This article aims at reviewing literature and supposing the hypotheses that present a conceptual framework of a causal relationship model of factors influencing the development of local administrative organizations into high performance organizations in Thailand. From the literature reviews some important points to be tested were found as follows: 1. The compositions of local administrative organizations development into high performance organizations consisted of 6 factors: 1) Total Management Quality; 2) Openness and Action Orientation; 3) Long-term Orientation; 4) Local Innovation Continuous Improvement and Renewal; 5) Quality of Human Resource Management System and 6) Readiness for Change of local Personnel. 2. The causal relationship model of factors influencing the development of local administrative organizations into high performance organizations are as follows: 1) Transformational leadership has a positive direct effect on high performance local administrative organizations; 2) Organizational culture has a positive direct effect on high performance local administrative organizations; 3) Organizational structure and design have a positive direct effect on high performance local administrative organizations and 4) Transformational leadership has a positive indirect effect on high performance local administrative organizations through organizational culture and organizational structure and design. This framework can be used to study and test against empirical data.

This project was to case study: the pet dog pattern of His Majesty King Rama the 9th to embroidery design on the product. The purpose of this project was to study the pattern technique from 10 needles of single head embroidery machine and could embroidered pattern on the product. The dog pattern was the main pattern design and embroidered on indigo dyed fabric in Sakon Nakhon province. Then the bag prototype from indigo dyed fabric added the value to the indigo-dyed cotton product of villagers in the community. After that the questionnaire was to a sample. It found that the dog pattern design as a model that needed the most in this society. The satisfaction evaluation of textile product design with the dog pattern design was embroidered from 10 needles of single head embroidery machine on cotton indigo dyed fabric in Sakon Nakhon province with the inspiration came from the pet dog of His Majesty King Rama the 9th in the good lovingly of the pet dog named Khun Thong Dang. The product would reflect the nature of life on the earth as much as possible. The pattern of behavior pattern brought a playful dog. It looked like the natural that was suitable used for the pattern. The pattern was appropriate position. The material and color used the most suitable natural indigo dyed cotton product. The indigo colors were from nature. They were not harmful to life on the earth. The bag usage had the most suitable shape at 47 percent. The embroidered dog pattern bag product was the most durable to use at 43 percent.

The study on relationship between lifestyle patterns and event marketing models of the elderly’s activity in Bangkok was aimed to explore the lifestyle patterns of the elderly marketing model of the elderly and the relationship between the lifestyle and the marketing model of the elderly’ activity in Bangkok Metropolis. The statistics used in the data analysis were descriptive statistics including mean percentage and Standard deviation Inferential statistics and multiple regression analysis. The research tool used to collect data was a questionnaire applied on a group of sample consisting of 200 people selected through non - probability sampling in Lak Si Thung Song Hong District Bangkok. Results of the study regarding personal factors of the elderly revealed that most of them were married males aged 60-70 years old without bachelors degrees earning average monthly income 5000-10000 baht mainly from their work savings and currently unemployed. The results of the study of the elderly’s lifestyles of the sample group showed that they mostly participated in social activities exercises hobbies and tourism activities respectively. The results of the event marketing model of the elderly also revealed that the sample needed marketing mix and most activities were to be more personal. Moreover the promotion should be made on the location marketing process cost and activities respectively. The hypothesis testing revealed that the lifestyles social activities and tourism activities were related to the event marketing of the elderly in Bangkok.

Tools include The Disney Princess Cosplay Costume wale laying with Praewa pattern and Pikul flower pattern 4 sets and the second satisfaction survey is the satisfaction for those who cosplay at the JAPAN EXPO THAILAND event 2019 at Central World tools include Princess Cinderella Cosplay Costume that is sewn with Thai fabric Praewa pattern and Princess Jasmine cosplay costume which is sewn with Thai fabric Pikul flower pattern and satisfaction survey by 100 people. The opinions from the groups who were interested in the majority of opinions were very beautiful. The design fits well with the set. Wanting to make more dresses and applying Thai fabrics is a good idea. Because Thai people now start to wear less Thai fabrics. The purposes of this research were: 1) to developed innovative style Gentleman Bag from Karen Cloth Lamphun and 2) to transfer the technology from innovative style of Gentleman Bag from Karen Cloth to develop the community product standards. A sample was selected from tourists in Lamphun drawn from Purposive sampling including 100 people and 20 Karen weavers from Phrabat Huai Tom Community Na Sai Subdistrict Lamphun Province. The instruments used in this study were satisfaction questionnaires of Gentleman Bag from Karen Cloth Lamphun and 5 styles of products from Gentleman Bag from Karen Cloth Lamphun. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage mean and standard deviation. The results of this research showed that most of the tourists are male aged between 36 - 45 years civil servant and state enterprise employee. The satisfaction with the Gentleman Bag from Karen Cloth was in the highest level the highest average was the exquisiteness of the product followed by the durability of the product the size of the product is suitable for use decorative materials and product performance. The transfer of technology from the innovation of the gentleman bag from Karen Cloth Lamphun province was to develop the standard of community products found that weavers in Phrabat Huai Tom Community Group Na Sai Subdistrict Li District Lamphun Province have knowledge and understanding of prototype of gentlemans bag products from all 5 styles of Karen weaving. So the pattern can be cut and sewed correctly according to the prototype. And has guidelines to set standards for products for use as a basis for certification and quality assurance for consumers.
