The objective of this research was to study the investors’ investment volumes affecting the Price change of the ETF SET 50 mutual fund in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This research was the Quantitative Research. The descriptive statistics was used to test the preliminary data and used the Multiple Regression Analysis of the Inferential statistics to test the hypothesis and used Pearson Correlation to find the relationship between independent variables by using the daily data of the past five years start from January 1 2012 to December 31 2016. The results of the study found that the investment volumes of domestic institutional investors’ portfolio account of foreign companies and general investors affected the Price change of the ETF SET 50 mutual fund and the SET 50 stock price index in the Stock Exchange of Thailand at the 0.05 significant levels. The SET 50 stock price index was highly and positively related to ETF SET 50 mutual fund price change in the Stock Exchange of Thailand at the 0.01 level of statistical significance

The research purposes were to analyze and search for wastes in the planning process and transportation of the automobile parts of a transport company in Samut Prakan using Makigami Lean and ECRS Techniques. The informants used in this study were the support staff working the planning process and automobile part transportation for the car assembly factory in the industrial estate Rayong Eastern Seaboard. Six employees from different work units took part in the in-depth interview as the research tool for the data collection. Statistics used in the data analysis including percentage and workflow analysis with related management tools. The study indicated that searching for the waste in the technical planning process with Makigami Lean and ECRS Techniques could help reduce the work time for 1060 minutes in each step.

The research on influence of motivational factors on academic positions of academic personnel at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was aime to explore the influence of external and internal incentives on productivity and performance in entering academic positions of the academic personnel. The samples used in this research were 300 academic personnel working at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. It was found that the external influences on external motivational factors for the academic entry of academic personnel in the overall level was high ( = 3.42 S.D = 0.80). External influences of external factors were positively correlated with the productivity and academic achievement at the .01 level of significance (r = .623). The influence of the internal motivational factors on academic positions of academic personnel in the overall was high ( = 3.47 SD = 0.59) and positively correlated with the productivity and the academic achievement in terms of overall academic achievement at the statistics significance of .01 (r = .641).

This study was aimed to investigate the management process (POSDCoRB) that influenced the effectiveness of the organization consisting of work satisfaction and work quality accomplished at the scheduled time as well as the adaptability of the residential construction business in Bangkok Metropolitan. SMEs companies were selected according to registered capital from 1 million to 5 million baht only the companies with the profitability and unexceed total revenue of 30 million baht in 2016. 160 samples were used to respond to the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Inferential statistics analysis stepwise multiple regression analysis were applied in the data analysis. It was found as follows. 1) The level of the management process of the residential construction business in Bangkok was high as well as planning and budgeting. However the process of people allocation organization direction coordination and reporting were relatively moderate. 2) Respondents in the residential construction business highly agreed upon the effectiveness of the organization work quality scheduled time achievement while the effectiveness of the organization in terms of satisfaction the organization adaptability were moderate. 3) The management processes had the highest correspondence with the effectiveness of the organization in terms of the coordination and adaptability of the organization followed by the budget which was related to the quality of the work. Finally 4) the management process concerning the coordination budget and organization management influenced the organization effectiveness of the residential construction business in Bangkok at the statistical significance of 0.01.

The purposes of this research were to study organizationaL climate work motivation and work efficiency of employee at Rajamangala Universit of Technology Phra Nakhon. This is a quantitative research which samples were collected from 304 Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon employees by using proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed by frequency percentage mean standard deviation Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Results of this study found that : 1) organizational climate work motivation and work efficiency of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon employees is in the high level in overall image and in individual aspect; 2) four aspects of organizational climate including the attachment and faith aspect the organization structure aspect the acceptance aspect and the work standard aspect.had an effect on work efficiency of employees at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. These factors couldexplain 41% of variance to work efficiency; and 3) Two factors of work motivations affected work efficiency of employees at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon.
