การพัฒนาสารกั้นสีจากแป้งที่ได้จากหัวบอนเพื่อใช้ในการพิมพ์ย้อมผ้าแบบรีซีสต์
The purpose of this research was to study the white resist printing with colour resistant material from flour of wild taro (Colocasia Esculenta (L.) Schott) and using reactive pigment and natural dyes as dyestuffs. Five formulas of printing pastes were applied to light cotton thick cotton and silk fabrics by the use three techniques nauely Silk screen (White resist and colour resist methods)stencil and batik. The optimal ratio of colour resistant materials from flour of wild taro were compose of 20 grams flour of wild taro 32-36 ml. water 30-34 ml. sodium chloride 10-13 ml. calcium hydroxide and 1-4% vegetable oil. The viscosities of printing paste from five recipes were shown in the rage between 559.9-671.9 Centipoise. All five recipes can resist dyestuffs and also easy to remove the flour of wild taro. The pattern at resist printing area of fabrics shows sharpness and whiteness. The colour fastness to washing water and perspiration on cotton and silk fabric results were ranging between poor to fair level when using reactive and natural dyes as dyestuff. However the fastness property of pigment dye shows medium to good level. The colour fastness to rubbing is shown to be in range of 4 to 4-5 for all recipes. The ratings of colour fastness to light in terms of colour change are fair to good (4 to >6).
Plant genetic conservation project under the royal initiative of her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Conducted by Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RSPG – RMUTP)
The ultimate goals of Plant Genetic Conservation Project Under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn are development of personnel and conservation and development of plant genetics resources for the advantages of Thai people. The objectives of this project are (1) to promote understanding and awareness of personnel and organization about the importance of plant genetic conservation; (2) to create links between various organizations including government agencies and private sections on virtue foundation; and (3) to build a plant genetics database system that is accessible around the country. The master plan has been distributed over a period of five years. The current operations are in the fifth year of the plan. The operation had three frameworks and eight supporting activities that focused on three resource bases: physical resources biological resources and cultural and wisdom resources. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) realizes the importance and the advantage of these resources. Thus RMUTP has followed the royal initiation with several activities that supported the royal initiative since 2005. These projects were conducted within the frame of the master plan with emphasis on utilization framework as well as establishment of good conscience.
The development of medicinal plant extracts to control Weed germination and growth
Study on the inhibition of germination and growth of weeds in rice fields. The extract from the leaves of Xy/ocorpus gongeticus Parkins and Porinori onomense Hance using fermentation Maceration and extraction techniques for Sequential Extraction with three types of solvent hexane ethyl acetate and methanol. The resuLts showed that Leaf extract of Xy/ocorpus gongeticus Parkins with ethylacetate at a concentration of 2000 -3000 ppm showed the highest inhibition of germination and growth of weeds. When the substance to be separated by chromatographic techniques showed that the extracts inhibited the germination and growth percentage of Fl is the highest. Leaf extract of Porinori onomense Hance with hexane at a concentration of 2000 3000 ppm showed the highest inhibition of germination and growth of weeds. When the substance to be separated by chromatographic techniques showed that the extracts inhibited the germination and growth percentage of F4 is the highest. Which can be used for research and development of natural products from plants to control weeds in rice fields to develop further research to commercialization
The effects of pulp and fiber crops that affect the printing surface through for packaging
The study researches the effects of pulp and fiber crops that affect the printing surface through For packaging. The purpose of the study of plant fiber pulp.Compare the quality of the pulp fiber of plants that affect the printing surface throughThe data can be used in the design of appropriate packaging. And to compare the effects of the packaging structure of plant fiber pulp. Population and sample used in the study include the printing surface through Pulp and paper plants 5 types of equipment used in fiber research. The pulp and fiber crops. By manufacturers or those with knowledge of print. A uniform test. Clarity and completeness of the printing sector. Spec with a photometer in a satisfactory printing on pulp fibers through the plant by the manufacturers or those with knowledge of print. And the satisfaction of the pulp fiber packaging plant. By manufacturers or those with knowledge of the packaging. The research concluded that. Comparison of pulp fibers from plant samples 40 of them are featured on pulp paper suitable for printing in the most average of 4.6. The analysis compared the print quality of the pulp through a fiber plant. The test is simple and consistent. Clarity and completeness of the printing sector. The colors that appear on printed material including five kinds of color have always been smooth with differences not exceeding 5 shows the results in a value that can be seen as well. Comparison of satisfaction on the pulp paper and printing through the most appropriate. Is satisfactory in most average 4.65. Comparison of satisfaction packaging pulp paper plant fiber 5 and found that the packaging 1 and Type 3 are the scores remained level. The packaging is an average of 4.08 and packaging Type 3 has an average of 4.04. This research concluded that Pulp paper and print quality on the most appropriate. Is satisfactory in most The properties of the pulp. Print quality. As well as satisfaction with the quality printing. While pulp and pineapple pulp the elephant has a surface that is not strong. I withdrew the paper fibers of the time. Should improve the quality of pre-printed paper surface. While pulp and pulp of banana skin healthy grass.

The purposes of this research were to study the pattern and the basic need of indigo woven groups in study areas and to design develop the textile products from indigo fabrics to compare the pattern of materials production process textile products and transferred cloth product technology from them. The instruments used were interview comment evaluation an evaluation and training evaluation. The sample groups were 100 interested persons and 20 trainees from Ban Tam Toa Tumbon Samakipattana of Arkat-amnuay District in Sakonnakorn. The Statistics used were percent mean and standard deviation. The results revealed that the two study areas were Ban Bin weavers group of Long district in Phrae and Ban Tam Toa of Arkat-amnuay district in Sakonnakorn. The former groups produced indigo fabrics and varieties products such as garments sarongs scarves and shawls but the patterns were more modern. The later groups produced only indigo fabrics that were not processing into other products except the shawls and the scarves. They wanted to produce the varieties products from indigo fabrics. The design and the development of textile product patterns from them which were leaded to produce the garments from two groups of five patterns. The comment evaluations were the ninth patterns were the most suitable garments include the decoration; pattern and design were an average of 4.65. The comparison patterns materials and textile product process from indigo fabrics found that the former groups produced the fabrics for sarong. They used Chok weaved techniques and varieties colored threads for design which were beautiful and high cost. Another made scarves shawls bags garments materials and indigo plant products indigo water and dye. The patterns of the later groups were different from the former groups which most of them were produced into sarong or sewn to the other products. They were used tied dye processes that were the same color materials and processes as the former groups and they work every day. The assessment of transferred technology the trainees were the later groups that needed to make money. The results indicated that the female trainees were elder 40 years who were weavers elementary education and their income less than 5000 baht. Before training they had known indigo fabric design in very low level. The sewing and the design were low level. After training they had known more three parts and can apply their knowledge to high level. The most of trainees require to next training time.
