The Development of Models to Forecast Numbers of New StudentsUsing the Classification Rules with Decision Tree Technique
The Development of Models to Forecast Numbers of New StudentsUsing the Classification Rules with Decision Tree Technique

Advertisement and admission of target applicants who will be new undergraduate studentswill help to reduce costs promote or recruit off- campus as well. The decision tree Technique can be used to develop models to forecast numbers of new students in the classification rules for accuracy. It helps to decide on the form and place in admission of new students to meet the target even more. The seven models developed by using the rules of classification techniques decision trees were built and tested with different sampling methods: 3 models of k-fold cross-validation 3 models of percentage split and a model of training set and test set. The study result for forecasting new students via model developed by training set and test set method is higher performance than model developed by other methods. It was shown that the efficiency was 94% the precision was 94.3% the recall was 94% and the F-measure was 93.7%. Thus this model is accurate in forecasting numbers of new students using the classification rules with decision tree technique.

Technique to Resolve the Leakage for Pressure Relief Oil of Transformer 300 MVA
Technique to Resolve the Leakage for Pressure Relief Oil of Transformer 300 MVA

Today Transformers 300 MVA in use of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand Metropolitan Electricity Authority and private companies were active in the power transmission system. To increase the efficiency and security of the countrys energy systems after using it for a while it requires annual maintenance such as checking and testing of various power. However the problem of leakage of transformer oil is a common problem and affects the environment. This is caused by the malfunctioning equipments which affect the performance of the transformer. The solution will require more time and money. We have to find a way to fix the leak of the transformer oil by reducing the amount of oil and the temperature of the oil in order to reduce the time and cost -savings.HoweveriIt does not affect the performance of the transformer

What If Analysis: Hazard Identification Techniques for Preventing Work Accidents
What If Analysis: Hazard Identification Techniques for Preventing Work Accidents

What-If Analysis is a simply uncomplicated hazard indication method. Its analysis method is highly flexible by brainstorming of analytical team that have good knowledge and experiences for thinking about questions regarding undesirable events that might occur and cause severe incidents or accidents by the asking questions begin with “What If…..?” or “What would happen if…?”. This method can be used for any time and it will get highest benefits if it is used during the design process or improvement of existing systems because all systems will be improved to be more safety at early stage. Furthermore it is also suitable to identify hazards from dynamic activities such as car driving and cleaning etc. What-If Analysis includes 4 steps: establishing cope of questions setting analytical team studying information and related documentation establishing questions and finding effects. Analytical team should include at least landlord design engineer safety officer technician and maintenance technician and if this analysis method is used for only identifying hazard technically and if should beware of overlooking critical problems occurred from many related incidents

The Use RAPD Technique for Identification of Krachai Ecotype in Thailand.
The Use RAPD Technique for Identification of Krachai Ecotype in Thailand.

The objective of this study were to use of RAPD technique for identification of Krachai ecotype in Thailand. DNA from 36 sample of Krachai that collected from every part of Thailand are amplified by 10 primer and relation analysis by UPMGA. This study was conducted at Faculty of Agriculture at Bangpra Sriracha Chonburi. The results showed every primer can made different pattern. After comparison of RAPD pattern from each sample can divide into 2 groups. However every sample is closely genetic relation likes it came from same original.

การจำแนกลายนิ้วมือโดยใช้เทคนิคเฮาซดอรฟดิสแทนซ์

This research presented an online approach to verify entire Thai Fingerprint through fingerprint scanner U.are.U 4000 model using Hausdorff Distance Technique for similarity measurements. The Fingerprint Verification Using Hausdorff Distance Technique system consists of image preprocessing minutia feature extraction from two type (ridge ending and bifurcation) and verification process. In the image preprocessing include brightness enhancement contrast enhancement orientation field frequency ridge gabor filtering binarization and thinning which are sufficient to enhance the image for feature extraction. Only features extraction was recorded for fingerprint verification. The experimental result demonstrates 93.33% of verification accuracy.
