The objective of this study was to investigate factors related to budgeting in 2014 fiscal year: a case study of OTEPC. The samples were chief executive officers heads of the departments and 80 officers who were responsible for the project. A questionnaire was administered as the research instrument to collect data which were analyzed by percentage and Pearsons correlation. The findings were as follows: (1) In terms of personal factors it was found that most of them were female who were above 51 years old. They had master degrees and were in charge of heading the team as well as being the team staff with lower than six years experiences in handling budgeting tasks and had 30001 – 40000 baht salaries. (2) The relationship between handling budgeting study of OTEPC projects processes activities and achievements were in high level especially when the chief executive officers work agreed with the governmental policies followed by their legal exercises in relation with their decision making and officials’ participation which connected to those decisions. The government policies and its law exercise demonstrated low relationship as well as the governmental law exercise and the officials’ participation respectively.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the level of motivational factors of personnel working at the central administrative office of Rural Roads Department and compare their motivation on working. The research samples were 163 personnel working at the central administrative office of Rural Roads Department during January 2015. The data were analyzed by the frequency distribution percentage distribution mean (-μ) standard deviation using a computer software program to analyze the data collected from the questionnaire. The analysis of the study on motivational factors of personnel working at the central administrative office of Rural Roads Department revealed that most respondents were females (84.70%) with the age range between 31 and 40 years old. 75 persons (46.00%) held bachelor degrees while 124 persons (76.10%) had been working for five to ten years. 69 persons (42.30 %) were working in the level 2 to 7 and 82 persons (50.30%) earned 10001-20000 Baht per month 109 persons (66.90). The employees working at the central administrative office of Rural Roads Department had an average level of opinions towards motivational factors. When looking into each aspect it was found that work accomplishment work features acceptance and respect responsibilities and organizational expansion were relatively at high levels. Only work progress had an average level. Future studies should focus more on supportive factors concerning to work in order to obtain knowledge about the employees’ needs and satisfaction towards their workplace.

This study was aimed to explore opinions of electronic correspondence officials to study their satisfaction level toward electronic correspondence and to investigate effectiveness level of electronic correspondence officials working at Royal Aide-De-Camp Department. The population was 25 officials who worked at electronic correspondence office of Royal Aide-De-Camp Department. The data were collected in January 2015 and analyzed by a computer software program using the frequency distribution percentage distribution mean ( ) and standard deviation( ). The result of the analysis revealed high level of opinions of 25 electronic correspondence officials working at Royal Aide-De-Camp Department that most of the respondents were male noncommissioned officers ranging from 29 to 39 years old with bachelor’s degrees and having two to five years’ experience or more. They were based at military logistics office. Also their satisfaction toward electronic correspondence was relatively high as well as the effectiveness level. As for problems of electronic correspondence male officers were found having more trouble on insufficient number of computers and their frequent deficiencies and slow downloading. The highest scores were from the users’ satisfaction caused by convenient work facilitation and time saving. In terms of effectiveness most respondents thought that the system was computably accurate and complete with the effective users’ verification system backup system data protection and simple and swift computation. Future studies should be done to electronic correspondence performance between different workplaces such as the electronic correspondence of Royal Aide-De-Camp Department and Ministry of Defense Deputy office in order to compare problems opinions and effectiveness of different electronic correspondence offices.

The education meets that the distance in the travel is the important factor that at the personnel and student in Faculty of Architecture and Design. The distance that increase to cause must use the period of time more and more cause be valuable buy that increase. The personnel in Faculty of Architecture and Design majority want moving to Para Nakhon north campus. Because there is work dexterous format and have the facilities increase. But student in Faculty of Architecture and Design not want to move because side distance problem that affects to build expenses. Moreover about safety problem within the place. The personnel in Faculty of Engineering and Science Technology wanted Faculty of Architecture moving to Para Nakhon north campus because the field that is similar. Can do instruction education can accompany with and help to decrease side travel problem. But student in Faculty of Engineering and Science Technology not want to Faculty of Architecture and Design moving to Para Nakhon north campus because not fully problem of the place and traffic crowded problem within Para Nakhon north campus. The overall image of personnel and student in 3 Faculty tend to adjust oneself for solve these all. Planning for change travel format leave fast go up. The some part moves a dormitory for reduce the expenses and the period of time in the travel.

The Purpose of this research is to design and to create the Font of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples of this research are the internal personnel or internal staffs by using Cluster sampling (N1=50) and the external personnel or stakeholders by using Accidental sampling (N2=50) included 100 samples. The research tools are exploratory questionnaire satisfaction questionnaire and efficiency performance evaluation. Data analysis is done by using frequency percentage and standard deviation.
