The study objective was to the basic recipe of Ready Made Mee-Krob (Crispy Rice Noodle) sauce were evaluated the sensory property appearance color flavor taste texture and overall acceptability by 7-Points Hedonic Scale. The first basic recipe including sugar tamarind juice lime juice fish sauce shallots bean paste and tomato sauce had the highest scores in overall acceptability. Mee-Krob sauces were packed in retort pouch and stored at room temperature for 90 days. The color-values (L* a* and b*) of the product were decreased while the viscosity and pH of the product were increased during storage. The microbiological shelf life of Mee-Krob sauce were assessed. The microbial population remained under 10 CFU/g for 90 days. Consumer acceptance testing was a passive measure to indicate the acceptance of the product by Home Use Test. The consumers gaving a high degree of product acceptance indicated that the product was well accepted.

The objective of this research is 1) to develop Phajok designs by computer sewing machine 2) to study the opinions of consumers towards Phajok designs which have been developed by way of computer sewing machine and 3) to study the satisfactions of consumers towards lady hand bag products with Phajok designs developed by way of computer sewing machine. Sampling groups are 400 ladies in Bangkok Metropolis and its perimeter who are interested in Thai fabrics. Tools used are Questionnaires and 15 models of lady hand bag product prototype; data analysis by using statistics on percentage mean and standard deviation with the actions by conducting the study on the original 15 Jok Designs and then developing the sewing by computer on 3 designs for decorations on lady hand bags in 5 different designing models whereby 15 developed modeling bags are obtained. Result of the research finds that most of the consumers are 41 years old and over; their educations are in Bachelor Degree level or its equivalency; their marital status are married; occupations as the private enterprise staffs earning incomes ranging from 15001 Baht to 20000 Baht and buying Thai clothing goods from tourist attraction places; reasons for buying are to take them for giving as souvenirs and have ever bought Phajok products; thing for consideration in buying Phajok is the designs; Phajok are utilized in making dresses or decorating the dresses; interested in Phajok designs developed by computer sewing machine and are of the opinions Phajok can be used as the products in dress decorating. On the selections in buying the lady hand bangs consumers are found to consider the aspect of the model with the likes on the decorations with the designs sewn by silk threads and are of the opinions that the model of the lady hand bags decorated with Phajok designs developed by way of computer sewing machine is suitable. Result of the analysis on the satisfactions of the consumers towards lady hand bags sewn with Phajok designs developed by way of computer sewing machine of all models are in high level.

The objective of this research is to study the implementing the agricultural residue to the design of outdoor paving block for lowering the building temperature. The base layer admixture (layer no.1) is selected from cement type1: quarry dust: rice husk: rice straw: water ratios equal to 1: 3: 0: 0: 0.3 1: 1: 0: 1: 0.5 1: 1. 0.25: 0.75: 0.5 1: 1: 0.5: 0.5: 0.5 1: 1: 0.75: 0.25: 0.5 and 1: 1: 1: 0: 0.5 by weight. The surface layer admixture (layer no.2) is white silica cement: yellow stone chip no.4: water equals to 1: 4: 0.3 by weight. The exterior floor-covering blocks were tested following density testing water absorption testing compressive testing and surface temperature testing compare with laterite sandstone paving concrete block marble and granite. Resulting the best ratio of cement type1: quarry dust: rice husk: rice straw: water is 1: 1: 0.75: 0.25: 0.5 that has properties at 28 days following 1939.43 kg/m of density 14.97 % of water absorption 284.69 ksc of compressive strength and lower than other paving blocks around 3 – 13 degrees Celsius of surface temperature

This survey research has a purpose to study the personality of students at the Mechanical Engineering Department Faculty of Industrial Education Rajamangkala University of Technology Phranakhon. The improvement of test questionnaire 16 PF (Sixteen Personality Test ) of Raymond B. Cat Resort from the total of 108 students who using a tiered Iandscape sampling (Stratified Random Sampling). Students from Mechanical Engineering. Tools used in evaluation of research data using a questionnaire and data analysis methods.Calculate overall percentage of arithmetic mean (arithmetic mean) on median comparisons t-test and F-test of students personality areas. Research results can be summarized as follows. 1. Personality with a teacher of mechanical cngineering students by age showed that all of the moderates.The average of the maximum a person is sincere and guileless disclosed. 2. Personality with a teacher of mechanical engineering students by age is found that the older students have different personality. And students over 27 years pf age are not timid than courageous. Students aged belwecn 23-27 years. 3 Personality on a teachers student in meehanical engineering disciplines. Ievels by an average score found that students with different rate lcvcls. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในงานวัดอัตราการเป็นสนิมของโครงสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กโดยทั่วไป มักจะได้รับผลกระทบจากการเกิดสนิมของเหล็กเป็นส่วนมากเป็นผลให้กำลังของโครงสร้างคอนกรีตลดน้อยมีการพบการเสื่อมสภาพของโครงสร้างจากเหล็กเสริมเป็นสนิมอย่างแพร่หลายโดยเฉพาะโครงสร้างที่อยู่บริเวณชายฝั่งทะเล โดยสาเหตุสำคัญส่วนใหญ่ที่ทำให้เกิดสนิมมักเกิดจากคลอไรด์ซึมผ่านคอนกรีตเข้าไปถึงเหล็กเสริมและเมื่อคลอไรด์ซึมผ่านเข้าไปในคอนกรีตจนถึงระดับของเหล็กเสริม มีปริมาณมากเพียงพอก็จะทำลายฟิล์มที่ป้องกันที่ผิวเหล็กเสริม และทำให้โครงสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กนั้นเกิดสนิมสะสมเพิ่มขึ้นเพียงพอที่จะทำให้เกิดหน่วยแรงและดันให้คอนกรีตเกิดความเสียหายเป็นผลทำให้กำลังของโครงสร้างลดน้อยลงจนไม่สามารถรับกำลังได้อีกและโครงสร้างจะเกิดการวิบัติในภายหลัง
