This research has the purposes to study and compare opinions of employee executives and service receivers of food service regarding guidelines for development of Suan Dusit Place Hotel food service Suan Dusit Rajabhat University with regard to service of employees food and form of food service. Sample groups used in this research were executives employees and service receivers of the hotel. Samplesize was 400 persons from purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Instruments used in this research were questionnaires. The data were statistically analyzed in terms of frequency percentage mean standard deviation and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The study result found that most of the sample group were female ages from 31-40 years occupations were government officers having monthly income of 10001-15000 bahts. Most samples had Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; their relation with Suan Dusit Place Hotel were consumers of the food service operation mostly using service of the food service in the type of buffet. The purpose of the food service was to hold meeting or seminar. They knew about the hotel service providing of food service by informing from one person to another. The opinions of manager employees and food service receivers regarding guidelines of development of banquet of Suan Dusit Place Hotel Suan Dusit Rajabhat University in the overview it was found that service of employees food and form of food service should be developed at a low level.

This research was aimed to study the types of lacking the virtue of honesty in students learning and the relation between variables of persons and students characteristics and the types of lacking the virtue of honesty in students learning. This study was descriptive research. The target subject was 389 students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. The research instrument was questionnaire survey. Data were analyzed through use of percentile average standard deviation and Chi-square. The results were as follow: 1.1/3 of the third year students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts were female. The grade point average (GPA) was 2.81. 2.Types of lacking the virtue of honesty of students learning in subjective norms the subjects disagreed at a low level (x =4.41). As for attitude toward lacking virtue of honesty in learning the subjects disagreed at a low level (x =5.02).as for the perception of the virtue of honesty control the subjects disagreed at a low level (x =4.67).As for the intention to be dishonest in learning the students disagreed at a low level (x =4.63). A quarter of students (24.4%) has never lacked the virtue of honesty in doing tests. Nine tenths of students (87.4%) copied their class excercises or passed them among friends. A quarter of students (28.8%) has never cheated in doing class reports and a quarter of students (24.55) has never been in lacking the virtuous state. 3.The study of the relation among variables revealed that there was a significant difference at .01 level between persons variables -years of study and GPA and subjective norms variables -attitude toward lacking the virtue of honesty in learning perception of the virtue of honesty control intention of not lacking the virtue and the frequency of behaviors of lacking the virtue.

Replacement of fertilizer with latex sludge as nutrient sources for oil palm seedlings (3 months) was conducted in randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 3 replications. The treatments consisted of control chemical fertilizer and latex sludge 10 30 50 70 and 90 grams per kilogram soil. The result showed that applying with latex sludge 10 and 30 grams per kilogram soil increased plant nutrients such as phosphorus potassium and magnesium significantly (p <≤ 0.05). While the growth of pre-nursery oil palm including number of leaves leaf width and length stem girth and height are the same as applied with chemical fertilizer. But using latex sludge over 30 grams per kilogram soil have an effect on oil palm seedlings by reducing growth. So in conclusion Latex sludge at the rate of 10-30 grams per kilograms soil can be replaced fertilizers as nutrient sources for pre-nursery oil palm seedlings

This research is obviously studied the problems and obstacles in accepting the students for training according to the workplaces notions through the areas of training management training format training students qualifications and training students knowledge. The subjects for this research were randomly selected from varipus firms which accepted 115 third year undergraduated students in training. Questionnaires were statistically analyses by Percentage Mean and Standard Deviation. The findings of this research were as follow :1. In the training management aspect the workplaces were not able to cooperate with school for preparatory training and they did not know the major objectives of the training course syllabus moreover the firms did not have specific positions for training students. 2. Through the training format the observers who checked training students performances did not cooperate with the workplaces and the training students who themselves directly contacted to workplaces were not accepted. Furthermore there was no continuity of scattering training students on workplaces. 3. Training students qualifications training students were lack of mature selfconfidence and thoughtful ideas in working and solving problems. 4. Training students knowledge training students were not qualified in their vocational skillsEnglish and Thai communications task analyZing and task planning for their training job.

The objectives of this research are to study the types of lacking the virtue of honesty in students’ learning and factors relating to the lack the Virtue of Honestry in Students’ Learning. The population is 389 students from a faculty in a university. The research tool is questionnaire. Percentage and chi-square which are used for analyzing data. The results revealed that most of the students copied others’ assignments cheated at a test cheated when doing reports and make-up data respectively. It was found that there was a significant difference at he study of relation among variable revealed there was a significant difference at .01 level between individual factors: years of study GPA attitude perception and attention and the lack of the virtue of honesty in students learning.
