The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between profitability and shareholders wealth creation of food and beverage industry in The Stock Exchange of Thailand during the years 2010 to 2014. The study examined the financial data of twenty companies in the food and beverage industry with the highest market capitalization as of July 11th 2014. The study used descriptive statistics for initial data testing and used stepwise multiple regressions for testing the hypothesis. The results of the profitability study using stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that the Operating Income Margin (OIM) Net Profit Margin (NPM) Return on Assets (ROA) Investment income (INV) and number of board of directors (BOD) were significantly related to shareholders wealth creation of food and beverage industry at the confidence level of 95%. However Firm size (FSIZE) was not statistically related to Shareholders Wealth creation of food and beverage industry.

The study on the analysis of long-term relationship among stock markets from ASEAN trading linkage: After Integration was aimed to investigate its long-term relationships as well as the short-term adjustability to establish balance among the stock markets in Thailand Malaysia and Singapore after the ASEAN unification. The research data were compiled daily from the stock markets in the three countries from 16 October 2012 until 30 December 2014. The analysis was to obtain long-term cointegration using Johansen and short-term adjustable ability to gain balance with Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) The result revealed that ASEAN trading link showed long-term relationships in good balance as well as short-term adjustable ability to gain balance of the models among the three countries. It was found that factors influencing Thailand and Malaysia stock markets were accordingly correlated opposed from Singapore which means that the three countries are well-balanced in the long and short run. It may be concluded that the stock markets in the three countries will demonstrate good integration after the ASEAN Trading Link

The main purposes of this research are 1) to investigate basic information about attitude towards self-care behavior access to public healt care system of the elderlies at Ban Huay Sai Nue community Phetchaburi province; 2) to study self-care behavior attitude towards self-care behavior and access to public healt care system; 3) to study a relationship between self-care attitude and self-care behavior; and 4) to study a relationship between access to public health service and self-care behavior of the elderlies. Data were collected from a population of 103 elderlies at Ban Huay Sai Nue community with interviewing forms. Data were tatistically analyzed for percentage means standard deviation and a relationship between attitude towards self-care behavior access to public healt care system and self-care behavior using Pearson coefficient correlation. Results of the study showed that the elderlies at Ban Huay Sai Nue Phetchaburi province had overall self-care behavior in nutrition and exercising aspects in high level ( =3.18). That is there was average relationship between attitude towards self-care and self-care behavior (r=.313). There was no significant relationship at .05 level between access to public health care service system and self-care behavior of the elderlies at Ban Huay Sai Nue community Phetchaburi province (r=.153).

The purposes of this study were to 1) compare the perception on the organization culture of the personnel with different demographic characteristics working at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2) compare the effectiveness of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) of the personnel with different demographic characteristics working at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and 3) study the relationship between the perception on the organization culture and the effectiveness of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples were 170 accounting and supply staff and administration who involved with ERP. The collected data were analyzed by the percentage distribution frequency distribution mean and standard deviation. T-test and F-test were applied to verify the hypothesis and analyzed by One-Way ANOVA and Person’s Product Moment Correlative Coefficient. The results of the study revealed that the staff with the age difference perceived the organization culture differently at the level of .05 significance. Gender marital status educational level working period faculty/department of the staff did not vary in perceiving the organization culture in the overall. In terms of the effectiveness of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) it was found that the staff with the age difference differed at the level of .05 significance. Gender marital status educational level working period faculty/department of the staff did not vary in the effectiveness of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in the overall. The perception on the organization culture of RMUTP personnel positively related to the effectiveness of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at the level of .05 significance.
