The purpose of this study is to study basic recipes of Khanom KrongKrangKrob and to study the amount Riceberry Flour to substitute Wheat Flour in Khanom KrongKrangKrob. There were 4 levels of Riceberry Flour 0% 5% 10% and 15% Randomized by using Complete Block Design (RCBD) Khanom KrongKrangKrob quality was assessad by the favorableness of appear color flaver taste texture and overall scores using 9-Point Hedonic Scale. Khanom KrongKrangKrob quality was evaluated by 80 gourmets. Analysis Variance (ANOVA) and Dancan’s New Multiple Range Test (DMRT) were used compare the different means. The result found that most of the gourmets like the level of 10%. The Average preferences of Khanom KrongKrangKrob appear color flaver taste texture and overall scores are in the moderate level. The resalt showed that the average preferable score of appear color flaver teste texture and overall scores. Were statisticall at significant different at the confident level (p≤0.05).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษาของเจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร เพื่อพัฒนาการให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษา และเพื่อประเมินผลการพัฒนาการให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการการพัฒนารูปแบบการให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษาของเจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียนในยุคดิจิทัล มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม เป็นเพศชาย 124 คน เพศหญิง 146 โดยได้แจกแบบสอบถามที่งานทะเบียน ทั้ง 9 คณะๆ ละ 30 ชุด และนักศึกษามารับบริการในปีการศึกษาที่ 1/2560 ผลการศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการให้บริการนักศึกษา แยกเป็นรายด้าน คือ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ และด้านการจัดสถานที่สภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน โดยสรุปผลความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อคณะดังนี้ คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ ( = 4.03) และ ด้านการจัดสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน ( = 4.00) คณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ( = 4.47) คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ ( = 4.46) ด้านเทคนิคการติดต่อสื่อสาร (= 4.15) และด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ ( = 4.09) คณะศิลปศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือ ด้านเทคนิคการติดต่อสื่อสาร ( = 3.49) และด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 3.48) คณะสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 3.77) และด้านเทคนิคการติดต่อสื่อสาร ( = 3.76) คณะเทคโนโลยีคหกรรมศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ ( = 4.18) และด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 4.13) คณะบริหารธุรกิจ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 3.94) และ ด้านการจัดสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน ( =3.82) คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ ( = 4.16) และด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 4.09) คณะอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอและการออกแบบแฟชั่น อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 4.15) ด้านการจัดสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน ( = 3.98)

This research aims to develop the ceiling board mixed with coconut coir. The 5 ratios of gypsum plaster: coconut coir: sodium silicate: tap water are equal to 1 : 0 : 1: 0.03 1: 100: 1: 0.03 1: 150: 1: 0.03 1: 200: 1: 0.03 1: 250: 1: 0.03 และ 1: 300: 1: 0.03 by weight. The ceiling boards were produced by casting in normal temperature (30 – 35 degree of Celsius). The properties testing of ceiling board mixed with coconut coir followed the TIS 219-2009 standard (gypsum plasterboard) including: breaking load nail pull resistance deflection water absorption density and thermal conductivity coefficient. From the results 1 : 1 5 0 : 1: 0.03 is the most suitable ratio of ceiling board mixed with coconut coir. This developed ceiling boards can reduce the quantity of coconut coir waste and get the good thermal insulation ceiling board products

This research aims to develop the cement board from vesicular basalt fragment. The 5 ratios of Portland cement type1: fine sand: vesicular basalt fragment: sodium silicate: tap water are equal to 1: 2: 0: 0.03: 0.5 1: 2: 2: 0.03: 0.5 1: 2: 4: 0.03: 0.55 1: 2: 6: 0.03: 0.6 and 1 : 2 : 8: 0.03: 0.65 by weight. The cement boards were produced by compression machine. The property tests of cement-bonded fiberboard followed the TIS. 878-1994 standard (cement bonded particle board: high density). From the results 1: 2: 4: 0.03: 0.55 is the most suitable ratio of cement board from coconut shell ash. This developed cement boards can apply the vesicular basalt fragment to use as the construction materials with light-weight high strength good thermal insulation and moisture protection properties
