Fatigue life evaluation of a closed-loop oscillating heat-pipe with check valves (CLOHP/CV) at operated temperature
This study evaluates the fatigue life of a closed-loop oscillating heat-pipe with check valves (CLOHP/CV). The method was predicting the fatigue life of the copper tube to apply for the CLOHP/CV. The fatigue test was carried out by using the specimens made of copper tube (C1220) at the temperature of 293 (room temperature) 473 and 573 K. The three types of hourglass shaped specimen included uniform type one-wave type and two-wave type specimens. It was found that the effect was a direct extension of material structures of specimen and hourglass shaped. It can be said that the number of cycles to failure (Nf) of the two-wave type specimen hourglass shaped specimen was rather sensitive to fatigue motion during testing and the temperature of 573 K has the greatest failure impact.

Now a day the mostly air condition are use vapor compression refrigeration system in which R-22 refrigerant is used as a working substance. From the results of study it found that the quantity of water vapor or moisture in the air is condensed with in the fan coil unit while through out the evaporator. The fluid after condense is called condensed water. By this process the quantity of condensed water is increases when the air condition is used in the long time. To increase the utility the condensed water is recovered for the heart reduction in the finned-tube condenser. The experiment is consist of two conditions by using the air and condensed water to heart reduction. But in case of condensed watcr the pressure openation is controlled at 280 and 260 Psig respectively. The results of efficicncy ratio (EER) is 39675 Btu/hr 3.01 and 10.3 Btu/hr Watt respectively with the air is used At the pressure operation 280 Psig refrigeration effect (C.O.P) and (EER) is 44212 Btu/hr 3.38 and 11.5 Btu/hr. Watt respectivecly and 49856 Btu/hr 3.99 and 13.6 Btu/hr Watt at pressure operation 260 Psig. Furthermore the capacity of condenser is increases to 11.43% and 25.6% and also the refrigerant efficient is increases to 12.43 % and 32.43% at the pressure operation 280 and 260 Psig. Thus the pararneter of energy efficiency ratio depends on the capacity of condenser working substance temperature (pressure operation) and air surrounding tcmperature.

The objective of this research is to study the implementing the agricultural residue to the design of outdoor paving block for lowering the building temperature. The base layer admixture (layer no.1) is selected from cement type1: quarry dust: rice husk: rice straw: water ratios equal to 1: 3: 0: 0: 0.3 1: 1: 0: 1: 0.5 1: 1. 0.25: 0.75: 0.5 1: 1: 0.5: 0.5: 0.5 1: 1: 0.75: 0.25: 0.5 and 1: 1: 1: 0: 0.5 by weight. The surface layer admixture (layer no.2) is white silica cement: yellow stone chip no.4: water equals to 1: 4: 0.3 by weight. The exterior floor-covering blocks were tested following density testing water absorption testing compressive testing and surface temperature testing compare with laterite sandstone paving concrete block marble and granite. Resulting the best ratio of cement type1: quarry dust: rice husk: rice straw: water is 1: 1: 0.75: 0.25: 0.5 that has properties at 28 days following 1939.43 kg/m of density 14.97 % of water absorption 284.69 ksc of compressive strength and lower than other paving blocks around 3 – 13 degrees Celsius of surface temperature

This research aims to study the application of kaolin with coconut meal plywood from corncobs and durian peel in concrete masonry unit wall for increasing effective heat protection and lightweight. The ratio of cement type 1: kaolin is equal to 1: 60 by weight. The kaolin is replaced by fiber include coconut meal fiber corn cob fiber durian peel fiber with 1.67% 3.33% and 5% by weight of kaolin. The kaolin concrete block mixed with fiber sample size is formed to 6.9 x 39 x 19 centimeter with the hydraulic compactor. The samples tested in physical and mechanical properties follow the TIS 58-2533 standard. Resulting their fibers can reduce the density thermal conductivity and compressive strength and increase the changing length and water absorption of kaolin concrete blocks. The kaolin concrete block without fiber has highest compressive strength followed by the kaolin concrete block mixed with corn cob fiber the kaolin concrete block mixed with coconut meal fiber and the kaolin concrete block mixed with durian peel fiber has lowest compressive strength respectively. However their fibers have possibility to be composite materials to reduce weight of kaolin concrete blocks.
Heating energy briquettes from Cashew nut shell
The research in the aim for useless material from cashew nut shell produce are heating energy briquettes to use recompense energy fine wood and charcoal from natural. By the flour paste is join together pass procedure heating briquettes with hand press implement. It is cashew nut shell can make to burn with earthen stove high temperature stove and steel stove from cashew nut shell are still shape and have bring into fine crush machine receive dust charcoal. It is mixed dust charcoal with flour in ratio 5:1 (by melt flour into hot water one liter until flour paste) mixed and bring into heating briquettes with hand press implement receive heating energy briquettes are no broken. When we bring expose to the sun until dried. After that to test efficiency of heating energy to see that cashew nut shell can to produce are heating energy briquettes. It use heating energy in home family in community replace to use from fire wood and charcoal from natural and heating energy briquettes from cashew nut shell can to use a make cooking well no broken fire well and height heater. It is suitable to produce heating energy for to use home family communities or commercial production and industries are use heating energy from fire wood and charcoal.
