meanwhile it has highest tensile strength and elongation than Silk blended with Cotton. The Third steps to produce woven fabrics with plain weave structure. The weaving results have 2 fabrics the first types from Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) weaved by 50 percent Silk fiber blended with 50 percent Cotton in Industrial woven system and the second types from Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) weaved by 100 percent silk in hand woven system or with traditional weaving loom. The Last steps are to test the 8 topics physical properties of 2 woven in the textile testing laboratory. First Colorfastness to washing testing was found that Silk fabrics of Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste is durable to washing than 4.58 percent. Second Water absorbency Testing was found that both of two fabric types are equal to 60 (seconds). Third Moistures Management testing was found that the moisture absorption and wet textile as follows at 6 parts : the duration of the wet cloth was found that Silk fabrics of Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste is more absorbed than Silk fiber blended with Cotton and the duration of adsorption rate was found that Silk fiber blended with Cotton fabrics of Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste is better than Silk fabrics. The radial distribution of moisture on the both side of fabric surface was found that Silk fiber blended with Cotton fabrics of Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste is better and more effective and also there are the distribution and direction of motion better than Silk fabrics of Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste. MoreoverIt was humidity control overall properties. Forth Pilling Resistance Testing was found that both of 2 fabrics are Pilling Resistance fur and beads up on the surface slightly. Fifth Fabrics Thickness testing was found that Silk fabrics of Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste more over was 0.10 mm. Sixth Dimensional stability to washing after 5 times Testing (changes size after washing) was found that Silk fiber blended with Cotton fabrics of Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste was shrinkage after washing in the warp yarn more than -7.6 and shrinkage after washing in the weft yarn more than -7.0. Seventh pH-Acid Value Testing was found that Silk fiber blended with Cotton fabrics of Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste has pH-Acid less than 0.07. Eighth Heavy Metal Testing was found that Silk fiber blended with Cotton fabrics of Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste has 3 Heavy Metals such as chromium lead and copper while Silk fabrics of Fancy yarn (SLUB Yarn) from textile material waste has 2 Heavy Metals such as copper and lead.
Review of the addition of hydrogen to the compressed natural Gas Fuel
This article presents a collection of studies relating to the development of technologies using hydrogen with compressed natural gas or Hydrogen-enriched Compressed Natural Gas (HCNG). Regarding to the issues of mixing ratio the data show that the appropriated amount of hydrogen falls between 20%-30% by volume in order to balance any tradeoff between engine performance and emissions. The equivalent ratio can be adjusted to be as low as 0.5-0.6. The ignition timingmust also be retarded (Ignition Delay) by averagely 5 degrees of crankshaft rotation to compensate for the change of burning speed. Theuse of 20%-30% of hydrogen by volume decrease both HC and NOx as compared to the use of CNG alone. In terms of the fuel system design the individually-stored gas injection system is of interest. It provides flexibility especially for the adjustment of the fuel composition for optimum ration in any operating conditions. But at present there is no commercial development of such system.
