The purpose of the study was to synthesize the element of educational management to develop graduates of mass communication in digital era according to the views of experts. The data were collected by an in-depth interview using structured interview about of mass communication education in social context and digital era from 16 experts who were academics and professionals in mass commmunication. The current form of communication in the online media changed from one-way communication to two-way communication. Recipients also change roles from news receptors only to simultaneously become a messenger. The change in communication patterns has resulted in citizen journalists who are responsible for presenting news around them. These journalists however generally preformed their jobs to a particular group of people through ออนไลน์ media such as blogs web sites and social media sites. Without the training in journalism. For the dissemination of content through online media citizen journalists have a great variety of contents and present them in the formats of messages pictures videos live broadcasts via many important social media such as Facebook Twitter etc. and the created websites. In addition this article aims to present the ethics related to the offense of citizen journalists. The laws relating to the offense of four citizen journalists are the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand BE 2560 The Criminal Code Act BE 2496 the Act that shall apply the provisions of Part 1 of the Civil and Commercial Code 1992 and the Act on Offenses Against Computer (No. 2) BE 2560; and City Reduces Offender Law.

The purposes of the research were to 1) study the 21st century skills of English for International Communication graduates desired by employers and 2) compare the employers’ requirements to skills of English for International Communication graduates categorized by the individual factors. The sample were 55 employers participating in the cooperative education project in the academic year 2017. The research tools were questionnaires and interviews. The statistical data analysis was performed by frequency percentage mean standard deviation and F distribution and the interview data analysis was performed by frequency and content analysis. It was found that the overall requirement of the employers for the 21st century skills of the graduates was at the high level (χ = 4.43 S.D = .35). As for each attribute the highest level was enthusiasm (χ = 4.63 S.D = .45) followed by collaboration (χ = 4.58 S.D = .46) and thinking skills (χ = 4.54 S.D = .47) respectively. The lowest level was the inquiry skills (χ = 4.07 S.D = .59). The result of the research hypothesis revealed that there is no significant difference between the employers with different employment sectors and working status and the requirement of the graduates’ attributes.

The research found that as follows: 1) students were evaluating during the study a performance fee equal to 80.68 and the assessment report. The performance was 85.74 indicating that the medium of instruction multimedia performance was in accordance with the specified criteria. 2) Student satisfaction with teaching the basics of multimedia creationThe flowers were ; 2.1) the invention of paper roses student was satisfacting the high level.The first two items in order from most to least found that the side with the highest mean score.
