This research was aimed to (1) study the emotional intelligence perceived organizational support and the organizational commitment of the supporting staff working at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon categorized by work fields (2) study the relationship between emotional intelligence perceived organizational support and the organizational commitment of the supporting staff working at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon categorized by work fields and (3) to study the influence of emotional intelligence perceived organizational support and the organizational commitment of the supporting staff working at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon categorized by work fields. The survey data was collected by a questionnaire from 235 staff working at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The data analysis relied on descriptive statistics to analyze the frequency and percentage for the general summary of the respondents. Average mean and standard deviation were applied to analyze the data on the level of emotional intelligence the awareness levels of the corporate support and the level of the organizational commitment. Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient was used for the first test and the multiple regression analysis for the second test. The research results were found that Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon staff’s emotional Intelligence and the support recognition were in high level in the overall. The hypothesis testing revealed the relationship of emotional intelligence the perceived organizational support and the commitment to the organization Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon staff in terms of norm was low as well as the emotional aspect. The lowest level was the staff persistence. In all commitment aspects the relationship between the overall perceived organizational support was positively related to their organizational commitment which were average concerning the aspects of emotion and persistence. Every aspect was related to the organizational commitment was accordingly positive. The analysis on emotional intelligence and perceived organizational support affected the commitment of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon staff at the statistically significant at the 0.05: (1) it was found that psychologically the overall emotional intelligence did not affect organizational commitment (P = 0.065). The overall perceived organizational support had a psychological influence on the organizational commitment (P = 0.000) with B value of the perception of organizational support at 0.048 meaning that if the perceived support of the organization increases one unit of psychological commitment there will be. an increase of 0.048 persistence; (2) the commitment concerning the persistence revealed that the overall emotional intelligence did not influence the of organizational commitment (P = 0.445) and the overall perceived organizational support Influenced the organizational commitment with the persistence (P = 0.000) as the B value of the organizational support was 0.057 meaning that if the perception of the organization support increase for one unit the persistence will constantly increase at 0.057; (3) the organizational commitment relating to the norm aspect revealed the overall f emotional intelligence affected the organizational commitment (P =0.003) with the B value of the emotional intelligence at 0.015 meaning that if one unit of the emotional intelligence increases there will be 0.015 increase in the norm aspect. The overall perceived organizational support influenced the organizational commitment in the aspect of norm (P = 0.000) with the B value on the perception of organizational support of 0.059 meaning that if the perceived organizational support increases for a unit there will be an increase on the norm aspect at 0.059.

The purpose of this study were to conduct and to evaluate the effectiveness of Automotive service technician The research procedure starting by collect and study document : research paper international occupational standard (Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education) and competency needed in Motorcycle Mechanic suggested by 7 person who working in this field. All data will be referred for behavior objectives list and learning materials design such as information sheet practice operation sheet for experience skill training evaluation sheet with evaluation criteria which clearly listed topics. The sample group in this study was 19 PAJAMANGALA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY PHRANAKHON Faculty of Industrial Education in academic year 2 0 1 7 . Pre-test will be given before training steps according to the manual. The students will do the test after each training topic. At the training end Post-test will be given and student final assignment will be evaluated by 5 experts. The Pre-test and Post-test scores will be statistical mean difference test. The research results found that the student final assignment competencies evaluation in percentage mean score was 87.55/94.66/85.13 that higher than 80/80/80 about the expectation. The test percentage mean score after training each topic was 92.11 that higher than 90 about the expectation. The percentage mean score difference test between before and after training was significant at statistical level .01 and the after training score was higher than before training score.

The objectives of this research were (1) to study media exposure behavior of technology technology learning behavior technology using behavior in daily life and self-development of elderlies in Bangkok (2) to compare between demography and self-development of elderlies in social network and (3) to study effects of factors to self-development in social network of the elderlies in Bangkok. The data were collected from 400 elders who were elderly 60 years and over residing in Bangkok Metropolitans. Data analysis employed frequency percentage arithmetic mean (X) standard deviation (S.D.). The purpose of this research is to study the effect of marketing communications on student decision in relation to enrollment for a bachelor degree at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Naknon and to determine other factors affecting such decision of grade 12 students and year 3 vocational certificate students in Bangkok. The research tool used in this study is a questionnaire to enable analysis through frequency percentage mean standard deviation and Chi-Square Test. The findings show that subjects are influenced in their choice to study by online media (such as websites and Facebook) the public relations media of the university (in the form of newspapers journals and posters) as well as the reputation and image of the university. The results further show with a level of significance at 0.05 that student decision with regard to enrollment in a bachelor degree at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Naknon depends on viral marketing or word-of-mouth marketing

Most of Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) electric power system is using overhead line. It is 94% in the system including subtransmission distribution and low voltage system. All of them were installed on concrete pole. At present many public facilities have been built such as Sky-Train. It causes more constrains for construction with concrete pole due to lack of right of way. MEA needs to using electrical monopole plays an important role. It’s easier than concrete pole for construction and it requires less construction area than concrete pole. This research evaluation of The Reduce Effect of Lightning on Transmission Line. Case lightning strike on overhead ground wire (OHGW) at pole top of electrical monopole with suspension insulator Focusing on three factors is pole top voltage critical current and back flashover rate (BFOR). ATP-EMTP software is used for simulation. The results show that BFOR is reduced by 79% on electrical monopole structure with suspension insulator compared with existing concrete pole. BFOR is also reduced by 33.17% on concrete pole with external ground wire. The results could be served as a guideline in subtransmission line design and improvement in MEA power system.
